Gloria kept a close watch on Hendrix all the time. He had no choice but to drive his sister to the place where the blind date was arranged today.

Before Everly got out of the car, Hendrix said thoughtfully, "If you really don't like it, it's okay. Just call me."

"How about your work in Lamont Group?"

"Very good."

Hendrix said, "I forgot to tell you last time. Your ex-boyfriend, Lucas, also works in Lamont Group. Have you met him?"

Everly nodded.
