A Relentless Pursuit for Love novel Chapter 150

Chapter 150

“Kane, I’ll be honest with you. I’m still in love with Jace Yuriel.”

Sage looked down and finally opened up, “Stop looking him for trouble if you don’t want me to suffer.”

Both Kane and Luther’s pupils constricted as they heard it.

It was already midnight by the time Sage left Skye Hotel.

What a tumultuous night. It was filled with ups and downs. The joyful moment of her retrieving her beloved porcelain plates was replaced by terrible events that had happened.

“Do you want to head home, Miss Norah?” her driver asked.

Sage thought momentarily and said, “Back to the hospital, please.”

She’s still worried about him.

The private ward was filled with darkness with only Jace on his sickbed.

Sage frowned. Where were Zayne and the bodyguard?

She closed the door behind her and walked toward Jace. He was asleep. Sage looked at his pretty face who was now pale and softened. People might mistake him for a gentleman.

Sage smiled as she thought about it.

She touched his face lightly. From his forehead, nose bridge, lips, and to his chin… every inch of his body felt so familiar yet distant. They never really got close together… physically or emotionally.

Even if Sage hated to admit it, no one else in this life is going to leave a huge imprint in her heart except for Jace.

As her fingers touched his eyes, they moved.

Sage froze, and the men asleep suddenly awake. His hands held onto the back of her head and kissed her.

Sage’s large eyes opened wider than ever.

She pressed on his shoulders trying to escape, but Jace held her wrists tightly so she couldn’t. Jace thrust his tongue further into her mouth.

Jackass! He pretended to be asleep!

How dare he assault her like that!

She shouldn’t have stopped Kane. This man deserved to be beaten up till he’s paralyzed from the lower half!

Jace sensed that Sage will return to him. He purposely ordered Yoel and Zayne to leave him alone. He was right!

If she came back, it means she still had feelings for him. If she did, how could he let her go again?

He finally tasted her after so long.

Sage tumed soft as she stopped struggling and escaping from him. After a long moment of kissing, he finally let go of her. Sage’s face was bright red and her eyes watery. “Jace, you’re a jackass!” Sage glared at him as she gave him a huge slap.
