Aminah was livid with anger inside when she saw Jessica.

This dress wasn’t even her size, but it looked absolutely radiant on her.

Jessica was easily the center of the attention tonight.

If she weren’t sent to the barbaric place when she was little, she would have long become the most sought-after socialite in Country A.

Back when Jessica and Juliette were both young, she was always eye-catching and would be chased by rich boys wherever she went.

Aminah tried hard to suppress her anger and put on her fake persona as a loving mother and acted like that her oldest daughter was the number one socialite in Country A.

“Jessica, you’ve changed your dress. Come over here and let me introduce to all the socialites and dashing men present. Well, isn’t this the dress that Juliette is going to wear during the cake-cutting pare?”

Jessica wasn’t surprised at all and actually knew this would happen.

“What? Dear sister, you are in my dress? Well, I can forgive for other ones, but its’ my birthday today and mom tried hard to buy that for me.”

Juliette pretended she was shocked and said.

“Right, Jessica, how lousy are you? This is your sister’s celebration party! You didn’t even bring a present and why would you hog Juliette’s dress”

Matilda instigated.

All the people present knew that Juliette had a limited dress and started gossiping.

“Well, it’s true that a bastard cannot attend big occasions. How shameless is she!”

“Tell me about it. How dare she to steal her sister’s dress and show up? It’s no wonder that she would be sent to that barbaric place.”

“How vicious! I’m disgusted.”

All people changed their attitudes and despised Jessica.

“That is enough, Jessica! This is your sister’s celebration party! You really acted in appropriate as her big sister! You father tried hard to prepare this gift for her! why did you just hog it? Where are your manners? Get the hell out of here and give Juliette’s dress back! Don’t humiliate yourself here.”

Seeing that it was crowded inside, Kevin suddenly felt irritated after what happened last time and just scolded Jessica without investigating.

It was rare that a father would discipline his daughter in front of everyone, so Aminah and Juliette felt beyond pleased when Kevin cursed Jessica.

Sensing that people were all excited, Juliette pinched herself and almost burst out crying.

People noticed her reddened eyes and felt that it was Jessica who was totally wrong and was really uneducated and started feeling bad for Juliette.

Which big sister would make her little sister bad in her celebration party? How outrageous!

“Did you see how delicate is Juliette? She certainly can’t fight with that bastard! We have to make her give Juliette the dress back!”

“How repulsive! I’m disgusted!”

“Kick her out of here.”

It was chaotic inside and people were all fuming.

‘Well, this is exactly what I want.’ Aminah was merry inside.

Now that Jessica wouldn’t be able to fight back! After all, she was in that dress!

“Jessica, there are plenty of dresses. Could you just change into another one?”

Aminah acted like she was in a dilemma.

“This dress is not for Juliette.”

Jessica who remained silent the whole time frowned slightly.

“What? How hilarious! You are lying! How shameless!”

Aminah got alarmed and hurriedly scolded.

“This dress is really not Juliette’s, because it... it’s just a knock-off.”

Jessica said lowly and acted she was wronged.

All the people present got excited and wanted to see the detail of the dress.

“Well, it’s true! This is fake!”

Someone suddenly claimed.

It was impossible!

“Are you blind? It can’t be fake!”

Aminah and Juliette got dizzy and instantly went to check the dress.

“I wouldn’t be wrong. Though the detail of this dress is delicate enough, but all the lining of the real ones of this brans is processed specially and it may look like white silk thread from the surface, it contains 950 platinum inside.”

People then all spotted the mistakes.

“It turned out that Jessica is wearing the fake. She didn’t steal Juliette’s dress. We misunderstood her.”

“Why would she still wear this dress if she knew that it’s fake?”

“It’s Juliette’s celebration party today and auntie Aminah had told me not to make her awkward today, but I just came back from the barbaric place and don’t have any dresses and spent all my savings on this dress so that I would look decent. This is the only knock-off that is on sale.”

Jessica’s voice was even shaking.

“Daddy, I was just afraid that I might make Juliette look bad and thought nothing more. I would be content enough if you can give a shred of love that you flooded Juliette with. I wouldn’t dare to steal her dress! I knew that I just came back from poor place and isn’t good enough for you, but I swear that I want to live peacefully with you.”

Jessica even started sobbing and was distressed.

She sounded reasonable and people started getting compassionate.

“How weird! How can the Armstrong Family scold her without asking why? They are certainly partial!”

“Right! Her father even said that she didn’t have any manners and get out!”

“Did you see how spoiled was that Juliette? Did she really have to cry over a dress?”

“Well, it’s true that all step-mothers are evil! Did you see how scheming was that Aminah? She acted loving but she didn’t even buy Jessica clothes! Compared to that, how luxurious is this celebration party! She certainly treated them differently.”

Aminah and Juliette just got backfired and cannot process what was going on.

Well, that dress was definitely real! How can it be fake?

Kevin was furious. The scandal that happened earlier just died off and he was humiliated again! Juliette suddenly became an unruly girl!

Juliette felt dizzy and didn’t know what to do.

Juliette was irritated and wanted to fight back.

“Shut up!”

Aminah hurriedly stopped her from doing anything foolish again and glared at her.

She was motioning her not to make things worse.

Well, they certainly cannot admit that they prepared it earlier to frame Jessica.

Aminah then glared at Jessica who remained innocent and knew that she was plotted against.
