“Well, Jessica kinda impressed me. She actually pleased you without having sex with you? Incredible. How did she do that?” Felix flipped a cigarette toward Lorenzo as he walked over in pajamas.

“Do I look pleased?” he lit up the cigarette and took a big whiff.

“Your face shows me everything.” Felix answered.

Indeed, it was something pleasing for Lorenzo since Jessica was feeling jealous for another girl answering her call on his phone.

“Sir, may I come in?” a familiar voice sounded outside the door.

“Come in.” He answered coldly.

“Sir, what can I do for you?” Levi drove himself here from the office building as soon as he got the message. He had been nervous and worried on his way, afraid if he would be blamed for making mistakes.

“Hana answered my phone before getting my permission. Why don’t you tell me that?” he turned to look at Levi, his assistant.

“Did she inflict heavy financial damage on the company because of that?” Levi couldn’t help sweating. If that was the case, he would be doomed.

“Hey, Lorenzo, don’t beat around the bush. It ain’t funny to make it so scary. Levi, don’t sweat it. It was just because his wife got annoyed and jealous for that call. So he had to find himself a place to vent out That’s why he stayed here for a few days.” Felix answered while breathing out some smoke.

Hearing that, Levi was stunned with his eyes wide open. He stared at Lorenzo with disbelief. As far as he knew about his boss, he had been an outstanding man dominating the business world. Never had he expected that Lorenzo was actually henpecked at the same time.

“Sir, Hana wanna have a talk with you. Now she probably…” before Levi finished, someone knocked the door. As Lorenzo nodded, he hurried to open it.

“Ms. Hana, it’s getting late. Is there something important you wanna talk about with Mr. Fletcher?” Levi was overwhelmed with bad feelings when seeing her.

“It’s not about business. I know Mr. Fletcher has been staying out of home during these days and he rarely pays attention to diet. So I am here to bring him some nutritious food.”

Hana was born to be alluring with nice body shape. She even dressed up herself and hunted for a chance tonight. For most of the guys in the world, they might find it hard to stay sober when facing her ravishing look at this moment.

“Hey…wait…” bad feelings surged up more violently when he saw her dressing like that while carrying a lunch box to walk in. Out of the worry that he would make the same mistake once again, he stopped her outside the door.

“Mr. Fletcher, Ms. Hana…she just said that she brought you some food she cooked in case the food here can’t suffice your appetite…” Levi stammered nervously.

“No wonder Jessica got annoyed. What a considerate staff of yours! She was even concerned about your diet.” Felix raised his head to look at Lorenzo sitting near him. What he meant sounded quite obvious.

As a man with unparalleled privilege, Lorenzo had seen all kinds of ingratiation, including those ladies hungry for a one-night stand with him.

So he had been used to dealing with such occasion.

“Tell her to leave the food here and she is free to leave now.” Lorenzo said coldly.

“But…” Levi wondered if he was mistaken. But he didn’t dare to dissuade Lorenzo. So he nodded and walked over to the door.

He took over the box and asked her to leave.

“You are playing with fire. Are you trying to piss her even more?” Felix frowned to look at Lorenzo.

He turned to look outside the window. Actually, he always viewed girls too troublesome to get along with, especially those in relationship. However, there was a subtle change happening to him ever since Jessica’s tantrum had been lasting during these days. Actually, he didn’t get annoyed at all. Instead, he found her more adorable somehow.

Jessica impressed him with brilliance when she stayed reasonable and she looked tough while in the midst of tantrum.

Though she was burning with jealousy, she still appeared too stubborn to admit it. So he decided to try a more aggressive trick to allow her a clearer understanding about this relationship.

After the rehearsal for wedding and bachelor party, Preston and Juliette arrived timely.

Jessica was the first to be noticed by Juliette, who asked for her attendance in person.

Jessica agreed, telling her that she had been fully ready for her wedding.

“Jessica, it’s time for me to do the annual praying for the family in the church during these days. It may take about a week. Now you and Lorenzo were just newly married couple. “Mr. Fletcher, sorry to disturb your game. Bye!” annoyed, Jessica hung up before Lorenzo continued.

She took a deep breath and chilled herself. Now she had something prior to Lorenzo’s ‘affair’—she needed to prepare a special gift for Juliette’s wedding.
