I felt the sun shining through my eye lids as I opened my eyes to be greeted by my hot husband's bare chest and towel hanging low his waist. I felt a smile tug on my lips just by the sight of my husband.

I stroked my stomach softly. Today is my baby shower function. I'm so excited.

"Good morning angel, did you sleep well?" Akash kissed my forehead.

"Good morning Akash, yes very well" I told him happily.

"Angel, go take a shower and get ready. The function is going to start 10:00am" Akash told me and I nodded my head.

I went inside the bathroom and took a warm shower. Once I was done, I wore a bathrobe and got out of the bathroom. I started searching my accessories.

All of a sudden, Akash hugged from behind, "Akash, what are you doing? Leave me. I have to get ready, otherwise we will be late for the function" I told him. But, he turned me around and without any warning, captured my lips. I responded back and wrapped my hands around his neck.

After few good minutes, we broke the kiss, "God! You look so sexy and hot in wet hair and this bathrobe angel! I can't control" he whispered before kissing me once again.

We were interrupted by a knock on the door. We pulled away and he groaned. Akash opened the door. I went inside the bathroom as I was standing in my bathrobe. After few minutes, Akash knock the bathroom door. I opened and got out of the bathroom.

"Who was it?" I asked him.

"Your sister in law Ritika. Your whole family arrived" he told me irritated.

"What you mean my whole family arrived? And why are you irritated?" I asked him confusingly because few minutes back he was in a romantic mood.

"Whole family includes your lovely sister Sanaya too" he told me annoyingly.

"Akash, please give her one last chance" I told him.

"I can't angel because I don't trust her and her words. Please angel, please be safe around her" he told me looking sad. I sighed.

"Akash, don't get upset! Please enjoy this function because this is our baby function and I promise you, I'll be safe because you are with me, right?" I asked him and he nodded his head.

"Why did you send Ritika away? Now, who will help me to get ready"? I asked him and he grinned looking at me widely.

"Whom do you need when you have me angel?" he smirked. He helped me to draped my saree around me perfectly. Then he covered my eyes with the soft black fabric and tied.

He turned me back and put a gold necklace in my neck. He slowly kissed my neck. I closed my eyes feeling his lips on my neck. Then he put on the earnings, softly biting my earlobe. I moaned softly. He took the bangles and made me to wear it and kissed my hands. I liked his warm lips on my skin. They gave me safe comfort. He kept my leg on his thigh and put on the anklets on my leg and kissed my ankle. I was breathing heavily because of his sweet torture. Then he removed the black fabric from my eyes.

"You look beautiful my Angel" His eyes scanned my body up and down with a desire look. It was a look that said he wanted to do something but it wasn't the time. I blushed under his gaze.

"But there is one single thing missing" He said grinning at me.

"What?" I asked confused.

He went to his closet and took out a dark silver box. He stood in front of me and with his eyes on me. He slowly revealed what was inside it. I snapped my eyes from his and looked at what was inside the small box. Inside the box laid a beautiful nose pin and no doubt it is a diamond nose pin.

Small diamond were embarked on it. He made we wear the nose pin on my nose and kissed my nose.

"Thanks for everything, Akash" I  whispered looking at my reflection in the mirror in front of me. My hair was pulled into a tight bun on top of my head. I looked beautiful.

"Don't thank me angel" he said and I turned to him and kissed his lips.

After few minutes, we broke the kiss. Akash smirked at me and took my hand in his and said. "Let's go Angel. We are already late." I nodded my head and we went downstairs. Akash was holding my hand in his hand safely while we walked down the stairs.

I looked around and found the entire house decorated beautifully with balloons and rose petals.  Few guest are walking here and there. My whole family is looking at me papa, Shanthi maa, Avinash bhai, Ritika and taiji. I saw love in their eyes.

But one person Sanaya, her face was hard and a frown was visible between the eyebrows. I can feel something going to happen. But I could not put my finger on it.

I hope she doesn't create any scene in my function because this time if she does something against us, I can't control Akash's anger. He will kill Sanaya with his bare hands. I sighed.

Then sanaya and Ritika came to me and hugged me tightly. Then we clicked some photos.

"Let's go angel" Akash said and made me sit on the chair safely. They started the baby shower ceremony. Guests, one by one, were making me wear bangles, filling my lap with gifts, fruits and feeding me a sweet.

Akash came to me and applied haldi on my face and made me wear the bangles. I applied haldi on his face too, playfully. Everyone started laughing at my antics. He kissed my forehead and said "Always smile like this angel" and I hugged him tightly.

After an hour, the function ended. Guests started leave to their house. I got a severe pain in my back. I can't sit at a place for hours because of my pregnancy. Akash told me to take rest in our bedroom. He called Ritika and asked her to take me safely to our bedroom since he was attending guest. Ritika held my hand safely and we went to our bedroom. She asked me to take rest and she went away leaving me to sleep.

All of a sudden I got hiccups. I took the water bottle but its empty. So I came out of the bedroom and started walking but suddenly Sanaya came to me with a smirk on her lips. I gulped looking at her because her face expression is hard and stern.

I remembered Akash's words about Sanaya. "I don't trust her and her words. Please angel, please be safe around her." I gulped looking at her.

"What do you want Sanaya?" I asked her nervously.

"Why sister? Are you afraid of me?" She asked me evilly.

"Sanaya, please go from here" I told her fearfully, putting my hand around my stomach in a protective manner.

"Sister, I think you are afraid of me but last time you slapped the hell out of me in the party" she told me dangerously and came towards me.

She is right. Last time, I was alone but now I'm pregnant with my precious baby. I can't let anything happen to my baby.

"Sanaya, don't do anything stupid otherwise Akash will not spare you" I warned her. But she laughed evilly.

God! Please save me from this evil Sanaya. I prayed silently.

"You already made my life hell. You already killed my father and you think I will spare you and your baby?" she said pointing her forefinger at my stomach.

'Akash, where are you? Please save your me from this evil' I mentally called him.

"What do you mean Sanaya?' I asked her.

"I will destroy everything. I will snatch your happiness and your baby" she said dangerously.

"Sanaya, please leave" I told her going backwards to my room but Sanaya held my arm tightly.

"Okay sister, I will leave you but first let me do my work for what I came here" she said and dragged me near the stairs. I was forcefully fighting with Sanaya. But since I was pregnant, I couldn't fight back with all my strength.

"Please Sanaya, I'm warning you. Leave me. Don’t do anything and spare my baby. You are angry with me, so please don't get my child in between us" I yelled at her.

"Oh so sorry, but I can’t spare your baby. If this baby comes in this world, then Akash will never be mine" she barked. My blood boiled hearing her words.

"Akash will never be yours, b****" I shouted at her.

"How dare you?" she slapped me hard.

"Sanaya, please let me go. Otherwise you'll face worse consequences" I cried, struggling to break free from her hold but she was holding my arm tightly. I was not able to release myself and she suddenly pushed me as we were standing near the stairs. I fell down the stairs.

"Akashhhhhhhh!!" I shouted his name loudly. I saw him running towards me with a panicked face, shouting my name loudly "Angelllll!!"

My baby bump hit the side stairs railings very hardly. A painful scream left my mouth before I hit the ground. Akash saved me and pulled me into his arms. I'm crying and screaming vigorously because of the immense pain in my stomach. He carried me in his arms and placed me on the car. But I held his hand and started speaking ....

"I'm Aaaaaaaaaaa sorry Akash, I didn't Aaaaaaaaaaa listen yo..ur words about Aaaaaaaaaaa Sanaya" I told him in between my screams and soon darkness consumed me fully.

Please god, please save my baby!
