After providing them the address of the advertising company and Mandy’s shoe size, Harvey and the others left directly. The employees did not dare to raise their heads, and the other customers there were in awe.

They did not know what kind of person Harvey was. How could he keep such a low profile? But he was quite frightening too.

When they reached outside, Mandy said softly, “Harvey, what happened exactly? Why do you have so much money? Besides, what’s wrong with that person just now? Why did he become so scared after he saw your credit card?”

Cecilia stared at Harvey too. She sized him up. If she did not figure that out, she might not be able to sleep that night.

Harvey shrugged and said, “The credit card is not mine. It belongs to that classmate of mine. I used it just now, and will treat it as an advance payment of my salary. You don’t have to worry. My salary is quite high.

“As to why they became so frightened when they saw the card card, maybe my classmate is no ordinary person.”

“I see!” Mandy nodded. His classmate could lend Harvey eight hundred thousand dollars just like that. Besides, he asked Harvey to deal with such a huge task of buying a Porsche. His credit card could be used just like that even though it cost around one hundred fifty thousand dollars. Certainly, that classmate of his was not an ordinary person.

Standing beside them, Cecilia heaved a soft sigh after she heard that. She thought that Harvey had risen up and gotten his moment at last.

But soon, she was filled with another thought. She then said, “Harvey, what does your classmate do as a living?”

“Investment. Why? Is there a problem?” Harvey appeared confused. ‘What does this boy crazy woman want to do now since she always acts impudently?’

“I see that your classmate seems to be quite wealthy, and he enjoys such a privileged status too. I’m wondering if he’s single. If he is, could you please introduce him to me?” Cecilia was not being shy, and she said openly. After all, her aim was to be married into a rich family. She was thinking about the CEO of York Enterprise before. Now when she saw that Harvey’s classmate was quite wealthy, she was quite charmed by that.

Harvey appeared helpless. He rubbed his temple slightly and said, “If I’m not mistaken, you mentioned just now that you want to go to York Enterprise to help the CEO clean his desk. Why did you change your decision now?”

Cecilia said smugly, “What do you know about this since you’re just an unsophisticated man who knows nothing about this kind of thing? This is called investing in different places and people. We shouldn’t put all of our eggs in one basket. If I have my eyes on only a handsome man, I’ll be destined to be a back-up partner for that man. If I have my eyes on ten handsome men, then the men will be my array of back-up partners instead…”

Harvey looked up at the sky since he did not know what else he could say. Cecilia was indeed some kind of talented person in the business field. If it was not for the fact that his identity would be exposed, he would have hired her to work in his company.

“By the way, there’s a newly established Northland Restaurant on the top floor of this shopping center. I heard that they serve food fit for royals, and the chefs there are the descendants of the former royal chefs. Why don’t we go there and take a look?” Cecilia was indeed quite a capable woman. She said at that moment.

Not only was that Northland a restaurant which was quite popular among internet celebrities, but it was also quite famous. Recently, a lot of people in Niumhi felt quite proud if they were able to enjoy meals at Northland. They needed to make a reservation at least half a month in advance. Besides, not just any ordinary people could go there and enjoy their meals. They needed to be some people who had a certain kind of status and influence if they were to be admitted there.

Although Mandy was interested, she said after considering it for a short while, “We didn’t make any reservation. I’m sure we can’t get into the restaurant, right?”

“Don’t worry. One of our former classmates is the manager of Northland. Certainly, it’s quite easy for him to provide us with a private room.” As Cecilia said that, she glanced at Harvey smugly.

Harvey was puzzled. ‘We’re going for a meal. Why are you looking at me?’

They were led by Cecilia, and they took the exclusive elevator to the top floor of the shopping center. That place was furnished in grandeur. It was certainly quite luxurious. The ordinary customers might not even have the courage to approach a place like that.

There were two beautiful women at the reception desk, and they dressed up charmingly. Seeing that there were people approaching the restaurant, they said in a respectful manner, “Ladies and gentleman, Northland has a rule of making reservations beforehand. If you didn’t make any reservations with us, you can’t have meals here.”

Cecilia smiled and said, “Help me to page Mr. Johnson. Just tell him that there are former classmates looking for him.”

After a short while, a man in a suit walked out of Northland. He then shouted at the receptionists, “Don’t you know that it’s a busy hour since it’s mealtime now? How many times have I told you about this? If they don’t make any reservations, you don’t have to serve them. How could you still…”

Before he could finish scolding them, Cecilia smiled and said, “Wyatt, just you see who I’ve brought with me to have a meal here.”

Wyatt looked over them subconsciously. The next minute, his eyes brightened. He then said, “It turns out to be two beauties from school. Why didn’t you tell me beforehand since you’re coming here to have a meal?”

Cecilia smiled and said, “We just passed by here, and I remember that you’re working as a supervisor here. So we came on the way. Why? I even brought along your dream lover. Don’t you want to arrange a private room for us?”

After she said that, Harvey’s facial expression worsened. ‘Who’s the dream lover of this seemingly feeble kept-man? If it’s not Cecilia, it’s my wife then.’
