Monday, I went to work like usual, but I realized people in the office were looking at me like I’m a weirdo.

I sat down for not long and I received a phone call from the director, saying that wanted me to join the meeting. Logically said, I was not qualified to join this meeting, so I couldn’t figure out why the director made this decision.

And by thinking about my colleagues look, I somehow understood what’s going on now, but it’s too late.

Ten in the morning, I carried a worrying heart walked in the meeting room with a book.

The seats were full suddenly, the director was sitting at the main seat, playing his phone, he seemed like not noticed me.

Amanda was sitting at the opposite side, peaking at me temporarily and returned to normal again. The sales department’s James was walking in with a bad look, he had a terrified face while looking at the director and had a baleful face while looking at Amanda.

“Okay, let’s start the meeting, we are not talking about the business, the massager was selling very well recently. The other departments have to keep up now.” He said and everybody stood up and clapped, I was excited: was she going to compliment me today?

“The main thing is, even though the sales went up, but the management has a black sheep, this is my most concerned thing.”

I glanced and saw James was worried, the hand that he was holding a pen was shaking.

“Someone reported, a manager uses his power to embezzle company’s property, and helping his friend to join the company, this behavior has seriously broke the company’s rules, so the punishment is to be fired, who is that, stand out yourself.”

Under the gaze of everyone, James’ pen was almost dropped, he hesitantly stood up, he looked older all the sudden.

“James, do you have any disagreement on my decision? If you do, the lawyer of our company is outside, you can talk to him.” The director was casually drinking his water, the things that were happening now was like in his expectation.

“No.” He fell on his seat, he looked bad, people around were mocking him, it was like what he got right now was what he deserved.

When I was happy in the inside, I felt a foot was touching my leg, I raised my head and looked at Amanda, I was confused. I didn’t know what this woman wanted from me, not letting me fuck and always teasing me.

And she was looking at the direction, acting like nothing happened.

I slightly lowered my head and saw a foot with black stocking was slowly raising, until it reached between my legs.

“Uh.” I was gonna explode, what was she doing, this was a public place, if it was being seen, how was I gonna live in this company.

“Does anybody have any opinion? Since James’ position is empty, I need a new guy, you guys can recommend someone to see who is suitable.”

This was an exciting moment, but my mind wasn’t here at all.

“Director, I have the right person.”

“Oh? Amanda, do you have anyone to recommend?” Amanda’s sudden word was shocking me because I didn’t know what this woman would do.

She was still sitting in her seat, it was normal if you looked from the outside, nobody would think about a leg was swinging all around the place under the table.

“He’s sitting at my opposite side, he’s Justin Allen, he’s also our sales champion at this season, the choice is yours.”

Suddenly, the whole meeting room was looking at me, and the director.

I bet they never thought about I was in an awkward position right now.

“Uh, I.”

“Oh, so you are Justin, I was wondering why a new face is there. Not bad, I’ve seen your details, a very capable man, do you have the confidence to take this place?”

“I, I can.” I wanted to stand up, but that leg was stopping me.

“Great, just that you have to be more confident next time you speak, but this has to be slowly trained, I’m looking forward for your performance, okay, dismiss.”

Just like that, because of Amanda’s word, I was a manager now, everything had to thank… “Amanda, can you, put down your leg please.” I felt helpless and caught the feet with my hand, it was only us, so I didn’t care.

“You are a manager now, are you happy now?”

“I am happy, but can you please…”

“Since you are happy, how are you gonna pay me back? I’m not one of those little girls in the company that can be satisfied by just one dinner.” She finally kept back her leg and leaned on the table.

“Then what do you want?” I was really not getting this woman’s mind at all.

“Be my boyfriend.”

“What!” I stood up, her words were just unbelievable, and I couldn’t accept it. Everyone had a bottom line, my heart was already on the other woman, I wouldn’t give up for just some benefit for myself.

“Why are you so shock, okay, I’m just kidding. I will go back to my home a few days later, my family want me to have a boyfriend, you just come and pretend to be my boyfriend.”

“Why do I…”

“I’m not letting you work for nothing, if you act well with me and they can’t figure it out, I will pay you.”

“Pay me? Really? I’ll go.”
