Today is the best day of my life. I got selected in country's number one business company.

I took cab and went to dads bakery. I want to share this good news with my dad first and then to my naughty lover.

Dad was busy in his work so I hug from behind and asked him to sit on chair.

"Dad sit here today I am going to bake my signature cake"

"Then it means my princess is happy today. Won't princess share good news with dad?" He said and make a puppy face. Wow dad looks cute.

I made an angry look and said "Dad you are acting like a spoiled child. sit still after baking I will tell you the good news."

We both laughed and dad also helped me in baking after 45 min cake was ready.

"Dad as you know today was my interview and I got selected in Brown's cooperation."

I said excitedly while jumping. Dad was smiling at me and I could see proud and love for me in his eyes.

"I know my princess is very talented. She was meant to work in such a big company"

He kissed my forehead and patted on my head. We cut the cake and celebrate this great moment.

I was busy in chatting with dad when my phone rang. I glanced at caller ID. So she remember me now. I pick the call and said in angry tone.

"You pighead, now you got the time to call your soul sister don't talk to me I am angry with you"

I heard her shrieking voice "I was planning a surprise for you, come and pick me up from airport I am waiting for you and girl don't be late its too hot"

She cut the call sigh! this girl will never change.

"I guess my buddy has arrived" dad said to me with a wide smile.

"Yes dad and now I am going to pick your buddy from airport. bye"

I kissed dad on his cheeks, grabbed my car keys and left for airport.

You all must be wondering who she was. My dad call her buddy and same goes for her. When they are together they act like kids laughing , playing and messing whole kitchen.

Her name is Jasmine and I call her Jass. She is my soul sister, my bestie. We studied in same school and college after that she went abroad because she was selected in the best art university.

She is a good artist, we both love each other and together we both went through all the thick and thin situations.

Her parents died in a car accident when she was in college after that she lived with me and dad. Dad loves her a lot and treat her as his own daughter I mean same as me.

I park car outside airport and I could see her wearing her sunglasses tapping her high heals on ground.

"Aww my baby is waiting for me" I went near her and gave her a bear hug while teasing her.

"Tiff I missed you a lot babes" we both hugged each other and after some time she said "Tiff guess what my work is going to be put on exhibition after one week"

Oh guys she was literally jumping like a kid I hold her in fear that she will fell down.

"Congrats girl, and I also want to give you a good news but before that get into the car or else we both will get burnt in this heat"

"Yes, then hurry up what are you waiting for" and she drag me while I was holding her luggage.

Sigh, this girl will never grow.

We sat in the car and she yelled at me "Teff now tell me did you find a boyfriend, and you both did that, what type of friend you are you didn't tell me who the lucky guy is"

And look here her wild running mind had already processed. "Jass calm down I don't have any boyfriend."

"Oh I was happy, well so what's the good news"

She asked in disappointment which made me burst into laughter. Jass glared at me so I stop my laugh and told her the news

"Jass I got job in Brown's cooperation"

"What?" She asked me no no not asked instead she yelled O hold my ears to prevent them from her shrieking voice.

"Today I went to give interview and I hit selected." I shrugged my shoulder.

"Congratulations girl I am so happy for you finally you got your dream job."

She hugged me and after that I drove back to home where dad was waiting for us. Whole way we chatted and laugh like psycho crazy girls.

We reached home and I park car in garage. As we entered the room dad was waiting for us sitting on the couch.

Jass run to dad and hugged him making a sad face "Buddy I missed you a lot and specially your hand baked cup cakes."

"I missed you to my dear. And I've already prepared my buddies favorite blueberry cupcakes" dad said as he pinched her nose.

"Aww you are the best buddy" Jass said and grinned.

I was smiling looking at both of them. They both are my family. I can do anything to see this smile on their face.

"Go and get freshen up you both I will serve you lunch."

Me and Jass went to our rooms and gof fresh after that we all had lunch together while cracking jocks and laughing.
