•Amy POV•

"Good morning ma'am! How may I help you?" Receptionist asked with professional smile plastered on her face.

"Good morning! I am Amy and here is my appointment letter." I pulled out appointment letter from my bag and hand it to her.

"Come with me I will lead you to your department" she than signaled her co- worker to look for coming people.

She has slim flexible body. she was walking seriously without any talk so I start conversation.

"Ahem... What's your name?" I asked her.

"Diana" she said without looking back.

"I heard boss is rude and cold?" I again tried to initiate talk.

"Yes he is and try to avoid him and not to do any mistake which infuriate him." her steps halted and she turned to look at me with sympathy.

"But I have to face him every time" I said a bit confused.

"That's why I am saying this. Don't ever try to talk freely with him until you have a death wish." she patted on my shoulder.

"This is your cabin. But first you have to inform boss about your arrival, then he will assign you work." she said gesturing to a small yet large enough cabin for me.

"Thank you" I said with gratitude.

"My pleasure. You seemed to be a nice girl, keep your eyes and ear open. Secretary section is full of plannings and scheming. Its a piece of advise. Enjoy your day!" Diana said and gave me a warm smile before leaving me there.

Diana is so nice. I am sure we will share a good bonding.

I adjust my suit and take deep breath. Now Amy Brown is ready to face this grumpy bumpy boss Edin Smith.

I knocked on door and a cold voice rang in my ears.

"Come in"

Woah his voice is alluring but why it sounds familiar. Leave it.

I push open door of office and my face changed 50 different shades of color.

"Arrogant Bastard" I blunted out loudly

"Miss Amy do you want to get fired on your first day?" Edin asked raising his brows.

"Aren't you with me on flight? I thought you were dumb." I asked ignoring his glare.

"Get out!" Edin sharply said making me realize what I was doing.

"I am sorry sir." I apologized to which he smirked.

"I think you have gained a lot of energy so why not do some work." he said but there was evilness in his voice.

"Read these reports and correct all the mistakes" he put a pile of neat papers on table.

"But they are so much that I will be dead." my eyes got wide looking at those papers.

"This is your punishment and I don't take no for my words." he issued his orders and got busy in his work.

I took the pile of papers and was about to leave when he stopped me.

"Sit there and complete your work" he commanded like a chief which I obeyed.

If I had known that this arrogant bastard is going to be my boss I would never accept this job.

But I am Amy Brown who choose difficult paths. And I will show him my talent in business world.
