Hey, My Twins Babies novel Chapter 178

After Leo left Brian's office in the morning, he had been waiting for Winnie in the parking lot until now. He was hungry but he had been enduring it, so that he could have a meal with Winnie, to appease her lonely heart.

"Well, I haven't had lunch either. Let's go together."

Winnie thought it was just a coincidence and didn't think much about it.

"Get in my car and come back to drive yours after dinner."

Leo said and came to the car to open the car door.

Winnie did not refuse but directly got in the car.

This scene was seen by the distant Brian. He felt pain in heart

Was he really willing to let Winnie go? Could he really let Winnie to be with Leo?

Leo took Winnie to a Chinese restaurant, sat down in a private room.

"Order what you want, and I'll pay today."

Winnie said. She had been using Leo's car for a long time and wanted to thank him for that.

"I will pay. A man should not let a woman pay."

Leo refused Winnie's proposal.

"You are male chauvinism."

"The most urgent thing now is to fill up the stomach."

Winnie was hungry and was in a bad mood. She wanted to release her depression. Whether it was drinking or eating, as long as it could distract her attention.

Leo smiled for Winnie's frankness and loveliness. He liked Winnie and her smiling face. He liked her and wanted to take care of her, even though she smiled less.

The meal was quickly served on the table. Both men needed to drive, so they didn't drink.

Leo spoke about Winnie again when they almost finished.

"I've heard all about you from Daenerys, Winwin. I won't meddle in your personal affairs. But I want to be sure about your job."

"Come to my company, I need someone like you right now."

Leo said gently and he did not mention her relationship.

He wanted to take it slow. When Winnie fell in love with him again, he would confess his love.

"Your company and my major are not the same, how can you need me?"

Winnie had clear about Leo's mind, but she still did not want to trouble Leo, did not want to be too close to him and did not bring him hope.

"Who says it is not the same? We're making games, and it's easy for you."

Leo's company was developing games, and it needed people like Winnie. But the game had almost finished and it was not urgent need for Winnie as he said.

"You are barking up the wrong tree. The only things I haven't dabbled in so far are games and military affairs. You'd better find someone else."

Winnie said with a smile.

"Leo, I know what you mean and thank you for worrying about me, but your company is really not the right company for me. Don't worry about me. It is not difficult to find a job."

"Even if I don't have a job, I can still support my family by selling software. When I have game software, I will certainly cooperate with you, then I go to your company to work."

Winnie refused.

She knew that she could not fall in love with Leo again. Even if she did, she could be in relationship with him since she had two children. She could not cause influence on his future.

Now she just was a friend of him and wanted him to move on. It would make her happy.

“Winwin...”

"Well, I'll ask you for help when I need it. Don’t think I am annoying when the time comes."

"Eat. I have to pick up the kids later."

Leo wanted to continue to persuade Winnie, but Winnie did not give him a chance.

Her resumes soon received response. Some asked her to go for an interview right away, some asked her to go to work directly, and some have made generous offers straight away.

But she still wanted to follow the process of interview, to get a deeper understanding of all the companies to see which one was more suitable for her.

Winnie handed her children to Rufus. Rufus was responsible for picking the children up from school and dancing classes as well as computer classes, and she began a new journey.

After having interview of all the companies, Winnie got a deep understanding of a software company that was not too big.

The two-year-old company was a partnership of two people, one responsible for the money and the other for the technology. Now there was a little bit of success and they wanted to expand the company, so they needed talents.

When the two partners saw Winnie's resume, they were surprised and directly offered shares to Winnie. She was only to provide technology.

It was an opportunity for Winnie, so Winnie chose it after consideration.

Winnie's job was finally settled and she was in a good mood. She came to Daenerys’ home to celebrate, but she met Kevin in Daenerys’ home.

"Am I interrupting you?”

Winnie said with ridicule.

Although she did not know how far these two people have developed, it should have no problem since they were shy.

"No, I just arrived."

Kevin replied with a smile. But it might be better without Winnie.

"Daenerys was sick today, and I came to see her."

Kevin explained the reason for his coming, not afraid of Winnie’s misunderstanding, but Daenerys’ embarrassment.

"Sick? Are you better now?"

Winnie asked with concern and she noticed that Daenerys did not look good.

"I am fine, I just got a cold."

Daenerys was not so serious, but Kevin made a fuss.

"Winwin, how's your job?"

To save herself embarrassment, Daenerys changed the subject.

"I found one. A small firm, but it pays me well, and I became their partner."

Winnie was very confident and proud. Her mood was better than that when she worked in the Bennet Group.

"So you have your own company?"

Daenerys asked in surprise.

"You could say so."

"Great, regardless of the size of the company, as long as you can make money and be happy. Congratulations, Winwin!"

Daenerys happily embraced Winnie. Although she did not know how Winnie's future would be, she would not encounter more trouble if she left Brian.

"Thank you!”

Winnie was really happy at the moment. After all, getting rid of Brian was a good start.

"Winwin, congratulations."

Kevin also said congratulations, but he was not as excited as Daenerys.

"Thank you!”

"Winwin, have you lost all hope to be with Brian?"

This was why Kevin was not excited.

Winnie found a job and had completely left Brian.

When they separated, Kevin always felt that a good relationship was broken.

Without Winnie, Brian would live like a zombie, which was the cruelest for Brian.

"No, we were impossible to be together from the beginning, and it makes sense to end."

Winnie was in a good mood, but she got a low mood hearing the name of Brian.

The last person she wanted to see now was Brian, and the last name she wanted to hear was his name.

"You have a talk, I will have dinner with the colleague, so I gotta go."

Winnie did not want to disturb Kevin’s rare opportunity, nor did she want to continue to talk about Brian, so she had better leave

There was no dinner with the colleagues at all. After leaving Daenerys’ home, Winnie looked for a house in University B.

Vanessa would go to college in two months, and she had to settle the house in two months.

There were many new houses nearby University B and it was not difficult to buy an house.

After watching a few, Winnie was satisfied and sent the video to her aunt and sister, asking them for opinion.

Back home in the evening, Winnie sat in the living room having a video conference with her aunt and sister. She wanted to buy the house as soon as possible.

"Check which suits us."

She asked in a soft voice.

"Sister, buy a big one, at least five bedrooms."

Vanessa said happily. She wanted more rooms because there were five people in their family and they had to have a room for one person.

"There is no need to buy such a big house in B City. It will spend a lot. Buy one with two rooms. I can share a room with Vanessa. Megan shares a room with Winwin."

Isobel opposed Vanessa's opinion. She was afraid it would spend too much money and Winnie would have a burden.

"Well, we don't have that much of money now."

Isobel's made Vanessa calm down.

"Auntie, don't worry about money. If we buy a big house, we can make a loan and then pay it every month. I agree with Vanessa. Let's buy a bigger house."

Winnie knew what was in Vanessa’s mind, but she did not choose a bigger house for her children.

This house was bought for Vanessa. It must be to her satisfaction.

"I think it's a burden. Every day you open eyes, you owe the bank money. I just can't bear to be in debt."

Isobel did not agree. They carried debts for so many years, which was a lot of pressure to her.

"We don't owe the bank money when we open our eyes, but when we sleep with our eyes closed."

Vanessa said jokingly.

"Auntie, you don't have to worry about money. After I go to college, I will study hard to get through college on a scholarship. I could tutor on the weekends so I don't have a burden, and the money I save could help my sister pay off the loan."

Vanessa would rather to work hard to buy a big house, so that Luke could live with them.

"Auntie, loan is not the same as debt. We have a house as collateral, and we owe it to the bank, so we don't have to have pressure. I can do it on my own."

"Auntie, let's buy a big house."

Winnie and Vanessa persuaded their aunt.

"Vanessa, there are three big houses in the video I sent you. The location and orientation are good. Which one would you like to choose?"

Winnie determined directly, lest her aunt was in opposition.

"How about decorated room? We can move in when the school starts."

Vanessa wanted her family to live together as soon as possible.
