Hey, My Twins Babies novel Chapter 188

Winnie was to make things clear. Even if Penny blamed her, she would say what she had to say, so that she would feel ease.

Winnie said calmly and she was at ease.

"Penny, there must be an end between us. If you hear me out, I'll leave Brian."

Penny looked at Winnie in surprise and did not believe she would agree to leave Brian.

But she would like to have a try, so she chose to be silent and waited for Winnie to speak.

"I didn't discriminate against you when we were in college. Every time you met with difficulties, I tried my best to help you. I didn't do it to impress my classmates, I did it for the friendship we have."

"The qualification to study abroad was from me. If you don’t believe me, you can check ok it. I gave you that, because I felt my parents had the ability to support me to study abroad. After studying abroad, your salary would be much higher, and your living standard would be improved to a certain extent."

Winnie said from the beginning. She knew that all this was because of Penny's jealousy, because Penny was greedy which made her into such a miserable end.

Although it was irreparable, she must explain, because she did not do anything wrong.

She also wanted to let Penny realize her mistake as soon as possible, so that she would go to the public station to surrender for leniency. Only in this way could she make the most correct choice.

"When we were in M Country, I was in love with Leo. When I needed Leo most, when I needed you most, what did you do? When you were home, you said I took Leo from you. Today we three are here. Say if it was you sabotaged the relationship between me and Leo?"

Winnie asked in a deep voice.

This was the most depressed thing for her. Although Leo had already known everything, she wanted Penny to understand she was not a fool and she would not be beaten down by her gossip.

At the moment, Penny could not say a word and even had not courage to lift her eyes.

She kept staring out of the window and was unable to defend herself.

"You dare not say a word, right? Because you're wrong. But it is shameful to avoid the things you made a mistake."

Winnie paused for a moment and then continued.

"I told you more than once that I didn't come back to take revenge or take your thing, and I didn't expect to meet Brian. I have no design in all this, but you think of me as one of those cunning women with deep designs."

"Penny, during our college years together, you didn't really treat me sincerely. You didn't know what kind of person I was."

Winnie increased her voice, because she was angry to had considered an enemy as a friend.

"Go away. I don't want to listen to you anymore."

Penny finally said. She was embarrassed at the moment, regardless the mistake she made.

But Winnie seemed to be right about everything. It was too much for her to accept or admit.

"Do you think I want to talk to you? You abused my son and he suffers from depression. Do you think I don’t hate you?”

"I am the person who hates you most, not because you are the wife of Brian, but because you don't have a kind heart, because you vented your anger on the child."

"You want to kill me, I want to kill you too, Penny, because you mistreated my son."

Winnie got angry. Penny's attitude made her disappointed. She didn't even have the intention to admit her mistake.

"All you've done is to try to get Brian, but do you know how stupid you are? You had a contract marriage with him. Have you ever wondered why he started a contract marriage?"

Winnie questioned Penny again, but Penny still looked out the window and did not answer.

"You don't know or don't understand? Penny, where is your intelligence? Can’t you understand that? He has a woman he loves, and he is waiting for that woman. He loves someone else, not you or me."

Winnie told the truth, but she did not mention Wendy.

Winnie felt that if she did not tell Penny about it, Penny would never stop revenge on her, and the so-called hatred between them would not end.

As Penny said, it would only end when one person died.

"Someone else? Winnie, are you shirking the responsibility, so make this up?"

Finally Penny turned to look at Winnie angrily. Then she went on.

"In the nearly five years I've been with him, I've never seen him have anything to do with a woman, nor have he ever liked a woman. He even ignored Klara's frequent overtures. Now you're telling me he has another woman. Winnie, you are hypocritical."

"Everyone could see that Brian likes you and you now telling me there was another woman. You are afraid to face it or afraid of me?"

Penny did not believe that Brian did not love Winnie. The way he looked at Winnie had given it all away.

If he didn't love her, how could he be desperate for her? If he didn't love her, how could he be partial to her?

"You never believe what I say. I just want to tell you that even if you kill me, there will be other women. And Brian will never belong to you."

"Brian and I have separated. We have nothing to do with each other now. It's up to you whether you believe it or not. But for the last time I advise you to stop at once, and correct your mistake, for you will have another chance, if only you are sincere and repent."

Winnie did not believe Penny's words, either. She said that Brian loved her, because she did not want to transfer the hatred. Even a fool knew that Brian liked Wendy rather than Winnie.

"Penny, from today on, whatever relationship we have between us, let's put an end to it. Former classmates, bestie, or enemies, it's all over from this moment on. I have nothing to do with you anymore."

Winnie finally said what she wanted to say. When she mentioned ‘former classmates’ and ‘bestie’, she felt pain in heart.

At that time the feelings were the most pure and holy, but was mercilessly trampled on by Penny.

Winnie said that and turned to leave. Leo, who had been silent finally spoke.

"Mind your own business."

Then Leo walked out.

"Winnie, what bullshit bestie classmate. I don’t know you and we will always be enemies. I hate you, I hate you."

Penny looked at Winnie's back and shouted loudly. When Winnie closed the door, Penny could not help crying out.

Winnie was her enemy and, ironically, Winnie was the only one who came to the hospital to see her.

Within five days, the Burn Group had been successfully acquired by the Bennet Group.

Brian finally breathed a sigh of relief.

He finally completed his grandfather's task.

He had thought for many times that one day he would tell Wendy the good news, because it was a sign that they could be together and the Bennet family could accept Wendy.

But now Brian did not want to call Wendy and told her about this.

Brian came to the old house.

In Felix's study, Brian told Felix about the acquisition of the Burns Group.

“Good, Brian, you didn't disappoint me.”

Felix beamed. He had not been so happy in years.

Felix was very happy, but Brian was silent and frowned. Felix thought Brian would feel guilty for acquiring the Burns Group for no reason, so he told Brian why he insisted on acquiring it.

"Brian, do not feel guilty for the Bennet Group and the Penny. Richard is a very insidious person. He once fell in love with your aunt. At that time, he was secretly scheming to spy on everything in our family. Fortunately, your father found it out and because of him, your aunt married abroad."

"This is one of the things. Once, we had a crisis. He was behind the scenes and almost brought our company go bankrupt, and your father saved that crisis."

"So Richard deserves what he has today."

Remembering the old things before, Felix was angry. If it were not for Richard provoked the Bennet Group, he would not have grudge.

After that, Brian still had a gloomy face.

“We can’t spare Penny, because she mistreated Luke. We can pretend nothing happened. She was behind the car accident of Penny, I have proof. Give it to the police and send her into prison.”

Brian kept silent. And Felix continued.

“I have proof too and will give it to the police. I will never spare her.”

Brian answered. But he did care about Penny now and did not have guilt to the Burns Group.

He was wondering whether he should negotiate with his grandfather.

“The Burns Group has been settled, you can divorce Penny now. No one would mistreat Luke, so ask Winnie to leave. Luke can live your father. When Wendy is back, if she can get along with Luke, you can take him now, if not, your father can raise him.”

“Grandpa, I want to talk to you.”

Brian finally spoke. He felt there would be no chance if he did not say it out.

“When I agreed to acquire the Burns Group, you agree to let me to be with Wendy. Now I don’t want to be with Wendy, can I be with another woman?”

“Winnie?”

Felix’s voice became serious.

“Yes, I don’t want to be with Wendy…”

“No, Winnie got nothing, and she was not a match to you.”

Felix did not give a change for Brian to explain and refused that.
