Abhinav's p.o.v

" I am DCP Apeksha Sinha. You are under arrest Mr Abhinav Agnihotri," She said stuffing her hands inside her pockets.

I am still shocked only seeing her face. How can someone look so similar to another person!! Is she somehow related to devika!! But how it can possible!! Though I am shocked I hid my surprised face with my impassive expression. I am looking at her intensely.

She is looking too much contented when she said those words. My blood is already boiling with anger. I am feeling like to break her neck with my hands right now but I controlled my anger.

I asked folding my hands and a tight smile on my face, " And for which charges you are here to arrest me?"

"For murdering Parliament member Rajendra Kumar," She said sternly looking into my eyes.

I become shocked by hearing her. What the hell!! How did she know that! Of course, I have killed that old hag because he was creating too much problem in my illegal land business.

So, I thought to kill him and my other business partner Mr Indrajit Raichand was with me. That old hag was also creating problems in his illegal business. So, we both thought to send him in the hell as soon as possible.

Though I am surprised seeing that this officer know about my crime but I said with my impassive voice, " Do you have any proof that I have murdered Rajendra Kumar? Moreover, Do you have any arrest warrant?"

This time she chuckled and said coming a little bit towards me, " Do you think without any proof and arrest warrant I am here!! I know about your social status. So, without any proof why will I come here to arrest you!!"

Saying that she called a Constable and he came forward with a paper. She showed me the paper which is really my arrest warrant. I am becoming more shocked seeing all this.

I said gritting my teeth, " Someone is trapping me! Will you tell me on which proof's basis you are arresting me?"

This time she took out her phone and played something recorded where I was ordering my man to kill Rajendra Kumar and throw his body on the river. My voice is clearly audible and Indrajit's voice is also can be heard. From where she found all this!! The record is too much clear like I have said those words holding the recorder in front of my mouth! My voice is too much clear!!

I looked at her with disbelief when she smirked at me. I said yelling, " It's all fake. Someone has mimicry my voice and framed me. It's a trap".

Hearing me, she said chuckling rubbing her forehead, " Mr Agnihotri, I knew that you will refuse to admit your crime. For your kind information, we have found Rajendra Kumar's dead body from that location where you ordered your man to throw his body. We have those men in our custody whom you ordered to kill Rajendra Kumar. We have their statement with us".

Saying that she showed me another paper and she was right.

This time I felt like someone has snatched the ground under my feet. She has strong proof against me for arresting. I have to do something as soon as possible. I tried to lure her with money.

I said leaning towards her ear, " Officer, how much reward you want? I will give it to you. Just tell me your price".

I heard a chuckle and she said whispering, " All police are not corrupted. You will pay for your every sin".

I am feeling like choking her neck right now but I have to control myself. I tried to say something when she said loudly, " I have also a search warrant. We have information that you have received some illegal dangerous drug here. So, we have to search the whole area".

Saying that she showed me another paper and which is really a search warrant. This bitch has really come with total preparation. But, I am wondering how did she know all this!! I have to find out. But first, I have to handle this chaotic situation right now.

" Do. Whatever you wanted to do. I am warning you, officer, don't mess with me. You are bringing trouble on yourself. You don't know me. You don't know the level of my power".

I said with a smirk. Actually, I have clearly warned her to not mess with me. Because I know how to handle this type of police officers.

She gave me another smirk and whispered in my ear, " And you don't know me!! Before you bring any type of trouble for me, you will be behind the bar".

Saying that she ordered the other policemen to search my whole farmhouse. They will obviously find some illegal drug but I just hope they don't find the drugs from the underground part. Those drugs cost a huge amount of money!!

As expected, they found drug from my farmhouse and arrested me. They handcuffed my hands!! I never thought that one day a mere police officer will arrest me. I looked at my hands and my anger rose its peak. Now, I am determined to destroy this bitch.

This bitch arrested Abhinav Agnihotri! For the first time in my whole business career police has laid their finger on my business. I looked at her and saw her satisfactory smile.

I said giving a sinister smile to her, " I am going to the police station for now, but trust me I will come out from the police station just in hours. Mark my words".

"We will see," Saying that she started dragging me. The police have also caught some of my men. I know about their loyalty. They have pledged their life for me. I just hope they don't open their mouth.

I came out from the farmhouse being arrested and seeing the scene in front of me I become shocked and rage started erupting inside me like a volcano.

I looked at that DCP and asked gritting my teeth, " Did you call the whole media here? How dare you?"

"Don't yell, Mr Abhinav Agnihotri. Of course, I have called the media here. The whole country deserves to know about your crimes. It's just starting. I will expose your all crimes one by one," That bitch said looking directly into my eyes. She is behaving as she has some personal enmity with me!!!

This media is another bullshit. They will publish foul pieces of news against me. My reputation as a businessman will be on many controversies!! Shit!! This bitch has played very well.

I said fisting my palm, " You have crossed your limit calling the media here!! Just wait for some time. I will show you, your actual place".

She didn't say anything. Giving me a boring glare she started dragging me. All the reporters from various channels are asking me about many questions and taking my videos and photos. This is a total humiliation for me!!! 

All the reporters have surrounded me and that bitch. They asked her, "Mam, is that true that Mr Agnihotri....."

They couldn't complete their sentence when she dragged me viciously to the police van and threw me inside it. I am tolerating all this humiliation without saying anything. Very soon, this bitch will come to know that who is Abhinav Agnihotri and what he does to the people who dare to stand in front of me!!

" Famous businessman Abhinav Agnihotri is accused of murdering Parliament member Rajendra Kumar."

" Police has found some illegal drugs and weapons from Abhinav Agnihotri's secret farmhouse"

" Police has taken Abhinav Agnihotri to custody."

" It's a shock for the people that a famous businessman is behind in illegal works".

" Abhinav Agnihotri is caught red-handed by the police while receiving illegal drugs"

"After this controversy, will Abhinav Agnihotri's reputation remain the same?"

" Will Abhinav Agnihotri be able to prove himself innocent in this case?"

" Abhinav Agnihotri is doomed. For the first time, police have raid on Abhinav Agnihotri's some property"

This news is flashing on every news channel. Abhinav is caught by the police has become hot news for the news reporters and they are promulgating this news gladly.

Abhinav is dragged by the police. This scene is showing on every tv channel. Abhinav is looking too much pissed off and embarrassed on that scene. DCP Apeksha Sinha is almost dragging him having a contented look on her face. News reporters are trying to talk with Abhinav but police aren't letting them. The police threw Abhinav in the Police van like shit and left the area while reporters are still reporting.

Devika is sitting on her bed and seeing all this news on T.V. She is eating some fresh fruits along with mango pickle and enjoying the news.

The news of Abhinav's arrest has already reached Agnihotri mansion and all the members of the Agnihotri mansion are worried about Abhinav.

Avantika is yelling on phone with someone regarding Abhinav's arrest. Arushi is too much worried about her brother. The only person who is enjoying all this is devika.

She said chewing a piece of pickle, " how are you feeling being embarrassed in front of the whole country, Mr Abhinav Agnihotri!!"

Saying that she chuckled and said again," You have humiliated me behind the closed door and in front of your family. But, see, I have humiliated you in front of the whole country".

"I know that it will not take time for you to come out from the jail using your money and power. But trust me the look on your face when police were dragging you, gave me too much satisfaction," Devika said smirking.

Then, devika rested her one hand on her belly and said with a hurtful voice, " I am sorry my babies for making your father humiliated in front of the whole country. What can I do!! I am really sorry for doing this to your father. Your father has forced me to do all this!!! I hope you all will always understand and support mamma".

Saying that she rubbed her belly affectionately. Some tears fall from her eyes.

She said taking a deep breath, " Abhi, I have always wanted to be your better half in all means but you have always pushed me away. I knew that you have suffered in your past but that doesn't justify your injustice towards me.

When Ruhani ma told me about your miserable childhood I felt very bad for you. I understood your situation of being so angry and ruthless. I tried very hard to support you and accept you but you have treated me like trash. You hurt me without any reason. You are the one who has created hate inside me for you".

She wiped her tears and got down from the bed. She walked towards a big photo of her and Abhinav's reception where she was smiling a little and Abhinav was holding her waist and smiling proudly.

Devika touched that photo and said with a sad smile, " We could be a perfect family with our children but you have ruined everything. You don't deserve any love or care. You only deserve hate and loath".

Saying that she walked towards the balcony and sat down on a chair. She is now talking with her babies.

She said smiling, " I can't wait to meet you, my babies. Mamma is feeling too much alone. But, mamma is happy that mamma's little angels are with me. I can't wait to hold you all in my arms and kiss you. Mamma loves you so much."

Devika is busy talking with her babies when Aushi entered the balcony with a phone in her hand.

She said to devika, " Arnav Bhai wants to talk with you about some important matter".

Devika thought mentally, " I know about which matter he wants to talk with me."

She took the phone from Arushi's hand and said, " Hello".

Devika signalled Arushi to leave her alone for some time.

Arnav- why did you humiliate bhai in front of the whole country. Your plan wasn't like that!! I know that you have done all this.

He didn't bother to say hello. He said all this in one go. Anger is audible in his voice.

Devika- Yes, I have done all this. Your bhai deserve all these humiliations. You can't even imagine what he has done with me behind the closed door.

She snapped on the phone clutching the phone tightly.

Arnav- I admit that bhai has done uncountable wrongdoings towards you. But, I can not see my brother being humiliated in front of the whole country. You didn't do the right thing.

Saying that Arnav cut the call and devika is yelling, "Hello.Hello...." But no response.

She said with an angry tone, "  I understand your love for your brother but I can not forget those humiliations which he had given me".

After Some Hour

At Police Station

The police have entered the police station with Abhinav. Apeksha is looking very happy after arresting Abhinav. She is now ready to put Abhinav inside the prison when a lawyer entered.

He said coming forward, " You can't hold Abhinav Agnihotri in prison. I have bail paper with me."

Saying that he gave a file to Apeksha and she took it being pissed off. She is reading the paper carefully when Abhinav said smirking, " Didn't I tell you that you can not put me in the prison. You have no idea about my power".

Apeksha yelled with frustration, " Even after having proof how can they give this criminal bail".

This time Abhinav said with his cold voice, " Before saying something to Abhinav Agnihotri think thousand times. How dare you call me criminal".

Apeksha is going to say something when her phone started ringing. She received the call and said gritting her teeth looking at Abhinav, " Yes, sir. I will check all the details again".

Saying that she cut the call when Abhinav said smirking, " Money can do anything DCP. I have my hand with the upper party. You can't even imagine the length of my power in every field".

" You might have come out on bail but you have to be in the court very soon and there I will present your all sins like a movie. Then I will see how you use your money and power," Apeksha said with a confident tone.

Abhinav chuckled. He walked towards her and whispered in her ear, " You will present my all sins in the court when you will remain alive. Do you think after ruining my reputation I will let you go so easily?"

Apeksha looked at him and said with amusement, " Are you threatening me?"

" Obviously, it's a threat. Be on your limits and I will spare you," Abhinav said glaring at Apeksha.

Saying that he left the police station where many reporters are still standing. They tried to talk with Abhinav but he didn't say a single word. He got into his car which was already here by his men and left the place immediately.

On the other hand, Apeksha said banging her hand on the desk in front of her, " You are saved by the upper party this time. You will not be lucky every time."

Then she sat down on her chair crossing her legs. She said trailing her fingers on her jaw, " I am sure devika is very happy after seeing your humiliation in front of the whole country".

After two Days

At Night

Devika's p.o.v

"Transfer that DCP as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will kill her", He yelled on the phone making me flinch on the bed.

I am sitting on the bed and reading my book. He has just come from his office in a ruined mood.

After his arrest, he has become more vicious and always snapping at anyone in small mistakes. Yesterday, Abhinav has whipped a servant mercilessly just because he has come late when Abhinav called him.

He is always angry because the news of his arrest is still a piece of hot news on every tv channel. His arrest has created many controversies which are affecting his business. The police are keeping their eyes on him like a hawk. He is losing many contracts and shares.

I am really happy to see his flaccid business condition. He has done the same thing with my ma and made her worried too much. Now, he is tasting his own medicine.

But I am really worried about Apeksha di. Is he really going to kill her!! No, God. Please, save Apeksha di. She has helped me a lot. I am praying to God for Apeksha di's safety. I know she is a strong woman and knows how to protect herself but still, I am afraid. I know Abhinav very well. He can do anything!!

" I am giving you one week, take care of this bitch DCP Apeksha Sinha. If you fail to do so then I will kill you first. And send this DCP's all information to my office tomorrow," he said loudly making my ear bleed. Is it necessary to yell every time!!

" If you pressurise your mind in the study too much it might harm the babies. Even after my warning, you are preparing yourself for the exam," He said closing my book. I looked at him with a little bit of a scared expression because his voice is too hard. He is looking very very angry. He snatched the book from my hand and threw it on a corner.

I said frowning my brow, " Give back my book."

He didn't say anything. He walked towards the place where he has thrown the book. He picked it up and put it on the table.

Then, he came towards me and sat beside me face to face, " what will you achieve after studying too much? I am still giving you too much freedom thinking about my babies. Was it necessary to betray me like that? Why did you betray where I was caring for you and behaving nicely with you?"

I said looking in another direction, " I didn't betray you."

I heard him saying mockingly, " Yeah, you didn't betray me!! After marrying you, I never looked at any woman and here you are who comes out from my brother's room fixing her saree. I always wonder what kind of work you were doing that you need to fix up your saree. I give you a few days freedom and you started whoring around. Actually, You don't deserve any freedom."

I felt like he has slapped me with his words. I didn't say anything on this matter because I only know what I was doing with Arnav that day.

"Thanks for giving me freedom for some time. otherwise, I might have not been able to humiliate you and give you too much mental pressure," I thought mentally.

We are now looking at each other intensely. He started caressing my cheeks and lips with his fingers. He pecked my lips gently and I closed my eyes. He held my shoulder and asked angrily, " tell me the truth about you and Arnav."

I didn't utter a single word. I am looking in another direction. I can feel his angry gaze on me.

Suddenly, I started feeling nausea and tried to stand up from the bed hurriedly. He held me in his embrace and said angrily, " Have you gone mad? Why you stand up so fast. ? What if you fall on the floor and hurt yourself!!"

I looked at him with disbelief because he has said those words genuinely. I laughed mentally over my thinking. This man can only know how to hurt someone. He can never care for someone.

He asked me holding my waist, " Do you need something?

" I am feeling....." I couldn't complete my sentence and vomited on his shirt. Some of my vomit fall into my saree making me dirty. I looked at him being scared and said hurriedly, " I am sorry. I didn't do it purposely"

His looks are totally impassive like he isn't bothered. He said assuring me, " Relax. Come to the washroom with me. Let me help you in the shower. I have to take shower as well".

Saying that he picked me up in bridal style and took me to the washroom and seated me on the bathtub. He cleaned my whole body with shower gel and also cleaned himself. He wiped my wet body with a towel and started draping the saree on me.

When he was folding my saree he kissed my belly and said, " I can not wait to meet you all".

I am seeing him with suspicious eyes. This man is totally unpredictable. A few moments ago he was accusing me of betraying and now acting as a caring husband.

After wearing me the saree, He took me to the bed and laid me down on the bed. He is still topless only on his towel. His well sculptured beastly body is on display and I am staring at him.

He asked wiping his hair, " Are you seeing my abs? But you have seen them uncountable time. There is nothing new."

I didn't say anything. I just turned my head in another direction. Suddenly, his phone started ringing and he picked up the call. I don't know what the other person said but I heard him saying mockingly, " So, this old bitch is now completely fine. Ok, I will see what I should do with her".

I am wondering about whom he is talking to. He came towards the bed and laid down beside me on the bed.

He said sarcastically, " I have good news for you. Your mother is not mental anymore. She is now completely fine".
