Honey, I'll Make You a Star (Margaret and Charleston) novel Chapter 41

Chapter 41 Stephanie Went Viral

Stephanie still did not want to change back into the white dress when it was time for the group shot.

She insisted on wearing the red dress for the shoot.

"I'm the lead, so I think I should stand in front." Stephanie suggested.

As the photographer was overly excited to see Margaret's performance, he nodded right away without even listening to what exactly Stephanie had said.

Stephanie quickly smiled and walked towards where Margaret was sitting. She sat down, squeezed Margaret out of her seat and cast her an unbothered look.

Margaret was rendered completely speechless. However, there wasn't much she could do but helplessly looked for somewhere else to sit.

In the following shoot, Stephanie had really acted as if she was the true lead. While she was doing her best to show herself off, she completely forgot about her snow pearl.

After the final shooting, the photographer looked at Margaret in awe. He smiled, thinking of how satisfied he was with her performance.

Combining the rainbow gemstone with Tiana's character really brought about an amazing contrast.

Margaret's poses were all done to emphasize on and to draw attention to the rainbow gemstone.

On the other hand, a layman would have watched the advertisement and thought that Stephanie was the product being promoted.

"Miss Margaret, we definitely will meet again." The photographer said to Margaret in a serious tone as he reached his hand out to shake hers.

"Thank you. I'm looking forward to that." Margaret said with a smile, even though she was slightly startled at first.

She too had heard of the photographer's reputation. So, if they were to meet again, it meant that Margaret would've already made it to the international stage.

But since she didn't have such ambition for the time being, she did not take his words to heart.

On the other hand, Stephanie had already gotten the finished product of the advertisement.

"Edit the videos that are better and use the studio name to publish them." Stephanie barked her order at Tracy, "Remember to find a few keyboard-warriors to get it trending."

Stephanie was not very popular, and she did not have many fans. Hence, she needed the keyboard-warriors to help her elevate her popularity.

"Okay, I understand." Tracy was used to this method of Stephanie's. She shared the film with the studio staff and asked them to have the best parts edited out.

"I'm so tired. I want to go back and rest." Stephanie took the caravan back to the company.

Stephanie got up to the highest floor and pushed open the chairman's office door, only to see Zachary sitting there.

"Zachary." Stephanie called out to him affectionately. She made her way towards him, her hips swaying from side to side as she walked.

"Stephanie, I didn't expect you to dance so gracefully." Zachary glanced up at Stephanie and greeted her with a smile.

Stephanie was a little taken aback by that remark. She asked in confusion, "What do you mean?"

"Stephanie, do you know that you've gone viral? Your studio posted a clip from Ancient Star and now it's everywhere on the internet. Look at how many fans you got." Zachary explained enthusiastically. He could barely contain his excitement.

Stephanie immediately widened her eyes and asked, "Really? Which one?"

"It's the part where you dance. If I had known that you could dance this well, I would have taken a video of you dancing a long time ago. Then, you would have already become famous." If Stephanie had risen to fame back then, he would not have to put in so much effort now just to help her gain more popularity.

"Which part of the dance?" Stephanie furrowed her eyebrows. She did not remember being part of any dancing video.

Zachary turned the computer on and asked Stephanie to take a look.

Stephanie's face immediately turned pale when she saw the video on the computer screen.

It was the video recording of Margaret dancing as her double.
