Chapter 164: It Was Like An Affair Caught at The Spot

Yanis didn't mean to look at them, but she still looked over at the two of them who were standing there choosing a bedsheet set.

Yanis didn't stay there. She just looked up and walked away.

When Yanis was carrying out all the things that had been deposited, Iris was just coming out with his stuff.

"Wait here for me, I'll get a cart." As she spoke, Iris put the things she was carrying next to Yanis' stuff and went to get the cart.

When Iris took the cart over, the two put their purchases in it. "Let's go."

Yanis followed Iris. "Mr. Duncan doesn't live with Magnus?"

Yanis didn't notice this when she went to the Duncan Residence with Travis before.

When Iris heard Yanis, he responded, "no, I like a quiet environment. Magnus is so noisy. Sometimes I just go over and spend some time with him."

Yanis heard this without speaking anymore.

Yanis' car was parked far away from the exit, while Iris' car was parked in a parking spot directly opposite the exit.

After putting the cart in the trunk, Iris looked at Yanis. "Why don't you just go to your car, tell me which building you are living in, and we'll meet there, ok?"

Yanis looked at the beautiful young woman coming this way and asked him in a low voice, "Mr. Duncan doesn't like such good-looking women?"

Iris chuckled. "There are plenty of good-looking women. I can't like everyone."

Yanis smiled but didn't say anything.

"Mr. Duncan, didn't you say you were home with your family?"

The woman was indeed beautiful and tall, with delicate facial features. She had light makeup which gave people a very good impression.

As she spoke to Iris, the woman glanced at Yanis several times as if she was about to push Yanis away from Iris.

However, a lady was not allowed to do such an impulsive thing.

Iris put her hand on Yanis's shoulder and said, "I came to buy something with my girlfriend."

The trunk of Iris's car was still open. There was a bedsheet set lying there which was very misleading.

The pretty woman suddenly looked disappointed, and her gaze fell on Yanis's face. "You... Are you his girlfriend?"

Before Yanis could speak, the woman turned back to Iris, "But Magnus said you don't have a girlfriend?"

With a polite smile on her face, Iris said, "Miss Johnson, I have a girlfriend. I was too busy with work to tell Magnus, so Magnus doesn't know."

The expression on the woman's face obviously changed, and she was a little aggrieved. "I don't believe it. I asked the people in your company, and they all said that you don't have a girlfriend. My father also said that you don't!"

Iris and Neve looked at each other and narrowed their eyes. Before Neve spoke, Iris first said, "Miss Johnson, I have something to do with Yanis, we'll leave first."

Then Iris looked at Yanis and said, "let's go back."
