Ice and Fire novel Chapter 168

Jackson quickly went to the bathroom to take a shower, and after he came back, he directly got into bed with Cherry.

Lying next to her, Jackson gently pulled Cherry in his arms.

At first, Cherry opposed him, but eventually gave up on her struggles after she felt Jackson's tight grip on her. She slowly opened her eyes, and as she looked at Jackson, she asked, "Where have you been?"

"We went for a ride after we played some balls, " casually said Jackson, but struggling deep inside. He didn't want to lie to her, but there was something that he just couldn't let her know about, and thought that it was better for her anyway if she didn't know about it.

Cherry didn't feel like asking him more details, so she slightly closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

When he saw that Cherry didn't ask him anymore more questions, Jackson kissed her lips. He enjoyed her taste for a long time before he finally let her go, but then gently whispered in her ear, "Baby..."

While he was talking, Jackson slid his hand underneath Cherry's pajama and started to fondle her body.

Cherry softly said, "Go to sleep now, okay? Stop that..."

But Jackson wasn't going to let her go so easily. He ripped off her nightgown, rolled himself over her and pressed his body onto hers. He kissed Cherry on her cheeks, and affectionately said, "Honey, I missed you."

Hearing Jackson's dreamy voice, Cherry lost all of her strength to resist him. She could barely move while she was pressed down under him.

The thirst for her body drove Jackson wild, and he made love to her like never before.

The air in the room soon became stuffy because of their arduous lovemaking.

In the morning, the room was filled with obvious signs of lovemaking. Cherry's body was snuggled into Jackson's, enjoying his body's warmth. She slept well.

One of their phones broke the silence of the morning, and Jackson and Cherry finally woke up.

"It's your phone, pick it up, " said Cherry impatiently as she curled up into Jackson's arms.

"Okay, " replied Jackson before picking his phone to answer it.

Derek's voice came from the other end of the line, and asked, "Jackson, are you two still sleeping? Get up fast, we need to eat breakfast and then go and catch our plane."

Jackson was still feeling very drowsy, and replied, "I know, stop rushing me."

After he hung up, Cherry also slowly woke up. She found herself in Jackson's arms but without too much of a surprise, because she still vaguely remembered what had happened last night. Although it wasn't very clear, she had lost track of most of the night spent with him.

"Get up, we need to catch the plane, " said Cherry.

"Go back to sleep, we can take the next one if we miss it, " said Jackson arrogantly while he was about to go back to sleep again.

Cherry patted on Jackson's chest, said, "Get up! Where's all of your enthusiasm from last night gone? Oh, you're tired now?"

Jackson felt a deep love for her when he heard Cherry talk. As he opened his eyes, he watched the woman in front of him, and fondly said, "Honey, I can't bear to be away from you for one single moment!"

Cherry felt embarrassed when he saw Jackson's smirky face.

Cherry didn't listen to him, and instead gently said, "Come on, get up! We need to take a shower, and we haven't even packed our luggage yet! We need to hurry!"

Jackson obeyed Cherry, and said, "Okay, then let's take our shower together to gain some more time."

He then jumped out of bed and stepped into the bathroom with Cherry.

The four of them arrived back in their own city in the afternoon. When they walked out of the arrivals at the airport, Bobby was already there waiting for them outside.

He stepped up to Derek and Jackson, and respectfully said, "Mr. Jackson, Mr. Derek."

Jackson was still all over Cherry and didn't greet him back, while Derek just nodded to him.

"Selina, Derek, I need to go home now. See you later, " said Cherry. She then turned to Selina, and said, "I'll start work tomorrow morning."

Selina nodded to her.

Jackson, who was standing beside Cherry, said to her, "Let Bobby drive you home."

But Cherry refused, "No, that's alright, I can go by myself."

After that, when Cherry was about to leave, she was suddenly pulled into Jackson arms.

He gazed into Cherry's eyes, and whispered, "Listen to me, let him drive you home; I'll be worried about you if you go alone."

Cherry didn't say anything more when she saw Jackson acting so bossy with her, as if no one could go against his word.

Jackson then turned to Bobby, and ordered him, "Drive her home."

"Yes, sir!" answered Bobby respectfully.

After he gave the order, Jackson whispered into Cherry's ear, "Get some rest, and wait for my call."

Hearing his soft voice, Cherry didn't know how to reply to him. He said that he would contact her later.

Cherry then took Jackson's hands off of her, and without saying a word followed Bobby to his car.

Jackson felt relieved when he watched the car drive away. He then turned around, and told Selina, "You should go home now, Derek and I have some other things to do."

Selina was slightly angry, and said, "Don't you guys think that you should go back home first?"

Jackson didn't reply, And Derek could tell that Jackson was getting very impatient. He said to Selina, "Girl, stop being so annoying! You should go now, the big boys have things to take care of!"

Selina saw that she could do nothing about her two big brothers, and helplessly said, "Fine!"

After they sent her away, Jackson and Derek hopped into a black car.
