   Episode-102 "I am testing you...."

    Serene's POV:

      I was resting my back

against the wall and Alexis was sleeping on my lap. He was touching my hands, I

was telling him about my day. He was just smiling at me. he kissed my hand and

said, "if I could keep you 24/7 with me then I will be in heavens.."

  I chuckled and said,

"no.. you can't...  first my family, then

my education, then my fluffy.... then you...."

   He looked at me and

complained, "why am I the last?.."

  I smiled and said, "no reason... but I think you

should also have the same sequence... first your family, then Snow... maybe your

work and then me...."

   He said, "I can

change it.. if I get married to you then it's only me... I will be your

priority.. I am still your priority..." I am blushing... he got up and kissed me

lightly...  he kissed me again.. he moved

away, he is not that bad, he agreed not to go further then kiss till we are

married... well I am not that stupid.... I will make him wait...

     Author's POV:

   Next evening,

                  Ernest was on the balcony in the palace

looking out without direction in anger, he thought about smoking but became

useless. Ernest got a call, he picked it up seeing Davis.

     Davis said, "Sir...

Mr. Turner is biological father of Miss. Celeste... he had a affair with her

mother, she is not biological daughter of Reef Millar... Mr. Turner went to Queen

for help.. and Miss. Celeste's friend Daisy was undercover bodyguard for Miss.

Celeste... reportedly Miss. Celeste is at Mr. Turner's house..." Ernest ended the

call, he said, "Turner... you took her away from me... but Celeste is my wife... I am

not giving up that easily..." Ernest heard footsteps, he didn't bothered to look.

He saw his father standing next to him looking out of the balcony...

        Ernest looked

out and said, "Dad... you also think I am wrong..." Ernest was angry but didn't

knew how to express it.

   King Edwin smirked,

Edwin said, "You were wrong... there is nothing to think in it...." Ernest didn't

answer, Edwin added, "when your mom was pregnant with you she said she don't

want you to take after me.... I guess she was right.." Ernest was about to lose

his patience...

    Ernest said calmly

but coldly, "Dad... I don't care if I was wrong or right... it doesn't matter... I

love Celeste... I can't explain what I feel when she is not here.... it started

with hate and-" Edwin cuts his words, "but you didn't know when it turned into

love..." Edwin chuckled and looked out..

    Edwin said,

"Ernest... not everything goes like you want.. sometimes you have to take

decisions to hurt your own love... sometimes your anger makes you do this...

sometime the feeling of losing them takes over your own self that you are

hurting your love... I know this... because I have been there... I can't blame you,

maybe it's my fault that you are like me... but you could have remembered what

your mom taught you... that's your fault..." Ernest looked at Edwin as he said

this..

   Ernest just

answered, "Dad.... I don't desire support or help... I just want mom and you not to

stop me.. I can't live without her... I will bring Celeste back... I married her,

she is my legal wife."

   Edwin turned to his

son and said, "Ernest... I don't mind you loving that girl or marrying her.... I

know what you feel. But I suggest wining her instead of forcing her.... no matter

how much you force her to be with you, she will go away... make her feel the need

to be with you, just like you feel... show her no one can love her like you do..."

Ernest looked down and Edwin added, "you punished her as Reef Millar's daughter

but turns out she is daughter of Turner... Turner came to Alisa to get his

daughter, do you think he will let you go close to her... she is not on your side

either.... There is no way Turner will agree, if Turner knew about this marriage

then he will come here again...."

   Ernest scoffed and

said, "Turner doesn't matter.. if it was not mom then I would have killed him

the moment I saw him in my mansion..."

                   Edwin chuckled and said, "it's not the Turner

who works for us, it's your wife's father now.. fathers are dangerous... when

your  mom told your granddad about the

marriage, he didn't agree... he said I was not right, that time your mom's

relation was not that good with your granddad.. and Turner will do anything for

his only daughter... do you think it will be easy.... Consider me, I will kill

anyone who comes near Cherry... no one touched my baby daughter..."

   Ernest looked at

Edwin and said, "Dad... you are trying to make me fear... but I don't... Turner is no

problem for me... Celeste is mine, Turner is nothing.. I might keep him alive

because he is my wife's father..." Edwin chuckled and said, "I am testing you...."
