Loveless Marriage novel Chapter 155

Very soon, Isabella knew why Heather hated her so much.

Lunch time in the company's dining hall, the two girls sitting at the opposite of Isabella gossiped with her.

"Recently, people from the marketing department seemed to hate us so much that they even wanted to kill us."

Isabella glanced at the distance where Heather was chatting with her colleagues, then lowered her head to feed Rachel, laughing: "Is that so? We don't usually get along with them, so why do they hate us? "

"Miss Jones, haven't you felt it?" A girl looked at her in shock.

Minh brought the dishes to the table, asking, "What are you guys talking about?"

Isabella immediately felt that she'd entered into a group of paparazzi.

"Just those people from the Marketing. Miss Jones recently took over the two biggest projects of the year, but they didn't get anything, and their bonus will definitely shrink. It would be weird if they don't hate us. "

Hearing this, she raised her head and looked at the girl without saying a word. But she suddenly understood everything.

So that was why Heather kept targeting her?

However, it wasn't her idea to take over the project of Polygon. She just couldn't reject Mr. Smith's request, so how could they blame her? On the other hand, she wouldn't give up easily if she could be paid money.

Minh pouted in disagreement, "That's what our Miss Jones deserves! She worked so hard. How can they say she steal it?"

The two girls smiled. "I mean right? Those people are too petty. We have never been jealous of them in the past."

Isabella wiped the Rachel's mouth, smiling: "Stay low key. We haven't even got our money yet. It's not time to be happy."

They have already got investment from Polygon, but Fantasy still remained unclear. After all, she couldn't really see through Shawn, and didn't know whether he really wanted to corporate with them.

"Money is motivation. Of course I'm happy." Minh laughed as he touched Rachel's face.

Looking at him, Isabella felt confused once again.
