Madam Winters’s Fight For Her Children novel Chapter 92

Chapter 92

Adina was calm. “Go on.”

“I’ll give you another $10,000,000,000, so it will be a total of $11,000,000,000. After you get the money, get as far away from Sea City as possible and never ever come back.”

Dew’s heart bled as she said that. She did not have that much money in her account, so she had to go and get a loan from the bank in order to collect the $11,000,000,000.

But what other solution did she have?

George had sent some people to watch her closely, so it was impossible for her to find someone to assassinate Adina again.

Besides, if she killed Adina and people found out, she would never be able to marry into the Winters family. If she could make Adina go away by spending some money, she would try her best to produce the cash. If she lost the money, she could earn it back again. But if she was exposed, there would be no way to turn the situation around… Adina stared at Dew’s dynamic and interesting expressions before she chuckled. “Dew, you’re not someone who operates at a loss. If others take advantage of you, you get back at them ten times over. Why would you willingly buy my shares even if you’ll suffer loss? Your main goal shouldn’t be the shares, but to force me out of sea City, right?” Dew appeared stunned, and she instinctively denied it. “I just don’t want you to join Daugherty Corporation and compete for control.” “But you’re clearly afraid…” Adina took a step forward. “Why are you afraid of me joining Daugherty Corporation? Dew, tell me, what are you afraid of?” “You must be overthinking. Why would I be afraid of you?” Dew yelled, “I just don’t want to see you. I don’t want to see you appearing in my territory. I wish you could go far away and never appear in my world again!” Adina scoffed. It would be great if it was that simple, but unfortunately, it was not.

If Dew merely did not want to see her, there were tons of other methods for her. There was no need to hire those killers to kill her either.

There had to be something that Dew was afraid of letting her know.

What was it? Adina thought about it for a while but could not come up with anything. Nevertheless, it was fine. There would be a lot of time for them to interact, so she could still dig it out of Dew. She cast an indifferent glance at Dew before she turned back and left.

“Adina, you haven’t promised me to leave Sea City!” Dew ran after Adina in her high heels.” You’re not allowed to walk away when we haven’t made things clear!” “I only have one word for you: Impossible.”

Adina avoided Dew’s touch, and her eyes were full of coldness. “Sea City is my hometown. I was forced to leave this place for four years when I didn’t wish for it, and now, you’re asking me to not return again. You wish!”

“You!”

Dew was so angry that she lost control. This bitch was not moved by force or persuasion. She really wanted to push this bi*ch down from the stairs.

Adina was very happy to see Dew losing control. She smiled faintly. “Dew, you’re pretty close with Mr. Winters from the Winters Corporation, right?” Dew widened her eyes. “What… what do you mean?” This bi*ch knew nothing, right? “I’m going to Winters Corporation for a work discussion. Do you want to tag along?” While Adina spoke, she stared at the changes in Dew’s expressions. “Work discussion? You don’t need to go!” Dew instantly grabbed Adina’s arm. “The project with Winters Corporation was taken by me. I’m in charge of it. Don’t wish to use work to approach the Winters family!”
