Mates But Enemies novel Chapter 59

In a manor with guards everywhere and top quality cars envied by the world and the richest in the world owned were packed in front of it. The building was built with glasses that the once inside could see outside as clear as those outside would but those outside couldn't even see the lights shining in the room.

In one of the rooms, three men sat around a table with swords lying on it, their faces were covered with black masks but they wore white robes. And they sat with their eyes on each other and doubt could be seen in their eyes, their fist clenched. Something seemed to be going on till one who was very young with thick muscles and black eyes nodded and stood up to leave. Then it was clear that they were communicating with their minds, they eluded a dangerous aura around them.

A few steps from them and this time, one of them spoke asking,

“Do you still have the alpha prince with you? We wouldn't want them suspecting you too much so don't go overboard. But the problem at hand, don't worry we will find out what those people are. You may go act normal so you will be allowed in the conquest. ”

He nodded and left, they watched him leave before they removed their masks and looked at each other now a little panicky. One had gray hair which was style with gel and combed to his back and the other looked younger with only a few gray hair. They watched each other in their own thoughts until the younger spoke,

“If he felt the marine spirit around them, that means, the Princes mates must be the ones with that spirit which makes the job now dangerous. ”

The older one nodded with a sigh and whispered,

“I am most afraid if they are from the genasi tribe it would be dangerous then. We could bribe the were crocodiles if they are one of them but I can never bribe a genasi. Even though genasi’s are less these times, they were wiped off before so I think we have nothing to worry about. Let's go ahead with our plans, we must make the throne come to us this time. ”

The younger man stood up and bowed slightly and said,

“Okay dad, I will trust you then, I have somewhere to be now, I am expecting to be crowned the king next two nights from now. ”

The older man nodded and asked him to leave, when he was about to reach the door, it suddenly closed. The younger one looked back at the man but he only shrugged and said,

“You cannot tell when you are not you, I don't trust myself even, so if you remember the code, you can just unlock it and leave. ”

The younger one laughed and shook his head and replied walking to the door,

“It seems someone is afraid of his own technique replacing the alpha prince with your ruthless son. I will go and see the real one on my way out, do you have a message for him, Mr. high official?”

The man clenched his fist and angrily snouted,

“I hate that name the most, I should have being crowned instead of my brother, and you should have being crowned instead of that Adelaide now he wants to crown his son. It won't happen now or ever, go and prepare for the best news. ”

The younger man nodded but hid the smirk that appeared on his face before scanning the door to open, pretending to type in the code. He walked out of the room and his face altered to two different ones, he shook his head slightly and it went back to before. Then he walked majestically out of the house, he got to one of the guards and asked him to accompany him to where the alpha prince was hidden. The guard looked at him confused but he couldn't deny him and walked ahead of him, he walked with him with no worries on his face.

They got to one particular room and the guard stopped and said,

That's the room please go ahead.

The man looked back at the younger guard and sneered,

So this is another test? how about a test to know if your head would crack with I swipe it? Take me to the Prince now!!!
