The queen looked at the now dejected looking Tilda and held her hand. She looked at her and smiled then said,

“You are welcome here my in law, it's just your mates behavior is unacceptable and none of us can be lenient on him. You are mostly welcome Tilda, now go to your room, I have arranged a contest for the princesses to prove your will to glorify your mates. In an hour time, you would be called to the main hall do get ready. ”

She nodded and smiled thankful that none spoke about the slap and pitied her. She just left with their gazes on her, everyone watched her with their own thoughts running in their minds till she disappeared. They walked ahead to the office and sat down waiting for what the prince had to say about his issue. After a few seconds with two heavy sighs, he finally decided to speak,

“I apologize once again for the trouble I put you all through, and I don't expect you all to forgive me because it isn't the only reason I am apologising. The last time my mate saw me, I had truly gone to see the high official and he told me my father didn't want me as the alpha king but he only considered Absalom and Logan as such.

I believed him because of what I heard from your room dad, so I was angry in the first place. He asked I wanted to be crowned without any inferences and I admitted that, that was the case. He then said we were on the same road so I should come with him to a place where he could teach me to become the king in the shortest possible time. I believed him but instead of taking the front way out of the palace, he opened a secret passage in his room and told me to follow him.

We arrived at a forest behind the palace and surprisingly, a car was packed out there waiting for us. On our way out there to wherever he was taking me, he asked of information about you Absalom and I told him without any concern.

We got to this flashy manor which was built like the palace with it's many buildings around it. We met a man and a woman I didn't know, he being a rogue and the lady who communicated with him in the mind but wasn't a werewolf. I was confused as to what was going on until a few other men joined him and he asked them to take me away and I had out used my purpose.

I looked at him and told him that I would tell the King what ever I had seen and heard and he replied that that is if I made it to you alive. The lady walked to me and touched my forehead, and that was all I could remember till I found myself on the hospital bed. I believe that I have put you in danger with my actions and he would come for me once again since he has his spies in the palace. ”

He finished his long narration without interruption, the five people knew that what he was saying could be partly or wholely true because they had seen the results before arriving there. The king looked at them and asked if they had encountered any problems that linked with what he was saying and they nodded and Absalom revealed that the lady that he mentioned had even mentioned his name. He nodded regretfully and knelt on the floor but Logan held his hand and pulled him up.

The king then stood up and told him that since he was easily manipulated and trusted blindly, he couldn't be the king their kingdom and it was his punishment for putting the lives of his brothers in danger. Because he was jealous of them, he didn't think twice before spilling out information about them. Enoch nodded with tears in his eyes but accepted his punishment in good faith.

They saw that Leo had dozed off so Logan pulled him in arms, he looked at him surprised and looked back at the people around him and shouted,

“He is not sleeping, his soul isn't with him. ”

As it was his first time witnessing him like that he was very surprised but the rest of the three only shrugged and Nadia put in,

“He might have had somewhere very important to be just let him be. ”

Then he realized that it wasn't his first time acting that way because of the three's reactions. A few seconds later, he opened his eyes and got up slowly then he said,

I have found the way to the manor and I won't be needing my body, do not disturb me till I arrive.

As soon as he finished speaking, his body dropped on Logan like a fallen log. And they all waited for him to come back from wherever he had gone. But then they now had an idea of where he was going and they couldn't help but have a slight worry in their hearts for the boy.
