Mistaken Identity novel Chapter 41

"Sleep with me," I repeated when I saw the shock look on his face. I wonder why I'd eb shock. What did I say wrong? I repeated in my head. Sleep with me. Oh shit, that sounded like I was asking him so sleep with me. Gosh, that's embarrassing. "What I meant was sleep in my bed with me tonight doing nothing but sleeping."

He let out a laugh and I gave him a look. Why was he laughing? He was laughing so hard and this was getting me a little angry.

"You frighten me, when you said that." He said between laughs.

I turned around to open my door, I couldn't stand and watch him laughing at me. I can already feel the tears coming down. He was laughing, gosh, I'm such a fool. When my door was opened I felt Alex wrapped his arms around me and placed his chin on my shoulder. "I'm sorry." He said softly. He turned me around so I was now facing him. "Shh...don't cry. I'm sorry." I never knew I was crying I guess these things happen when you are in love.

He lifted his hands and started to wipe the tears on my face. After he finished he kissed me on my temple, nose and cheeks. "It's okay. I'll sleep with you in the bed and we won't do anything, well unless you want us to."

After he said that a smile came upon my face. I playfully slapped his chest. I rest my head on his shoulders hiding my blush. "That's my girl. Come let's get you to bed." This is the second time he called me his girl and I felt special. He brought me in my room and closed the door behind him. He placed me on the bed and came to lay beside me. He wrapped his hands around my waist and my head rest on his chest. It felt at home. After a couple of minutes of inhaling his heavenly scent I fell asleep.

Alex POV

I watch as she laid in my arms sleeping. She looked beautiful and she is mine. I used my hands and took the hair from her face. I kissed her nose and she looked as if she smiled in her sleep. Maybe she was thinking about me because when I'm sleeping she's the only thing I think about. Touching her and kissing her. She made me come alive. I guess what other man would call it this is love. I'm in love with Kalliyah Bisson. I accepted the fact when he were watching the movie. I guess that movie was a wakeup call. It made me see that she belonged with me, she's mine. I wanted to tell her before she fell asleep. I want to tell the world how I felt. When I saw the tears in her eyes after I was laughing I felt a pain in my heart to know that I hurt her. I just left like hugging her. I smile at the thought. In all my life I never thought something so wonderful could happen to me. I kissed her temple again. I tighten my grip around her waist not wanting to let her go. I closed my eyes and inhaled her wonderful scent. That's the last thing I remember before falling asleep.

I woke up to a wonderful scent. I looked around and realized that I was still in Kally's room. I smiled and released my arms from around her. I look down and her and smile. An idea pops up in my head. I'll make her breakfast in bed. I kissed her on the cheeks then went to my room. After showering I made my way to my kitchen and started to make us breakfast.

When I was at the coffee machine preparing the coffee, I heard movement behind me. I turned around to see Kally staring at me with raised.

"What are you doing? She asked, her voice still hoarse from her sleep.

"What do you think I'm doing?" I'm making breakfast. I said in a matter of fact tone. She rolled her eyes and I smile.

I walk up to her and wrapped my hands around her. "You Missy did not greet me like how a girlfriend should greet her boyfriend in the mornings." I stated with a smirk.

"Really, how is am suppose to greet you then," she asked smiling.

"You greet me like this." I brought my head to hers and kissed her slowly. When we separate I placed my forehead on hers. We were staring in each other's eyes when the door bell ring. I released her and walked to the door.

When I opened the door I saw the last persons I was expecting to see.

"Mother, Father," I said in shock.

"Good morning son," my mother said and brought me in a hug.

"Good morning," my father had shaking my hands. He knew that I haven't completely forgiven him.

"Good morning," I heard Kally's voice from behind me. When I moved she was waving to my parents.

"What's that bitch doing here," my mother said in angry.

Kally winced. "What are you talking about?"
