Mistaken Identity novel Chapter 56

When we arrived at my condo in Manhattan, I suggested that Kally rest. She needed it. After settling her in one of the rooms the three of us went our separate ways. Luke and Ally probably went to make out, something they do every time they were alone.

I smile. When Kally regains her memory we'll be like them, hopefully. I'll try my best to woo her. Try my best to make her realize that she's my life, my heart, my everything. I love her.

I walked to my kitchen and took out a bottle of my whiskey. I placed some in my glass and place it to my lips. What can I do to win her heart again? What can I do to make her fall for me and fall hard?

I start playing some scenarios in my head. Bring her to a fancy restaurant. Bring her to the movies. Buy her ice-cream, she loves ice-cream.

I smiled. I will bring her to Diary Queen and buy her ice-cream. We bonded over ice—cream once, we can again.

I took another sip of my whiskey.

"Hey, mate." I noticed the voice immediately and smile.

"Aren't you suppose to be with your fiancé making some babies." I smirk.

"Who told you we haven't made one already?" he foretold.

I raised my brows at him. "Really? Alliyah is pregnant?"

"No, but I want her to be."

"Why?" I inquired.

"I want her to have a better experience with motherhood. This time she won't be alone, she'll have me. I'll never leave her side." He smile. It was obvious that this Australian with long blonde hair was in love with my woman's sister.

"That's good man and I'll never leave Kalliyah's side either. That's if she'll have me. What if she remembers and choose not to forgive me."

Luke walked closer to me and took a seat next to me. He pulled a glass of whisky for himself. He took a sip and turn to me. He points the whiskey to me. "You see this whiskey. It's strong, very strong. It is as strong as the love you have for Kalliyah. Whiskey even when mixed with water is strong that's how much you love her. The water is the barrier that is between the two of you. Don't let the water take over. Stop worry about what hasn't come as yet. She has a memory loss, she has time to adjust to the new you or should I say the changed you. I told you this before. It's not a time for you to weep about your mistakes, it a time to make them better." He took a sip and smiled. "Let me tell you something. Alliyah she didn't like me, I was the annoying neighbor always borrowing sugar, which of course I never paid back. She keep pushing me away but I paid her no mind. My mind was set. I am going to make her fall for me and look we're going to get married in a couple months time. No matter what comes in the way, show her how much you value and love her, mate. Kill her with love."

I nod my head at my blond friend. He seem to light my mood a little. "Enough of me though. When are planning on going back to Alaska?"

"I haven't decided a date as yet since Alliyah want to spend her time with sister. I'm not in any hurry after all I'm just a crappy Fantasy and Romance writer, I can work anywhere."

"Well that's true. What about Ally, doesn't she work?"

"No, she quit her job after she had Henrique and I really don't my future wife to show of her body to anyone but me so No. I'm happy if she just stays home and take care of our football team that we'll be having." I laughed at his statement.

"Isn't nine kids too much?" I wondered.

"My family is known to have up to 12, I'm just settling for a little less. Don't think I can take the stress that comes with twelve kids." I laughed at him.

"But, that's just three less."

"Three too many." He smiled.

"Where is that future wife of yours by the way?"

"She was tired so I made her went to bed early."

I wiggled my eyebrows. "I wonder what made her so tired."

He pushed my shoulders playfully. "LOL, no mate, we're coming from the hospital. Wouldn't have enough time."

"It can even take five minutes." I teased.

"Can we stop now, mate." He was madly blushing.

"Oh, you're blushing." I pinched his cheeks and he hit my hands off.

"You're so gay. I wonder about you."

"Don't worry, my eyes only work for one woman." I stated with a smile.

"Mine too."
