The next day, Riley got up early. Lydia did not practise yoga anymore when Riley had stopped staying up late to finish her thesis, which made Riley even angrier.

She looked up at the spiral stairs. Lydia was lying in their bed. She had taken away her place, but she was calm about it now.

“Mrs. George…”

Sophia came from the kitchen, and she looked uneasy when she saw Riley.

“What’s the matter?”

Sophia had a long struggle, “Mrs. George, actually I received a call from the young master the night before yesterday and he wanted to speak to you. I was about to call you to answer the phone call, but Ms. Saunders came and snatched away the phone. “Lydia, you and I should work together. Riley will not only get out of the George family. Her reputation will be ruined too. Wait and see.”

Riley heard the alarm from the emergency room when she returned to the office after rounding the ward. She ran towards the elevator and pressed on the ground floor button before she could even put down the reports. She dashed towards the emergency hall when she was on the ground floor.

The wind blew her white coat up, revealing her vaguely visible slender leg under the skirt.

It was a serial accident again!

“Dr. Watson, the patient…”

Riley strode over, “He is having a compound fracture on his thigh bone, accompanied by the fracture on the pelvic bone. Prepare for the CT scan, blood test and inject him with drips. Check if there is any dural hemorrhage using the CT scan and prepare to join his bones.”

Riley ignored her and said to the nurse, “Next patient.”
