Her voice became a little nervous and she couldn’t speak fluently.

Euan unbuttoned all the buttons of his white shirt without any expressions on his face. He suddenly shook his shoulders to take off the shirt and threw it on the floor.

“This bathroom is big enough for you and me. I am not avoiding you, so you’d better keep your mouth shut.”

Riley submerged herself in the water even further, only showing her neck and face above the surface. Fortunately, she had poured some bubble bath in the tub, otherwise she would have been really embarrassed.

The water flowed over the edges with a splashing sound. The bathtub was huge and Riley occupied just a corner. However, when Euan joined in suddenly, the space suddenly became very small and cramped!

He seemed to have occupied the bathtub completely!

Bending her legs to avoid touching him, Riley reached out for the towel to wrap herself up .

Damn it! The towel was hung far away. She couldn’t reach it unless she got out of the tub!

Euan straightened his long legs, making more water splash out!

“Euan, what’s wrong with you?I am just taking a bath here, what are you trying to do? If you want to take a bath, let me just give the whole bath tub to you!” Riley gritted her teeth. Euan’s way of humiliating her was becoming more and more perverted!

“Shut up and lie down.”

Riley’s brain was about to burst into flames with anger!

Cruelly and ruthlessly, she stood up from the water, stomped out barefoot on the tile and reached out her hand to grab the big bath towel.

Euan took his time in staring at her figure, his gaze lingering on her slender waist exuding a soft aura in the sunlight, looking extremely beautiful.

Suddenly, Riley was struck with tragedy!

The soles of her feet were slippery from the bubble bath and the floor was covered with water that had splashed out of the bathtub.

Her feet slipped on the slippery floor and fell directly on the bathroom floor.

Riley groaned in pain faintly from the floor, almost losing her consciousness in pain.

Extremely felt embarrassed, she wanted to die.

Euan leaped out of the bath tub quickly and picked her up from the floor, making her lean in his arms. Both of them were stunned.

Time stood still between the two, as distant and desolate as a void.

Riley gulped, swallowing her saliva as she looked into his eyes. Her heart seemed to be beating in her throat.

Getting anxious, she desperately struggled in his arms, “Let me go! I am done with taking a bath, let me leave.”

She could feel his breath on her face as he asked, “Do you think it’s too late?”

“Euan, where are you?”

Lydia’s voice suddenly came from the living room, her sweet and greasy voice making Riley bitter.

She curled her lips into a smile, “Euan, your woman is calling you. Aren’t you going out?”

Euan frowned, “Woman? Seeming you have forgotten your own identity! You are Mrs. George.”

Riley gritted her teeth and placed her feet firmly on the ground to get up. She snorted, “Euan, I don’t think this is the right time to emphasize on who I am. Go out, don’t make her wait any longer. She is pregnant. She should avoid being anxious.”

Euan’s long fingers held her chin, “You…” ‘Don’t you care who you are?’

But he couldn’t get the answer.

“What? How could I go out, otherwise she will see us like this. Even though nothing happened, it will inevitably make her think that it did.”

She stood up on the ground with her hand , keeping her back towards him, leaving behind the perfect picture of running water and green hills. She pulled the towel off the rack and wrapped it around her body, tying a knot on her chest.

Euan was really angry. How could he treat this like nothing happened? Did this woman have no reaction towards him?

“Euan, you are so nice to me. But next time, you can take a shower upstairs. My baby and I will be fine, I have just waken up for a while.”

Riley breathed a sigh of relief as her voice faded away, but her heart felt heavy making it hard for her to breath.

She went back to her room and put on her clothes. It was around seven o’clock and she had to rush to the hospital.

When she came out of her room, Lydia was walking down the stairs, “Riley,are you going to work.?Euan is taking a shower upstairs. He is too… As soon as he wakes up, he wants to…” She chuckled, “Now he is showering. I feel a bit of pain in my back, I don’t know if it will affect the child…”

Riley held her bag tightly with her hand. ‘Did he go upstairs just now to have sex with Lydia?’

Taking a deep breath, Riley almost ran towards the garage, started her polo and drove away.

Lydia stared at the door that Riley had just slammed shut and smiled proudly, “Quickly! Euan will be downstairs now. Get the breakfast ready!”

It was great that Riley didn’t eat at home!

Euan changed into clean shirt and trousers. Lydia came up and pulled him by his arm, “Euan, come on. Let’s eat breakfast.”

Euan walked around in the living room, dining room and the corridor, but he could not see Riley.

Jodie brought over three sets of dinnerware and cutlery but as she finished arranging two sets, Lydia said with a smile, “Jodie, Riley… is not eating breakfast at home. Just arrange two sets.”

Euan let go of her hand indifferently, there was not the slightest emotion on his face, “One set will be fine, I need to rush to the office for a meeting.”

Lydia’s face suddenly turned green, “Let’s eat breakfast first. The office is not more important than your health, right? I specially asked them to prepare your favorite dishes. At least, taste them.”

Lydia tried her best to win Euan’s heart. she longed for his attention and care, and even more so for his love. She took his arm again, wanting to cling on to him.

Euan didn’t even look at the food, and became increasingly disgusted with Lydia. He simply pushed her away and walked away from the dining table, “No need, you can eat by yourself.”

Euan sat in his Rolls Royce with the steering wheel in his hands. Suddenly slammed a fist on the wheel in annoyance.
