Wang Shen Ze rushed out of the living room with an umbrella and walked hastily to her side.

He pulled up her arm and reprimanded her without hesitation.

“What are you doing right now?? Are you tired of living?!”

When he found out from Lin Wen Xin that she was testing her clothing for the project, Wang Shen Ze became even more furious!

Who asked her to do such a nonsensical thing? She could have simply placed a mannequin outside to do such a test!

Does she ever use her brain? She is seriously going to drive him crazy one day!

Wang Shen Ze noticed that she had been working very hard every single day to do up the final pieces of the sportswear.

He had even been asked to model the men’s wear for her. And of course, he eventually obliged, reluctantly.

Along the way, the team has also continuously received feedback and did some minor alterations for the designs.

Lin Wen Xin was busy steaming the clothing and cutting off some loose threads when Wang Shen Ze suddenly appeared, “You will leave the office together with me in the afternoon.”

Before she could even ask him where they are heading to, he had already returned to his office.

Lin Wen Xin was puzzled but still followed along anyway.

They arrived at an internationally renowned branded boutique store. It seems like the store is closed to other customers just to specially host the two of them today.

“He must be their important client...” Lin Wen Xin thought to herself as she admired the designer bags that are displayed on the shelves.

In a blink of an eye, she was brought into the changing room and had to try countless number of gowns but none of them were satisfactory to Wang Shen Ze.

It was not that she did not look good in them, but more like the designs were simply not good enough for her!

Sensing his frustration, Lin Wen Xin finally found out from him that they were heading to an important networking event tonight.

She then quickly glanced around the store and asked the manager to help her bring over the particular gown that she has just pointed at.

Lin Wen Xin assured the manager that she is going to pay for it, before borrowing their tools to cut, trim, and alter the gown on the spot.

Everyone in the store was amazed by her skills and looked at her with admiration.

A gown that looked rather plain before, had transformed into an elegant and slim-fitted one, along with a long slit at the side.

Lin Wen Xin then went back and put this gown on. When she came out again, everyone, including Wang Shen Ze, were shocked at how the dress really suited her.

If this gown were to be displayed in the store now, it would definitely be sold out in less than a minute!

The manager really wanted to ask if Lin Wen Xin could help them to re-design some of their other gowns but of course she didn’t dare to do that.

After all, she is the wife of their big boss. Who would dare to make such a suggestion?

Today is also Wang Shen Ze’s actual birthday. Lin Wen Xin originally planned to get home early to personally prepare a huge feast for him.

“I guess... it’s not possible anymore.” Lin Wen Xin looked at Wang Shen Ze’s back view as he exited the store.

Does he even remember that it’s his birthday? And yet he is still working today?

Lin Wen Xin hurriedly caught up to him and asked, “Do we still have some time? It’s your birthday today, can I treat you to a meal?”

Since it is always difficult to have proper meals at such business events, it doesn’t sound like a bad idea to grab some food beforehand.

Wang Shen Ze agreed and they directly set off to their next destination.

Lin Wen Xin told him that he was free to select any place that he wanted to go to. But she did hint to him that her budget is not as extravagant as his.

When she reached the restaurant and opened the menu, her eyes were literally spitting fire.
