Mr. Sutton's Lovesick Girl novel Chapter 37

Justin went to work, while Lucia and Eva stayed at home. Esther swaggered near the gate.

The security guard was confused. Esther raised her hand impatiently, although she rarely had this kind of emotion, the security guard knew how indulgent Justin was towards Lucia, so he immediately opened the door, "Madam, did you go out through the back door?"

Esther nodded and then walked in.

Lucia went to see her daughter when she woke up, but Eva was not in the room. Thinking that the nanny had taken her to the garden, she went to the garden, but she still could not find Eva.

Lucia made a call to Justin, "Did you come back at noon?"

Lucia never called Justin, so when he received Lucia's call, he was delighted and walked straight out of the conference room where the proceedings were taking place. With a smile, he said in a magnetic and warm voice, "You want me to go back?"

"You didn't come back?"

Hearing the tension in Lucia's voice, Justin became alarm, "What's happened?"

Now Lucia basically believed that Justin would not do any harm to Eva, after the last drowning incident, Justin explained that because Eva's legs didn't have much strength, he wanted to take her swimming for some exercise.

At that time she saw the sincerity in his eyes, "Lucia, you have to believe me, I won't have my own child in this life. I taught Eva to call me daddy, because I will really consider her as my daughter, I won't harm her, she is the only daughter I have in this life. She is so much like you, how can I harm her?"

Lucia could not find Eva and she knew she have to rely on Justin.

Her voice was trembling, "Eva is missing, I've searched the room and the garden, so have the maids. They said I carried Eva out. I was napping at noon, and Eva was napping in her room, I don't remember I have carried Eva out."

Lucia finally couldn't hold back and cried on the phone. She broke down, and only cowardice and timidity remained, "I don't know, I forgot it. Justin, I'm sick again, I'm not a good mother, I don't want to hurt Eva. They said I carried her out with bodyguards, but I don't remember doing such a thing. I'm sick again, please find her. I'll never touch her again, I dare not touch her again, I will stay away from her. I must have hurt her, but I don't remember it. I don’t remember if I have beaten her when I am not sober, I don't remember ......"

Lucia was sobbing and huffing, getting more and more incoherent. Justin pulled the tie around his neck and exhaled a deep breath, "Lucia, don’t worry, I'll be right back! Don't worry!"

Just as Justin had just stepped into the elevator, his phone rang again, it was the bodyguard calling, "Boss, Madam took Eva into the bathroom just now, Bill and I waited outside for half an hour but they have not come out yet. Should we go in and check?"

"That person is not my wife! She's still at home! If Eva is lost, you will be dead!" Justin hung up the phone and then called the police!

Justin got furious and he knew how important Eva was to Lucia.

Eva had called him daddy for so long, and she would be his daughter for a life. If she lose, he would be guilty for a lifetime.

A City was not big, and it took him ten minutes to go back home. Justin slammed close the car door and went to find Lucia.
