My Bad Boy's Gang novel Chapter 39

We were sitting at the restaurant, and I rested my head on my palm as everyone was talking except Ryker and I.

I stirred my Soda with my straw and zoned off in my head. Ryker and I haven't spoken a word to each other, and the only thing he said was the question about the call my dad made to me.

"Right Rain"? Faith asked, making me snap out of reality. I blinked "Uh...yeah" I answered not knowing the question she asked.

Liz must have noticed I was off, and she put a hand to my back and asked in a whisper "Hey, what's wrong"?

I looked at her, and I held back the tears that were trying to escape me eyes "Everything" I said weakly.

She pursed her lips, and pulled me into a hug "It'll be okay, Rain". "That's what everyone says" I mumbled and pulled back then wiping the tears from me eyes again.

We walked out of the restaurant after an hour and a half. Faith, Will, and Peter all convinced everyone to go down to the beach.

I sat in the middle seat of some fancy sports car, and Neil got in next to me, Leah was in the passenger seat, Reece was driving.

Ryker then got in and sat down next to me. I tensed up, and shifted in my seat, leaning more towards Vince.

Reece sped off, and I bit my lip nervously as I sat between Neil and Ryker.

"No! It's not! Leah look at the fucking map"! Reece exclaimed, and I threw my head back in frustration.

Reece got us lost, and now Leah and Reece are arguing about the map. "Reece" I said angrily out of frustration "Let me drive".

"No! I know how to drive" He exclaimed then giving an accusing look to Leah "And if someone stopped arguing with me, I could"!

I rolled my eyes and when Leah and Reece went back to arguing, I walked over to the driver's side and climbed in through the window; one by one with my leg. "Get it" I snapped my fingers at Leah and Reece.

They sent each other a glare, then Leah got in the back and Reece got in the passenger seat. I turned the key, and started the engine up again.

I looked behind me to see if there was any cars and there wasn't. I stepped on the gas, and sped off.

I rested my head on my palm as my elbow rested on the window ledge. I kept one hand on the wheel and sped through the streets of Italy.

My eyes flickered up to the rear-view mirror to meet Ryker's. My eyes seemed to zoom in on his, and I couldn't look away.

Ryker looked away, making me turn my attention back to the road, so we wouldn't crash.

"RYKER"! A voice cheered, and I looked to see a girl with shoulder length dirty blond wavy hair. She had a skinny model fit tanned body.

She was in a blue bralette, and denim shorts. Ryker turned around and the girl ran up and hugged him. Ryker picked her up off the ground a bit and hugged her tightly.

"Oh my Gosh"! She said breathlessly, and I blinked slowly. Will and Reece came by each of my sides "Jealous"?

"No" I grumbled lying. They rolled their eyes at me, and Ryker put her down. I saw a group of people come up and Reece pulled me up.

"Guys"! Vince called and the group came up. "I want you to meet someone" then putting his hands on my shoulders "This is Rain, a new recruit"

"Rain this is Alessandra Cecilia Elisa Juliet Celeste Luca Valentino Aaron Abe Andre Augustus Dawson Felix Levi Memphis Tate Seb" Vince introduced and they all smiled at me or waved.

"This is the rest of the gang" Craig stated "They just live here in Italy". My mouth formed in an 'O' shape, and they all started to talk to me.

"Hey" A voice said, and I looked up and squinted me eyes because of the sun. I saw the girl that hugged Ryker earlier, and her name is Alessandra.

"Hi" I said faking a smile, just to seem polite. She sat down on the sand next to me, and out a hand out "I didn't get to introduce myself properly, I'm Alessandra Coasta".

"Rain Thompson" I said shaking her hand hestiantly. "Wait..mare you that model"? She asked in her Italian accent.

I nodded slightly and Ryker's voice called "Sandra"! and he came jogging up. Alessandra looked up at him and smiled.

"You've met my girlfriend"? Ryker asked her, and glanced at me. "Who"? She asked, and Ryker narrowed his eyes at her "You're sitting right next to her".

He said "girlfriend" and I internally sighed in relief.

Alessandra head snapped back to mine and her eyes widened "OhMyGosh! I didn't know you were Ryker's girlfriend, or I would have bought you flowers are something".

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion, and Alessandra explained "Well I mean you're dating him, and he's a pain in the ass".

I let out a small laugh of air and turned my head to watch the ocean and the sun setting behind it.

But truthfully was just not trying to kill this boyfriend stealer whore, next to me.

"Rain, can I talk to you"? Ryker asked, clenching my jaw. "I don't know" I said "Can you"?

He rolled his eyes, and I sighed then standing up from the sand and wiping all of it off me.

Liz and Leah sent me a look and smiled at Ryker taking my hand and pulling me away from everyone.

We walked in silence for about 5 minutes and the beach was empty, and only sound was the waves crashing.

Ryker stopped walking and looked at me "Why are you jealous"? I stood up straight and crossed my arms loosely "I'm not".

"Rain" He narrowed his eyes at me "Don't lie to me. I know you, better then that. And I can see that you're jealous of Alessandra".

"I'm not"! I exclaimed in frustration and uncrossed my arms "I don't understand why you-"

I was then cut off when Ryker's lips smashed into mine. I responded right away and he picked me up, making me wrap my legs around his waist.

His tongue slid across my teeth; asking for entry, then soon finding mine. The kiss was hungry and passionate yet still was gentle.

I pulled away breathlessly, and he put down, so I could stand again. I slid my hands onto his chest and he kept his wrapped around my waist.

"Still jealous"? He asked, and I bit my lip but a smile tugged at my lips. "Rain" He said, taking my hands in his "You shouldn't get jealous, because no other girls is like you. And I like YOU. Because Prince Charming wishes he could be me".

I smiled and my cheeks turned red from blushing. "No more fighting"? I asked.

"No more fighting" Ryker stated, and I pressed my lips back to his.

After spending 5 hours with the 'rest' of the gang here from Italy I learned what roles they play.

Cecilia and Andre are the brains, Augustus, Aaron, and Valentino are the fighters. Juliet and Alessandra are the looks. Levi, Memphis, and Felix are the funny ones. Celeste and Elisa are the organizers. Luca and Tate are engineers. Seb is the leader, with Dawson as his co-leader.

"Liz, this song is so 2015" Everyone groaned, and Liz waved us all off. I chuckled and was making coffee at midnight at the counter.

A pair if arms wrapped around my waist from behind and I grinned to myself, as Ryker buried his head in the crook of my neck.

He started to kiss my neck, and I was sure to have a hickey tomorrow. "Ryker" I scowled in a whisper "Not in front of everyone".

He pulled away and turned me around to face him, then taking my coffee and putting it aside.

He pressed my lips into mine, and I could tell he wanted more. His arms snaked around my waist, and lifted me up, setting me on the counter. I pulled away and Ryker frowned at me.

"Smashing Possessions"? Elisa and Cecilia asked curiously. "Huh"? Reece asked.

"It means "Are you having sex"? Memphis translated. I broke out into a coughing fit, and Ryker rolled his eyes at me.

"Wait! You two aren't"?! Neil and Reece exclaimed shocked "We though you were"!

"OH! PAY UP!" Peter, Will, and Vince all shouted at them as they shot up out of their seats.

"Seriously?! You guys bet when they'd sleep together"? Faith and Liz exclaimed, and Will pointed at them "Hey, money is money".

I rolled my eyes and Luca asked "So, Rain. How old are you"? "18" I answered, and they began to ask me questions.

"Rise and Shine"! Voices yelled and the curtains were opened. I groaned and pulled the covers over my face as Liz buried her head into the pillow.

"Come on you two, get up" Craig ordered "We have things to do"! I flipped him off "Those things can wait".

"Thompson, get up"! He and Peter yelled, but I ignored them. Liz rolled out of the bed, but I refused to move out of bed considering it was only 10 a.m., and I was up till 5 a.m.

The door opened and Vince, Ryker, and Leah came in. "Get your girlfriend up, would you?" Peter said to Ryker, and I would have rolled my eyes if I could open them.

I then felt water dump onto me, and I shot up, and saw Ryker with a now empty water-bottle. "Fuck you"! I yelled and slapped him.

"Ow" He said lazily and rubbed his cheek. His eyes were droopy, hair was a mess, and bags were formed under his eyes as he sported the 'I want to kill everyone and go back to bed' look across his face.

The guys were all shirtless, and Ryker rolled his eyes at me "Well Good Morning Sunshine". "I hate you" I muttered as I walked over to the bathroom door.

"I know, sweetheart"! He called after me and I shut the bathroom door then locking it closed.

"Hand me the wrench" I said and Vince handed me the wrench. I leaned over the hood of the car and messed with the head gasket that was stuck. Ryker slid out from underneath the 2016 Audi S3 sports car, with his back on a skateboard since he was working on the bottom of the car. "Rain, let me see that" He said, and I handed him the wrench. He slid back under, and started to fix something.

"Well isn't it the power couple" Celeste smiled as all the girls came up, and Juliet chuckled "Plus Vince". Vince bowed "Single as Ever" he smirked. I snorted and shook my head at him, and the girls chuckled.

"We came up with the map" Alessandra stated "But we have to find a route of the highways because if we take Padova it will lead us into gang city, but if we take Ravenna will be heading towards Rome and will be screwed". I took a look at the map, and scanned over it. Craig and Seb came over "How's it comin'?"

"Can't find a route to pass Rome without any gangs surrounding it" Alessandra informed as I kept my eyes fixated on the map. "What about we take Roma? Then we'd cut through Tivoli."

Ryker stood up and wrapped his arms around my waist from behind, as their was oil smuges on his face. "Loaded with cops" Augustus added as he came over.

"Not if we take backroads, and track the police out and go 90 we should be out in about 2 hours" I stated.

"We can't. It's to much of a risk, if the police catch us and see we're smuggling weapons over, will be sitting in jail till death" Craig said.

I looked up from the map at him "Then we're going to go through a bunch of gang territory..? I don't know about you Craig, but I'd like to actually live. So are you gonna hike up your skirt and take the route or get beatin' in the head with a baseball bat 25 times?"

"God, you're hot" Ryker whispered into my ear then kissing my neck. Craig gave an uncertain look to me then looking at the map.

His eyes flickered to me and they were dark to the point where they were black. "If we get caught, it's on you Thompson".

"Load em' up" Dawson ordered and Leah hugged me "Stay safe, okay?" I nodded and pulled away.

"Rain, you're riding with Val!" Levi called, and I sent Leah a small smile then jogging up to the Skyline. I got into the backseat, and in the middle between Tate and Alessandra.

Val was driving and Ryker was in the passenger seat. Val messed with the controls and fixed all his mirrors, and clasped hid hands around the steering wheel.

Everyone took off one by one, and I put my head back against the seat then taking a deep breath.

This is about to get bad...
