My Bad Boy's Gang novel Chapter 53

"Let's go Thompson!" Craig yelled as I was currently dead on the floor, questioning my life and human existence right now.

"Craig, this is really unnecessary," Liz breathed, already out of breath as she plopped down on the ground. "Yes it is." He shot her a glare, "Rain get up."

I sighed, forcing myself to get up from the ground. Today Craig decided to ruin my life..again. Since Ryker and Craig got into a fight, Craig is taking it out on me.

"You're going to fight against, Vince." He said, and Vince's eyes widened. "I'm not fighting Rain, Craig." He shook his head.

"Oh yes you are. And if you don't fight properly, you'll be giving me laps." Craig ordered, and Vince shook his head as he stood up. Vince held up his fist; getting into position.

We Both circled the mat, and neither of us would throw punches. "Throw a punch!" Craig ordered, Vince. Vince went to throw one but quickly stopped.

"I can't do this! Rain's like a sister to me!" Vince exclaimed, and I took a moment to catch my breath. "Fine." Craig crossed his built arms, "Charles"

Craig decided that everyone needed better training, so apparently he got a bunch of ex-military and gang members that helped them out with finding me to come out.

Charles came up, and I froze at how built he was. He had tanned skin, dark brown eyes, and soft brown hair with a bandana tied around his forehead.

His bicep is the size of my head...

"Alright. Go!" Craig shouted and Charles took no time before he went to tackle me. I quickly ducked, before pushing myself up and going to send a kick to his jaw but he caught my ankle.

He flipped me around by turning my ankle and he pinned my back up against his chest. I was put in a headlock, and struggled to get out of his grip.

I gripped his arm that was wrapped around my neck and elbowed him in the gut; resulting in him flinching in a bit. I walked backwards; forcing him to be pushed up against the wall only to kick my feet up onto the pole and flip myself around.

I got out of his grip and he sent a punch to my face, but I ducked again. Kicking him in the shin; I made him lose balance and put him in headlock.

I kneed him repeatedly where it counted. He wrapped his hands around my arm, and pulled so I was flipped over his shoulder and punched in the side before being thrown onto the ground.

My head smacked against the mat, and I clutched the side of my stomach where I was punched. "Back off," A voice gritted, and I looked to see Ryker shove Charles back.

Charles gave a look at Craig, and Craig nodded. Charles sent a punch right to Ryker, and Ryker dodged it. They started to get into a fist fight; which exactly what Craig wanted.

I quickly stood up and got in between them when Ryker was about to throw a punch. "Rain, move." He gritted, "Ryk, by fighting with him; you're giving Craig what he wants."

Ryker didn't even look at me, but instead held a glare at Charles. "You fucking touch her again, and you'll be on the ground crying for forgiveness."

"Ryker." I pulled on his hand, but he wouldn't budge. I sighed, and walked back up behind him only to wrap my arms around his neck loosely.

He became less tense, and his gaze snapped to me. He took my hand and led me into the kitchen. Ryker picked me up, and I flinched in pain as he set me down on the counter.

"Whats wrong?" He asked concerned, and I put a hand on my side, "Nothing. I just took a hit to my side stomach." Liz, Alessandra, Juliet, and Celeste all came in.

"Take your shirt off." He said, and I shook my head "No I'm fine." I went to get off the counter when Ryker grabbed me and pushed my shirt up. "Oh my God." He whispered, his eyes widening.

"Whats wrong?" Juliet asked concerned. Ryker blinked slowly but then clutched his fist and clenched his jaw, "I'm going to kill him."

I grabbed his hand quickly, before he had the chance to leave the kitchen. "Ryk, I'm fine." I assured, lacing my fingers with his.

"Rain he punched-" Ryker started, his voice rising with anger. "I can take a punch." I cut him off, "I learned how to deal with it, especially with being with Archer and Zeke."

He tensed up at my words,,"You shouldn't have too." "And you shouldn't beat up every guy that looks, talks, or touches me." I narrowed my eyes at him.

"But you're mine," He whispered, placing his forehead against and my lips tugged up in a small smile.

The doors opened, making my head snap over to see Leah walk in. "Hey," Peter greeted her, as he took her coat for her and hung it up in the closet.

"Hey," Leah mumbled, setting her things down. "How was the doctor's appointment?" Celeste asked curiously. "Oh yeah, how was that?" I asked.

Ryker combed his fingers through my hair as I laid across the couch, with my head in his lap. "Oh it was okay.." Leah sighed.

Leah had a doctor's appointment today to for a check up on the baby and I couldn't believe she was already 16 weeks pregnant with the baby bump noticeable.

"Well it looks like she's doing fine." Leah shrugged, and I shot up along with the rest of the girls. "She?!" I exclaimed, "It's a girl!?"

Leah's lips tugged up into a smile before breaking out into a grin. I hugged her tightly, "Oh My Gosh I'm so happy for you."

Tears pricked her eyes as everyone hugged her tightly. Reece and Ryker both were in complete shock with mixed expressions that I couldn't read. "We're going to be uncles..." They bother whispered under their breath.

Leah bit her lip and became tense as everyone stared at them. "Oh My God, Sis." Reece broke the silence, hugging Leah tightly. I looked over at Ryker, and he clenched his jaw; rubbing it with his index finger and thumb.

He then dropped his hand to his side, pulling Leah into a tight hug, "Congrats Le."

My lips tugged up into a smile which I held back by biting my lip. I knew he was going to crack, because Ryker Anderson couldn't stay mad at people he loved.

"Rain." There was a knock at the door before it opened. "Kinda showering here," I rolled my eyes, making sure the shower curtain was closed.

"Did you ever keep a diary?" Ryker questioned, making my eyes widen in response. I quickly shut off the faucet of the shower, and grabbed a towel to wrap around myself.

Stepping out, Ryker my old diary in his hands with smirk plastered across his face. "Ryker, give it back!" I went to reach for it but he quickly moved his hand away.

He then gave me a pouting face "But Babe, I thought we weren't keeping secrets from each other." "Ryker Xavier!" I warned, shooting him a glare.

He flipped through the pages, "Very interesting freshman Rain." I went to grab it, but he quickly moved and walked out of the bathroom; going into my room.

I quickly walked out after him and tried to get it back as he continually flipped and skimmed over pages intently.

I went to grab the book, but Ryker caught my wrist; clasping his hand around it. His smirk grew wider, and he pulled me closer to him, and I kept a cold glare towards him.

Ryker leaned in towards my ear, whispering seductively "Drop the towel," as he tugged on the white towel that was wrapped around my naked body.

His peppermint hit my neck, and I looked up to meet his eyes. Biting my lip, I gripped his shirt in my hand, crumpling up.

Taking his left hand, I placed it to my lower back and whispered into his ear, "You're a perv," then pulling back to run away but Ryker grabbed me by the waist.

I was picked up off the ground only to be thrown over his shoulder. "Ryker!" I shrieked; trying to keep the towel from following. He dropped me down onto my bed, and he leaned over me.

He kissed down my jawline, and I closed my eyes shut as I clutched his shirt in my hands; pulling him closer to me. He moved further down, and I bit my lip to keep a moan from escaping.

Ryker then stopped up and his eyes looked up to meet mine "Still want to be a tease?" "Fuck off," I scoffed, smacking his arm.

Pushing him off me, I got up and walked into my closet. Quickly getting changed into a white v-neck t-shirt, denim ripped jeans, and a leather jacket; Ryker called "Hey Rain!"

"Yeah?" I asked, drying my hair as I walked out of my closet room. "You want to have dinner with my mom tonight?" He asked, scratching the back of his neck.

"W-what?" I choked, my eyes widening. Yeah, I met Arena; but not with Ryker around. "Y-You want me to meet your mom?"

"You've already met her," He rolled his eyes at me, "She's been taking care of Melanie and Faith lately, and I think she wants custody back from Leah...so we're all going over."

"We're?" I questioned, cocking an eyebrow at him. "We're..as in We are," He gave me a 'duh' expression. "I know," I rolled my eyes, "Who's we?"

"Leah, Reece, Faith, and Melanie." Ryker shrugged. My door then bursted open, and I looked to see my brothers.

"Don't you knock?" I crossed my arms, giving an annoyed look.

"We shouldn't have to, because if we did that means you would be doing something you're not suppose to be doing. When you're doing something you're not doing something, you want privacy; therefore you want people to knock before entering. If no knocks, you'll be doing what you're not suppose to be doing and will end up hell because you're 18. 18 years old aren't married; well you're not, and if you're not married pre-sex marriage is wrong. Therefore you'll end up in hell." Joel rambled, and everyone blinked slowly.

"You don't even believe in the whole no pre-sex marriage thing," I rolled my eyes at Joel; somehow following what he just said. "Well I do when it's for my little sister," Joel narrowed his eyes at me.

"What do you guys want?" I sighed, uncrossing my arms. "We have been ordered to ask if homework is done, or else you're grounded," Jax stated.

"I'm 18...is grounding seriously still a thing..?" I trailed off, trying to think of the last time I was actually grounded. "As long as you're under this roof, you can be punished with whatever," Jax rolled his eyes at me.

"Yeah okay, well homework is done. You can leave now," I narrowed my eyes at them.

"How about this one?" Faith asked, walking out of the dressing room in a black crop top with a white skater skirt that flowed out with silver sparkly heels.

"Faith," I narrowed my eyes at her "Your brothers are going to kill me if I let you wear that." She pouted, "But Rain, everyone wears stuff like this."

"I know, I was a 15 once; I know how it is with the trends but I don't think your brothers care about fashion style," I pointed out, and Faith sighed.

"Ok, I'll buy it for you; but if your brothers get mad it's on you," I stated, narrowing my eyes. "Thanks Rain," She chuckled, pulling me into a hug.

Faith had some fancy date tomorrow with this guy who's parents are extremely rich; and she needed clothes to wear to the event or whatever.

Faith walked back into the dressing room to get changed, and I looked over out the store window to see a little girl crying as she sat on a bench.

Knocking on Faith's dressing room door, "Faith, I'll be right back." Heading out of the store, I went up to the little girl.

She had blond caramel long hair that was put in a french braid. She had bright hazel eyes that were filled with tears and was in a dress that went to her knees.

"Hey sweetie," I said softly, kneeling down to her height, "Where's your mommy?"

"I don't know," She cried, looking at me with tears streaming down her cheeks. She looked about 3 or 4, and I knew those eyes from somewhere.

"What's your name?" I asked her softly as she looked down at her lap. "Phoenix," She mumbled quietly, sniffling.

"Well that's pretty," I offered her a small smile, "I'm Rain. Come on, I'll help you find your parents." Phoenix slowly raised her head to look at me "My daddy knows a girl named Rain."

"Well I guess other people have that name too," I chuckled. "Phoe (Feen)!" A voice yelled, and my head whipped down the mall to see who was yelling.

Phoenix got up and ran towards the guy who had yelled her name. He immediately picked her up; hugging her tightly as he shut his eyes closed shut, "Oh thank God, you're alright."

"W-what?" I choked, blinking slowly as I stood up straight. His hazel eyes snapped over to mine, "Rain..What are you doing here?"

"You have a kid?" I managed to get out before he tried to change the subject. "Rain please...just let me explain," He sighed. "You're a father?!" I exclaimed in complete shock.

"Rain-" He started, shifting Phoenix to his side. "I can't believe you!" I snapped, shaking my head in disgrace as I started to walk away.

My arm was grabbed; whirling me around to face him. "Please just let me explain," He begged as his eyes softened.

"James...You tried to sleep with me! And then you tried to get me to break up with Ryker so that we could be together, when you have a kid and wife-" I started to ramble.

"Rain, I'm not married nor am I dating anyone," James sighed; making me become silent as I pressed my lips in a tight line. Another girl came up who was about my age with bleach blond hair and soft brown eyes, "You found Phoenix."

"Um Eden can you just take Phoneix for a minute?" James asked the girl and she nodded slightly before taking Phoenix and walking away.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you-," He ran a hand through his hair, "I didn't want the chance that we had to be ruined. " "James," I shook my head "We never had a chance, we never will."

"Well look..4 years ago, remember Athena?" He asked, and I nodded in response. Athena was a girl; James was always on and off with, and never were serious.

"Well one night she came to my house in tears because some guy broke her heart. One thing led to another; I found out she was pregnant and she threatened me not to say anything. Athena moved to Washington to live with her grandmother and I was told I wasn't allowed to see Phoenix ever. I got joint custody two years ago once I graduated but I only had Phoenix during summer, since I moved to South Carolina and Athena was still in New York....When I came to New York a couple weeks ago; Athena came to the hotel room I was staying in; drunk of her ass. I took Phoenix and kicked her out, because I didn't want Phoenix to be around her.."

Taking everything in; I was frozen dumbstruck. "Rain," A voice spoke up and Faith came over with a shopping bag in her hand. "I-I gotta go," I stuttered, taking Faith's forearm and pulling her down the mall.

"Rain!" James called after me, but I continued walking ahead without looking back.

* * * * *

Knocking on the door we waited for someone to answer. "Is it normal to be nervous about having dinner with your boyfriend's mom who hasn't seen him in 12 years?" I questioned, biting my lip.

The door then opened to Ms Anderson, and she grinned "Rain, I'm so glad you could make it." She pulled me into a quick hug and I offered a small smile "Hey Arena."

She then hugged Faith and we walked in. "I really am glad you could make it, I'm sure you're busy with graduation coming up soon." I nodded slightly, smiling "Thanks for inviting me."

Ryker came in, coming up and pecking my lips "Hey." "Ryk, I need to talk to you," I whispered, and he blinked slowly as worry came over his face.

"Uh hey ma, Rain and I will be right back," Ryker informed before grabbing my hand and pulling me out of the apartment that Arena has been renting. We got out the hallway, and Ryker asked "What's wrong?" As he closed the door behind him.

"James has a daughter.." I sighed, running a hand through my hair. "What?" He asked confused. "James. James Landlock..he has a three year daughter named Phoenix," I explained.

"Poor kid," Ryker said and I smacked his arm "Ryker! This is serious!" He grabbed my wrist in his hands, "Rain, it doesn't involve you. I know you like making yourself involved with other people's lives, but him having a kid doesn't have anything to do with you; unless its your kid."

I narrowed my eyes at him, as if he was accusing me of Phoenix being my kid. "That's what I thought. Now can we not worried about this for now?" He cocked an eyebrow at me.

"Oh Rain, please, just sit down and relax," Arena said, taking the dish I was washing out of my hands. Leah chuckled "Mom, Rain has a tendency to always be do something."

"I do not," I scoffed, rolling my eyes at her. "Tell me about it," Ryker rolled his eyes as he walked into the kitchen "I swear she has ADHD."

"Says Mr. Bipolar," I shot back and his lips tugged up into a small smirk "I was just kidding Rain," he left a kiss on my forehead.

"So Rain, I heard you have graduation coming up?" Arena asked, and I nodded slightly "Yeah, two weeks."

It was crazy to think that I would be graduating High School in two weeks. It was bittersweet, and for some reason I didn't want to leave. Even though I never liked it, it just seemed to be the place where everything started.

Freshman year, I was getting use to not having my mom around. Sophomore year I met Tyson and my life went downhill. Junior year I was still dealing with things with Tyson and kept to myself. This year..I met the best people in my life all because my irresponsibility and leaving my books in a class.

"Wow, you're actually graduating.." Reece trailed off, "That makes me feel old." "You thinking about attending any colleges?" Arena asked curiously.

"Um.." I trailed off, "I haven't really thought about it." "I mean you have modeling that can keep you on your feet," Leah shrugged, setting the table.

"Yeah, I guess," I said shrugging "I just haven't thought about the future. I figure I'll just take one step at the time and see where it takes me."

"Well aren't you optimistic," Arena chuckled "It's good to think that way, everyone needs to see things like that."

Melanie came running into the kitchen; dressed in a disney princess elsa costume with a stormtrooper helmet and lightsaber. "Hey cutie," I chuckled, squatting down to her height.

"Hey Rain," She giggled, pushing her helmet up onto her head which revealed her bright blue eyes. Faith then came running into the kitchen, "Um some man is at the door..."

My eyes flickered up to Ryker's as him and Reece quickly walked out of the kitchen and to the front door.

"Something tells me this isn't going to be a nice family dinner," I mumbled to myself as I stood up.
