My Fiancée Hates Me novel Chapter 124

It was finally my wedding night.

"Are you nervous?" Garett asked as he grabbed my wrists and placed his face close to mine.

"...A little," I answered nervously.

When Garett came back, he had grown nearly and extra foot and had added more muscle mass underneath his clothes. His bedtime clothes with its revealing collar seemed to highlight his hidden features even more.

"We have often slept together in the same bed, so it is not that much different than before," Garett said.

"...It is different. You are my husband now," I said as I placed my hand over his chest.

"...Then, would you like to do something that only husbands and wives do?" Garett suggested as he ran his hands through my hair and behind my ears.

"...Teach me something I do not know about you yet," I said boldly.

He smiled.

Garett gently laid me down on the bed and took off his shirt to reveal his newly trained muscular body.

My eyes seemed to widen as I took in every nook and cranny of his body that had greatly changed since the last time I saw it.

Garett soon placed his hand over my eyes.

"...Your eyes are a bit too perverted, Ira," Garett said.

"I'm sorry..."

"I was just teasing you," Garett said as he removed his hand from my eyes. "You can look as much as you want from now on."

"Look?"

After being told that I could look, I felt so embarrassed that I had to cover my eyes with my own hands.

"I will make all of your wishes come true," Garett said as he brought my hand to his lips and kissed the inside of my palm.

I let out a coquettish gasp as I wiped the sweat off his forehead.

"Garett..."

"Ira..."

I was soon taken into his embrace and would be passionately held until dawn broke.

When I woke up, I found myself sleeping on top of Garett's gently rising and falling chest. He really held me until morning...

I tried removing myself from Garett and picked up the fallen robe from the ground and suddenly met with an incredibly uncomfortable dull ache between my legs after trying to stand. I fell to the ground with a loud thudding sound after trying to get water.

"Are you alright?" Garett asked as he quickly got out of bed and helped me off the ground and wrapped his arms around my legs.

"...My legs are a little weak," I said as I held myself up against his shoulders.

"Sorry...I was a little forceful last night," Garett said in my ears.

I shuddered when I felt his breath hit my ears.

He was more than just forceful...He was a passionate beast last night.

I found myself back on the bed with Garett hovering over me. He covered my body with his and kissed me. I soon felt one of my legs rising over his waist.

I stopped him for a moment.

"...It is a bit too early to do this kind of thing," I said.

"...What kind of thing do you mean?" Garett asked with an alluring smile as he began massaging my legs. "If your legs are weak, I should help your blood circulate better."

My heart is definitely circulating blood from how fast it is racing right now.

"...I do not think that is necessary," I said.

Garett lifted my foot and kissed the tips of my toes.

"Really?"

This closet pervert...

"...Yes, please."

I doubt that I can ever win against this man...

In no time at all, I was going to several weddings of my close friends and taking over my duties as the new reigning Duchess.

It was during dinner time that the milk stew seemed to unsettle my stomach. I quickly covered my mouth before running off to the nearby bathroom.

"Arielle, are you alright?" Garett asked as he kneeled by my side and pat my back.

"...I had been feeling unwell these days. Maybe it is due to stress," I said.

"Let's have you checked out first," Garett suggested.

Garett had a Doctor come by to check my health.

"Congratulations, Duchess. You are with child," he said.

Garett, who was with me, smiled happily by my side.

"This is great news, Arielle," Garett said as he grabbed my hand.

"I will write up a list of supplements and precautions later for you, Duchess," the Doctor said as he excused himself.

"...Are you alright?" Garett asked with a worried tone.

"...I lost my first child, but what if...what if something happens again? I do not want to think of losing my child a second time because of me," I said as I clung to Garett's chest.

"It will never happen again because I am with you," Garett said as he hugged me back.

My life changed because I had you by my side.

"...I love you so much," I said.

"I love you too."

On the anniversary of the day, I lost my first child, Prince Erik decided to ask me to come to the Castle.

I accepted his invitation and came with Garett.

"I will leave her with you for today," Garett said as he placed my hand into Prince Erik's hand.

"What is this about?" I asked.

"I will take good care of your beautiful wife," Prince Erik said.

"...She is yours again just for today," Garett said.

"What do you mean by that, Garett?" I asked.

"Just follow me for now," Prince Erik said as he put my hand in his elbow.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"Your questions will be answered soon, Ari," Prince Erik said.

Prince Erik escorted me out of the Castle walls through a hidden entrance to somewhere very quiet and desolate.

When I saw a large number of gravestones, I realized that this was the Royal Cemetery for people of Royal lineage as well as past Heroes recognized by the Royal Family.

"...Why did you bring me here?" I asked.

"...Even if there is no body, I wanted our child to have a proper burial," Prince Erik said as he showed me the tombstone without a name.

"When did you do this?" I asked as I got on my knees and touched the grave with only one date on it.

I could not erect a tombstone for an empty grave, so I just prayed every day for my unborn child.

"As soon as I could recall our past lives," Prince Erik said as he kneeled beside me. "Let's decide on a name together."

In the end, Erik and I chose the name 'Eli' for the unmarked grave.

"Let's meet again next year, Eli," I said as I pressed my forehead against the tombstone.

Prince Erik pat my back gently.

Around nine months later, I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy with dazzling ebony hair and light blue eyes.

"He has the looks of a heartbreaker like his Father," I said as I cradled Gale in my arms.

"If we are talking about breaking hearts, you were more popular in that regard," Garett said as he lightly pinched my nose.

"Ow..."

"I am here, Duchess," Vance said as he knocked on the door.

"Come in," I said.

"Greetings, Duchess and Marquis," Vance said.

"Come here, Vance," I said as I waved him to come closer.

"Is this the Young Duke?" Vance asked.

"Would you like to hold him?" I asked.

"...May I?" Vance asked as his eyes lit up.

"Of course," I said as I handed Gale over to Vance. "Just make sure that you keep his head up.

"Do you mind if I take him to your parents, Duchess?" Vance asked.

"Go ahead, Vance," I said as I watched them takeoff.

"I am glad that he looks more like you," Garett said as he kissed my nose. "God knows that there are enough people that look like me running around."

I laughed because I knew just how often Garett, Erik, and His Majesty hung out together lately.

"I would actually be happier to know that there are more people running around who look like you," I said with a smile.

"Are you intentionally trying to make me jealous?" Garett asked.

"Maybe," I said teasingly as I pulled Garett a little closer and wrapped my arms around his neck. "Let's have a few more children to show how much I love you."

"...There is no reason to refuse if you are offering," Garett said as he wrapped his arms around me and kissed me again.

The End.
