She heaved a deep sigh. The inexplicable pressure made her exhausted. She stood up and closed the curtain.

The only beam of light was blocked, and her fingers were out of sight in the room. She fumbled to the bedside and turned on the small lamp on the counter. The dim light quickly filled the room, and the dim light brought her a faint sense of security.

"Tomorrow, there will be another hard battle." She then patted her face, lay down on the bed and forced herself to sleep.

When the first ray of sunlight stealthily came in from a crack at the edge of the curtain in the morning, she was still immersed in her dream, she was enjoying the beautiful views in an ancient town comfortably.

"Hey, Lily, you're up." The deep and magnetic voice of the man passed to her ears.

Kevin raised the corners of his mouth helplessly. He didn't dare to move an inch, allowing her to rudely hang her legs over his body.

He stared at her. After a while, Kevin slowly fell asleep.

When Lily woke up, she saw clearly the face of Kevin. His perfect face with high nose were all showing how unfair the God treat people. Her eyes widened in an instant, and her hands and feet became stiff at the same time.

Why was he here?

Before she could clear up her messy thoughts, the man in front of her had opened his eyes.

"Morning." Kevin raised his eyebrows. His eyes were clear and looked no sleepy at all.

Slightly embarrassed, Lily drew back her eyes hurriedly and nodded. Pretending to be calm, she asked, "Why are you here?"

Kevin turned over to face her, lifted his restless hand slowly to pull back the woman's long hair in the middle of her face away.

"What time is it?" He didn't answer. But Lily could feel her face burning and hot. she

"It's almost six o'clock," Kevin said, whose thin lips curled up into a smile. It seemed that there were bright stars in his eyes. Although the light in the guest room was dim, she was still stunned by what she saw.

Kevin looked at the beauty who was motionless in front of him. She didn't seem to hear what he said and just sat on the bed.

"Get up?" He slowly stood up and put on the suit on the floor. Even though being treated so rudely, the suit still did not show any wrinkles. It was stick straightly on his body and perfectly matched with his slender body.

He adjusted his tie, with his fair hands on his chest.

"I feel like I've been sleeping for a long time..." Licking her lips, she lay down again and covered herself with the quilt.

"It's already evening." Kevin checked his watch and added, "it's less than an hour before ZY Group's party."

"I slept the whole day?" Lily was been shocked and open her eyes widely.

Kevin nodded his head, but she still couldn't believe it. She got her phone from the bedside. She didn't sit up until she saw the time displayed on the screen.

"No hurry." Kevin stretched out his hands to hold the woman who was in a panic. He then put her head into his strong arms, slightly lowered his head and touched her forehead. "We can go there later," Kevin said.

Lily was shocked by his action. Her heart beat faster and a faint blush appeared on her face. She quickly pushed away Kevin, hurriedly put on her clothes and rushed to the bathroom to wash up.

She wiped her face with cold water for several times, but she was still in a trance. She pinched her own cheek with her hand, but her tears filled her eyes because of the pain.

"This is not him..." Lily muttered. Even cold water couldn't calm her heart down. Holding her burning cheeks, she still could not believe it.

At the same time, Kevin was still thinking of that panic look. It was so cute. He walked to the window and pulled open the curtain.

The street lamps outside were on, and it seemed that there was some rain in the air, which floated and fell on the ground under the light.

After washing her face and brushing her teeth, she quickly made a light makeup and changed into the prepared black dress.

He fixed his eyes on her slim figure with a slight smile on his face. She was born in a rich family. Apparently, she was taken good care of by her family. The driver had already been waiting outside. Kevin pulled the door of the car for joy and protected her head to make her sit down smoothly. He then followed her in and sat next to the little woman.

Lily shrank on the other side of the car and looked out of the window, trying to keep the distance between herself and Kevin.

Kevin's assistant sat on the copilot seat and waited for a while. When he saw that neither Mr. Qin nor his wife spoke, he began to mention all arrangements of the celebration party.

While Lily was nothing to do, she heard someone. These were the reducing version of the brief information she had recited before. Due to Kevin's status, he didn't need to observe other people's reactions. He could attract the public's attention just standing there.

He didn't even need to socialize with others. It was enough for him to wear a long face.

'This isn't fair!' Lily marveled.

"What are you talking about?" Kevin asked suddenly, with his eyes fixing on Lily.

Lily was shocked. She blinked her big eyes and looked at Kevin. For a moment, she did not respond. The assistant stopped reporting.

Kevin took a deep look at her and said nothing.
