Nobilis of War novel Chapter 1200

The flying bronze tripod flew to Darren and encased him.

Several evil spirits appeared in the bronze tripod and began to attack him.

"Humph!" Darren was not afraid as these evil spirits were only capable of dealing with warriors at the middle-level of the Primary God Realm. They couldn't hurt him.

When Darren's blade and sword intents swirled, those ferocious evil spirits were churned to pieces.

Outside the bronze tripod

When Lindsay felt a strange and strong force coming toward her, she gathered all her power to resist it.

After all, she had been a warrior at the Star God Realm before. Even though her realm had downgraded, she knew a lot about the Star God Realm's power. Eventually, she defended herself from Tim's attacks.

Lindsay lashed out with her whip, which was like a flying dragon.

Tim was a real master at the Star God Realm level. Once he had battled with her for a few rounds, he realized that Lindsay was strong and that her strength was only slightly below his.

About fifteen minutes later, Lindsay had only received minor injuries and showed no signs of being defeated.

Bang!

Meanwhile, Darren used both his black god's power and dark gold god's power to escape the bronze tripod.

"Defiant Master! I didn't expect that you would have such strength," Tim said coldly. His face darkened. He hadn't anticipated that a warrior at the low-level of the Domain God Realm would break through his bronze tripod. It was enough to prove that this Defiant Master was at par with warriors at the top-level of the Domain God Realm.

As soon as Darren flew out, he launched an attack at Tim, which greatly reduced the pressure on Lindsay.

The two then worked together to fight Tim. However, it became apparent that neither had an advantage over Tim during the fight.

Darren was a little distracted as one question plagued him. Tim was at the Star God Realm, while Darren was only at the low-level of the Domain God Realm. He wondered why Tim could attack him without being suppressed by the Suppression Law.

"Hey, you bastard! Aren't you afraid of being crushed by the Suppression Law? You're several levels higher than me!" Darren shouted at Tim mid-battle.

"Humph, you're a Defiant Master. Anyone can disobey the laws to kill you."

Tim's response made Darren's heart sink. He understood that with his identity as a Defiant Master, even a warrior at the Superior God Realm level wouldn't be suppressed by the laws in the Tussle Region if he wanted to kill him.

That was not good news for Darren.

"Lindsay, if we continue to fight with him for a long time, we'll be the ones to lose. You should summon Kerr, or your little pet, the Heaven Devouring Beast to join the battle."

At present, both sides were equally matched. But the longer they continued to fight, the more disadvantageous it would be for Darren and Lindsay. After all, Tim was at the Star God Realm.

"You took away Jeremy's demonic inner elixir. So, he can't come out. Kerr, however, is strong. He can help us."

Darren had almost completely absorbed Jeremy's demonic inner elixir, which made it impossible for the beast to recover in a short time. Otherwise, Jeremy could have helped them.

Lindsay activated her space and released Kerr.

"Kerr, attack that man."

"Yes." Kerr immediately activated his fiend power to attack Tim.

"Humph! You dared to ally with the fiend race? You are a menial Defiant Master, and you deserve to die!" Now that a powerful fiend had joined the battle, Tim became more hostile toward Darren.

However, as Kerr was stronger than Lindsay, it gave them an immediate advantage.

Panic coursed through Tim when he realized that he couldn't defend against the three.

"Join the fight! All of you!" Desperate, Tim had no choice but to order his men. Once they joined the battle, it would expend some of his opponents' energy, even if it cost his subordinates their lives. Perhaps that would give him a chance to win the battle.

The gangsters roared as they rushed toward Darren and the other two without hesitation.

But, most of them were so weak that Darren's blade and sword intents killed them. Soon, many bodies fell from the sky.

In fact, it would be easy for Darren if he had intended to kill them. However, he wanted to keep them alive and make them his believers. That was the only way to increase his Power of Belief.

A few moments later, on the battlefield, only a dozen warriors at the top-level of the Domain God Realm still dared to continue the battle. They were helping Tim fight against Darren, Lindsay, and Kerr. The others were so terrified that they stood still. Even though they didn't join the battle, they didn't dare to leave either.

"Do you think your pitiful subordinates can save your life?" Darren sneered. He released his dark gold god's power and black god's power simultaneously. Within just one attack, three of Tim's subordinates were severely injured.

Lindsay and Kerr also launched attacks against them. Overwhelmed, Tim realized that he couldn't protect his subordinates.

As the battle raged on, Tim appeared exhausted and embarrassed as more and more of his subordinates were killed.

"What? Do you still want to resist?" Darren sneered.

Tim was furious. He was also at the end of his rope. He knew that if they continued to fight, he would lose.

"I can surrender, but I will never be your believer." Tim gritted his teeth and spat out. This had been a difficult decision to make.

"Who do you think you are? You're just a piece of meat that we can slaughter. Become Darren's believer, and we might still treat you as a person in the future."

"No way. Being a Defiant Master's believer is a blasphemy to the soul. Although I'm not a noble man, I will never be a believer of a Defiant Master. I'd rather die!" Tim was determined.

"That's your choice. My lord will definitely be an overlord in the future. If you become his believer, you'll get the honor of serving him. It may not be worse than being the believer of any of the chief gods," Kerr rationalized.

"Ha-ha-ha! You shameless fiend! Who gave you the right to speak?

If he was that strong, why are none of the people around him his believers? You stupid fiend have either yielded to his strength or been deceived by him. You deserve it." Tim stared at Kerr with disdain.

In Tim's mind, creatures that had become believers of a Defiant Master were worthless, even more dreadful than crawling bugs.

"Then it's settled. You're dead!" Darren didn't want to talk to him anymore, so he activated his god's power again.

"Kill him!"

Kerr and Lindsay also launched attacks in unison.

Boom! The battle started again. This time, they cornered Tim with all kinds of forces.

An hour later, Tim succumbed to exhaustion and his injuries and fell to the ground.

When his attackers landed on the ground, Kerr placed one foot on Tim's chest.

"Submit to my lord or die!" Kerr roared.

"Kill me! Ha-ha! Just kill me!" Tim laughed grimly as blood poured out of his mouth.

"My Lord, please kill him. He is too stubborn." Then, he glanced at Darren.

"Forget it." Darren shook his head before he continued, "Let him go."

"What?" Kerr was astonished. He stated hurriedly, "My Lord, we can't let him off lightly."

"Don't be so loathsome! Do you think that being benevolent and sparing my life now means that I will be grateful and agree to become your believer? You are very childish to pull a trick like this." Extreme disdain glimmered in Tim's eyes.
