Blood erupted from the woman's mouth as she tried to gather all the miasma that came from the cursed jar she was holding in her hands. As the evil spirits invaded her body, breaking it from the inside so violently, a bitter smile escaped on her pale, moon like face.

'Heh.. I am foolish until the end, huh?'

*Cough* *Cough*

Blood kept erupting from her soft lips as the cursed jar finally shattered to pieces. The woman fell to the ground, her eyes stared at night sky. There were no stars and the sky looked eerie and gloomy. It fit with her own situation.

The woman's bitter smile grew slightly wider as she kept on staring the gloomy night sky. She was recalling the life she had up until now. Her mother despised her because of her ability to see ghost and chose to raise her twin sister instead. She was adopted by Qing family but instead of love, she received hatred instead. Abuses, insults, molestation attempt, she endured all in hope someday they could love her.

Yet in the end it was futile. It was just her own wishful thinking. A wish that would never happen not matter how many times she prayed to the heaven.

'Aahh.. So tired..'

The woman murmured inwardly. Her mind then drifted to another memory. It was a memory of her special person. Well.. special person only for her.. not for the other party..

A man who was cold and handsome. A man whose eyes only for her twin sister. A man she loved so dearly. A man who she gave her life to.

A weak scoff escaped her lips that were tainted with blood. The woman felt her life was indeed pathetic, the worst and foolish kind of loser. No one loved her. No one cared for her. Her only friends were just those who were not living anymore. Yes.. her friends were only.. Ghosts..

'Right.. truly pathetic..'

The woman's eyelids fluttered, slowly droping and finally she closed her eyes, succumbing to dark. She wanted to let all go. At the end of her breath, she made a vow in her heart.
