Chapter 375 Apology Is Not Enough!

Without Sophia, Drake didn't know what he could do at all.

The doctor saw that Sophia looked upset and thought it was because of Noah. Thus, the doctor smiled at her, "You're really in a great relationship. But next, if he wakes up, he may need long-run skin grafting. And it will be a tough time. But if you can accompany him all the way, he will get back to normal life one day."

Sophia nodded, "Thanks, doctor. I won't leave him."

The latter sentence seemed to be said to herself.

Mrs. Greenspan flung her arm and said, "You know what, Sophia? Apologies do not work! If you really feel sorry, then you should stay in bed instead of my son!"

Perhaps, her voice was so loud that Bard could hear her. He arrived in a wheelchair pushed by a nurse.

"Mrs. Greenspan!" said Bard defiantly.

But Mrs. Greenspan just looked at him sullenly, "Bard, don't you realize who caused my son's injury?"

She certainly knew Bard came to protect Sophia.

Everyone in the Lawson family supported Sophia. And Sophia was smart and lovely, thus people of the four prominent families liked her.

Unexpectedly, Noah just got himself in this mess because of Sophia!

"Mrs. Greenspan, Noah saved me. I know. But it is unreasonable for you to rebuke Sophia in this way!"

"What do you mean? Would he have come to save you but for Sophia?"

"Yes, I admit he saved me for Sophia's sake. But don't forget, Noah did so of his own accord. I admit it sounds a bit merciless, but Sophia never asked him to save me. Besides, she's willing to take responsibility."

"We know how you feel now. However, you should not go too far!"

Mrs. Greenspan sneered, "You're lecturing me, huh? And she's going to take the responsibility? For what?"

Bard had an eye contact with Sophia.
