Second Marriage novel Chapter 346

Zain didn’t say anything, but Charlotte felt a little embarrassed.

She took out her room card and opened the door, then she went in it.

“Come in, please.”

Zain entered the room with a bag in his hand.

“Marco told me everything.”

Charlotte put her bag on the table and nodded. She said, “Well, since you have investigated me, you must know my past experience.”

Zain said nothing, but the expression on his face showed that he knew it.

It was better for him to know it.

She wouldn’t have to say it again if she asked him for help. Since Zain knew her experience clearly, it saved her trouble.

“Well, can I ask you to do me a favor?”

Hearing this, Zain nodded with a smile and said, “Yes, but...”

But? Charlotte was a little confused. Did he need her to do something?

“I can’t help you if you aren’t my relatives. Do you admit that you are the daughter of the Nelson family?”

Charlotte, “…”

It was not what she expected.

Charlotte was speechless.

“Mr. Nelson, I...”

“You still call me Nelson?” Zain smiled and looked at her gently.

Charlotte had always thought that Zain was calm and hard to be approached since she knew him. He always looked emotionless. He belonged to the kind of person who refused to have anything to do with all kins for the sake of justice.

She didn’t expect him to be so gentle and kind to her.

Was it the magic of kinship?

She looked at Zain and didn’t know what to do. Then she somehow called him Zain. It seemed that she was bewitched by family affection.

However, she said it in a very low voice. She quickly covered her mouth with her hand and didn’t want to call him again.

It was enough for Zain.

He stretched out his hand again. Charlotte wanted to hide, but then somehow she still stood still and Zain’s palm touched her head.

He gently rubbed the back of her head and smiled brightly.

“Good. Our Nelson family will always support you. I’m your elder brother. You are my family member. I’ll help you as long as you need.”

He said to her in a very gentle voice. She blinked and nodded her head.

“What do you want to do?” Zain asked her about Kennedy.

“I want to divorce him, but... I don’t want to see him now.”

“Okay. I’ll get someone to do it.” He wouldn’t refuse his sister’s request.

It seemed very simple for him. She didn’t expect that he would agree with her so quickly.

Charlotte thought for a while and then said, “Can I leave this city?”

“Because of him, you want to stay here anymore?”

Although she felt embarrassed, she admitted it and said, “I don’t want to see him again, let alone stay in this city with him, I...”

“No problem. Our Nelson family has companies abroad. I can send you abroad. It depends on your choice.”

Going abroad? Charlotte never thought of it. She only wanted to leave the city, but now Zain intended to let her go abroad.

“You can study abroad. You will have a better future. My sister... is excellent. She shouldn’t be bound by a man. You’ll meet a better man in the future.”

“As for your divorce, I will deal with it for you, if you like...”

“Yes!” Charlotte nodded, bit her lips hard, and looked at Zain. She said, “I want to leave here today!”

Zain was stunned for a while. He looked at her helplessly and finally agreed.

“Well, I’ll let Megan prepare these things for you. You go to pack up your things. I want to go back to the company now.”

After he left, she went to pack her things.

But she found that she had nothing to bring. Before she went to the Moore family, she had nothing of her own. After she got married, many of her things were sent by Kennedy.

Now she realized her past life was just like a dream.

She owned nothing in the end.

Charlotte felt ridiculous. She stopped packing up and sat quietly on the bed to enjoy the scenery outside.

In the afternoon, Megan came to the hotel to pick her up.

“Miss Wilson, Mr. Nelson asked me to pick you up. I have already booked the ticket for you. The flight was at eight o’clock in the evening. Do you have any questions?”

“No,” Charlotte shook her head and said, “It’s good. Thank you.”

Megan looked at her. Although she didn’t know whether she should say it or not, she couldn’t help but ask, “Have you told your friends and relatives? Are you really leaving? Will you regret it?”

Relatives and friends.

She first thought of Yanis. If she left, Yanis would miss her.

She wouldn’t let her leave if she knew it.

She decided to tell her after she went abroad.

As for others…

“I don’t want to tell anyone. Can you help me tell the Wilson family?”

Megan paused for a moment, and then said, “Yes. As long as Miss Wilson needs it, I can do it for you.”

“Let's go.”

Charlotte picked up her bag and got up.

Megan was startled. She asked, “Do you have anything to bring? Are you leaving like this?”

“No, I don’t have anything to take. It’s just a few sets of clothes, that’s all.”

Megan sent her to the airport. It was after five o’clock when they arrived.

“It’s early. Mr. Nelson went to the meeting and will arrive at the airport in about half an hour. He will come to see you off.”

“Okay.”

Finally, Zain arrived.

Zain looked a little tired. He motioned to Megan to take out the ticket and passport from her bag.

“This is...”

Charlotte took them and saw her own photo printed on the passport. But his name was not Charlotte Wilson. Even the date of her birth and residence address had been changed.

Charlotte thought he had taken it wrong when she heard Zain’s voice.

“Alice Nelson.”

She looked up in astonishment.

“When you were born, he gave you the name. Now your name is Alice Nelson.”

“Alice Nelson…” Charlotte rubbed against herself on the photo. Was it her name?
