Florina knocked on the door and entered when she heard faint 'come in'.

As she get in she saw Catherine smoking and drinking.

"Florina, come sit my dear..."

She said crushing the cigarette in the ashtray.

"Don't mind me, taking care of four children becomes hectic sometimes..."

"I want some answers..."

Florina said sitting down.

"What do you want to know?..."

She held a glass of scotch in front of her but Florina denied, this wasn't a right time to get drunk.

"Everything... I want to know everything..."

"Very well then..."

Catherine placed the glass and looked at her.

"I think it's a right time and you should know about the men you are staying with..."

Florina prepared herself for whatever was coming.

"Who was there father?..."

"Luciano Moretti, Italian mob boss. I met him in the whorehouse, my wasted father sold me for the money. Luciano saw me and was smitten by my beauty, before someone else could touch me he took me to his house and claimed me as his. I wasn't complaining, even if he was a criminal he was loving me. The love I never got from my family. Luciano wanted to marry me but his father was against it saying 'you can't marry a girl you brought from a whorehouse'. Under his father's pressure Luciano married a another girl who was daughter of some American mafia clan but still he didn't let me go. He kept me as his mistress against my will."

"Why didn't you try to escape then?"

Florina asked.

"I think you should have understood by now that it's impossible to run away from the mafia, specially the Obsessed one."

Catherine chuckled.

"And also because I was pregnant with his child, Vincenzo. Isabella, luciano's  wife was pregnant too with Sebastian but he never loved her. His hatred rose when she got pregnant as he believed that it's not his child but it was his, Isabella was a loyal woman but too weak to stand for herself.

We gave birth at the same day, same time. The babies looked so alike, like we have given birth to twins but by different wombs. As they started growing up, Luciano started abusing Isabella. Sometimes he beat her up until she pass out but he crossed his all limits when he also started abusing Sebastian. He was only 5 years old when he first beat him up. On other hand everyone was hating Vincenzo for being a bastard child, they would look at him like they are looking at some filth and I was aware that Luciano's father were doing all this.

Luciano's tortures were getting worst day by day. He used to beat Sebastian everyday and Isabella couldn't do anything but watch him doing that. Sebastian always used to beg her to save him but she couldn't, whenever I was near I tried to save him. Luciano never raised his hand on me so sometimes I quite succeeded Saving the poor child.

On other hand Vincenzo was continuously getting verbal abuse from the people, in house, in school wherever he goes that tag of bastard never leave him. Often he came to me crying saying that why I gave birth to him and couldn't do much but try to make him understand but what should I expect from the child.

Sebestian and Vincenzo wasn't enemies from the beginning but their grandfather made sure to ruin everything, he showed Sebastian how Vincenzo is getting love by Luciano even after being a bastard. And the same way he filled vincenzo's naive mind with the things that look how Luciano is giving all the privileges to Sebastian and his mother. I and vincenzo doesn't matter to him.

It doesn't take long for the kids to hate each other. One day Luciano killed Sebastian's mother after that I couldn't stop myself from protecting Sebastian from Luciano. But Vincenzo didn't liked it, for him I was his mother only. He didn't liked me loving Sebastian. Their hatred increased for each other.

Luciano's father marry him off to another girl just to show me that girl like me has no place in their family, his second wife too met the same fate as Isabella after giving birth to two angels. Maria and Matthew. After that Luciano killed his own father and we got married.

I thought after that may be he will stop but he didn't, he started training Sebastian and vincenzo at the age of 10. They often come home beaten or passed out. Sebastian couldn't do anything properly due to fear and anxiety of doing something wrong and getting punished for it. Vincenzo stopped going in social functions, talking and getting involved with people unnecessarily, tired of getting bully for being a bastard. He didn't even took Moretti as his last name, he took mine 'Romano'.

All this continued till they both were fifteen years old. Maria and Matthew were five years old at that time. I still remember how I almost got an heart attack when maids informed me that Luciano is trying to kill Sebastian and all the children are there too. I ran like my life has depended on it.

When I reached the basement I saw Sebastian hanging to the wall beaten in pulp, little Maria is crying in Matthew's arms while sitting there with closed eyes.

And I lost my innocent Vincenzo when I saw him stabbing Luciano in the heart continuously like a psycho. He was grinning when he was doing that, no fear, no remorse or guilt. He was enjoying taking someone's life.

After that we were free. Isabella's father took Sebastian with them and made him the boss while Vincenzo took over the Luciano's gang just to show everyone that now bastard is going to rule. But that didn't stopped their, as always Sebastian and vincenzo clashed with each other. Fighting and abusing for whatever they have gone through. Vincenzo always blamed Sebastian for making him feel low, for getting everything which he couldn't have, The name and the title of clean blood. While Sebastian always hated him for getting always protected while he was getting abused, because of vincenzo, Luciano always beat Sebastian as he was not perfect as him.

I really tried my best to bring them together, always wished that they could make up and we can live like a happy family. Till now Maria was my only hope because Vincenzo and Sebastian both Loved her like their own sister, they didn't stopped loving her because of their personal issues. They always came to celebrate her birthday even if they didn't liked each other's presence.

But now you are my only hope Florina, I can get my sons back. You have made them come together for you. When I heard that they want the same girl I was scared that it might end up very badly. So, I asked Maria to bring you here and you have no idea how much happy I was when they both agreed to stay here for you.

You can change everything Florina. Please don't leave them, they need you..."

Florina didn't said anything as she stood up with teary eyes and ran outside.
