###Chapter 15 He Put His Hand on Her

After the toast.

Kayla smiled awkwardly, "Mr. Stephen, our project team really made you laugh! Don't worry..."

He just sat down, neither did he reply nor looked at Kayla, as if he hadn't heard her talking to him.

Kayla bit the bullet and said, "then have a good meal, Mr. Stephen! Our project team is leaving now!"

She saw that he was leaning against her back, closer to her than before.

As a friend of Susan, Donna was simple minded. She could ask whatever she wanted without considering the occasion.

She pushed her black frame glasses and glanced at everyone present harshly.

"Before you entered the company, I told you, what is the most important thing for our project team? It's unity! Now, I don't care about the relationship between Pamela and our boss, but I don't allow our project team to say anything harmful to the image of our whole department! Do you hear me?"

Although Kayla was strict in dealing with things, she was fair in character.

At least, he wouldn't slander her like others on this matter. Perhaps, this was the difference between being a senior executive of LC group.
