“Do you know what kind of place is the House of Royals, James? “It’s been built for years, and countless wealthy families have tried to purchase it. Some even wanted to buy it for billions of dollars, but there was no channel to purchase it. Now, you’re telling me I can hold my birthday celebration at the House of Royals?” 

“Yes.”
