Tracy

I woke up the next morning feeling good, maybe because I was in Alex's arms, the way he held me felt very nice, I rolled away from him quietly and I checked the time, it was 6:40 am.

I was famished and since Alex and the kids were not awake yet so I went to the kitchen to get cookies for myself.

I was in the kitchen eating the cookies when I heard someone's footsteps, I froze wondering who it was but by the time the footsteps got closer I knew it was Alex's.

"Babe?" I called just to be sure.

"Tracy, Are you in the kitchen?"

"Yes, baby," I said stuffing the half cookie with me in my mouth

"Good morning." He greeted me entering the kitchen, I replied but the cookies made it come out as a muffled sound.

"Tracy!, You are eating this early in the morning?"

"I was hungry" I replied when I swallowed

"I'm getting worried but if you are hungry eat all you want." He said hugging me

"Thank you."

"If you want to thank me, we'll have to go back inside and cuddle.".

"I'll like that very much, thank you," I said and he laughed, we went back to our room, we cuddled and we ended up falling asleep.

We woke later in the day and we did our routine, we ate breakfast, played around with the kids, we also taught the children some things.

"I miss Charlie and Williams," Micheal said suddenly dropping his iPad

"Me too, I miss Aunty Tiana, and Grandpa and Grandma," Michelle added

"Uncle Lewis and Aunty Rebecca too."

"Don't worry you'll be seeing them soon.", I said and the kids nodded

The time for dinner was gradually coming closer and I noticed Alex became much more clingy as every minute passed by, even when I was dressing up.

"Come on Alex, it is just one dinner." Even though something was telling me it is more than a dinner

"I know." He groaned

"Don't worry I'll be back soon," I said and he nodded.

"Take my car."

"Okay, sir."

I said my goodbyes and I drove to the location Sam sent me, I was expecting a restaurant but there was no restaurant there.

I called Sam and he came out from one of the houses.

"Tracy!" He called waving his hand as he came closer.

"Hi Sam, I was confused because I can't see any restaurant."

"Oh that, we are having dinner at my place."

"Oh!, You never told me that," I said suddenly feeling very uncomfortable.

"I thought I did, I'm sorry."

"It's okay, let's have that talk, I have to go home soon," I said and he smiled.

"You are making me jealous Tracy like you said let's have that talk." He said leading me inside, I made sure he walked in front and I walked behind, the guards at the gate greeted us as we walked into the main gate

"What do you think of my humble abode?" He asked and I smiled

"It looks very nice, beautiful in fact," I said and he turned to look at me grinning.

"I always knew you have great taste." He said then led me inside the house, the house is stunning.

Maids were standing inside as we entered, some were cleaning while some were arranging.

"Okay everyone you all can take the rest of the day off now so that you can rest, thank you for today's work, everyone except Mrs. Moon can go, Mrs. Moon, you get your day off tomorrow."

"Thank you, sir." They chorused then filed out of the sitting room

The woman called Mrs. Moon served us dinner, it was a fancy and grand dinner, I was amazed at how much I was able to stuff my stomach with.

"This is very delicious ma," I said and Mrs. Moon smiled

"Thank you."

"Yes she is a great cook, thank you, Mrs. Moon, you can go now, I'll do the dishes."

"Thank you, sir, I'll just grab my stuff, she said and he nodded.

"So, do you know what I want to talk to you about?"

"No."

"Okay, did your husband tell you what I told him yesterday?."

"No."

"I'll tell you, I told him what I always saw whenever I see you in school, and I told him what I always say, do you know what that is?."

"No" I replied feeling very uncomfortable again, this time the food in my stomach kept turning.

"I'm leaving sir." Mrs. Moon said and Sam nodded, I felt something light drop into my lap and when I looked at it, it was a piece of paper, Mrs. Moon left before I could read her body language.

"Listen to me Tracy, don't be distracted." He said and I nodded.

"So I told him whenever I saw you, I saw my future wife and I'd say that's my future wife, she is mine." He said and it felt creepy his smile felt very different than the one I know.

"Oh."

"Do you want to know why I take strawberries a lot?, I'll tell you, I take a lot of strawberries because of you, remember in class when the teacher asked you what your favorite fruit is, you said strawberry, so I started taking strawberry hoping you'd notice me, you eventually did, remember? At the sprinklers, you asked me why I took strawberry ice cream."

"Sam!, I said that because most of the girls in school love strawberry, I didn't want to be left out," I said really surprised.

"Well, that doesn't matter anymore, I wanted you to notice me and you did." He said smiling again, the creepy smile

"So, what do you think about living in this house?."

"The house is fine, but I can't live here it is too fancy and flashy," I said and he nodded

"Too bad you are married, but if perhaps one day you are no longer married, maybe not divorced but no longer married, we might get married you see?"

"I should get going now, thank you for the meal," I said standing up holding the paper Mrs. Moon dropped in my laps and he smiled standing up too.

"Thank you for coming, you should call your husband that you are on your way home so he won't be worried." He said and I nodded I went to a corner and called Alex telling him I'm coming home already, I used the opportunity to open the paper Mrs. Moon dropped in my laps.

'You seem like a very nice lady, run far away from that man, he is a maniac, a psycho, I hope you don't find out why I'm telling you he is a maniac so please run!." I felt chill, goosebumps on my skin in no time, I tried to compose myself so I tore the paper rolled it in a ball, and tossed it away, I came out from the corner and smiled at Sam.

"I should get going now," I said and he nodded

I walked quickly towards the door leading outside but before I could open it, I felt Sam's strong hand grab me, I tried to push him away but I was not strong enough, he placed a handkerchief on my nose and I struggled to breathe, I tried to keep my eyes open and fight but I couldn't do it for long, darkness gave me a soothing kiss in no time.
