The Good Girl's Revenge novel Chapter 125

"Let go of me, let go of your hand!" Meredith struggled and couldn't help but scold Leo in her heart.

What a coward. Leo just added the trimmings and didn't dare to offend Derek.

Derek looked at her indifferently, not taking her little struggle seriously.

Derek's steps were very big. He was much taller than Meredith and had long legs. Meredith could only trot if she wanted to catch up with him. Otherwise, she would definitely fall down.

Derek would pull her into the car. She would have nowhere to run if he locked the car door.

Thinking of that, Meredith panicked even more. She didn't mind her image and shouted, "Kidnapper! Killer! Help!"

She thought that Derek was a famous person in J City, and his every move had to be in line with his identity. Perhaps if she shouted so loudly to attract others' attentions, he would be irritated and let go of her.

"Do you think anyone will believe that I kidnap you?" Derek walked a few steps to the car and opened the door without talking nonsense.

Meredith still wanted to struggle, but the people around just looked at the situation here and didn't dare to speak.

Seeing Derek's car and the unique license plate number in J City, one could tell that this man was either rich or noble. Ordinary people could not afford to offend him, so they would not come forward for a strange woman.

Meredith was shoved into the car. Then Derek got in, locked the door and began to loosen the tie slowly.

The man's movements were very slow. At least, from his graceful movements, one could not tell how angry he had been just now.

However, Meredith felt that something would happen, and the uneasiness in her heart became more and more intense.

"Well, you can't control yourself? You just got out of the company and hooked up with another man? Meredith, I have underestimated you."

The thought of Meredith taking the initiative to kiss that man made Derek so angry that he couldn't suppress his anger.

"What I have done is none of your business. You..."

Derek's anger had been on the verge of breaking out and now was completely ignited. He suddenly reached out his hand and pinched Meredith's chin with great force, causing Meredith to squint her eyes in pain.

Meredith had no doubt that there would be red marks on her skin.

"Let go of me! It hurts!"

Derek turned a deaf ear and suddenly lifted her chin. His tightly pressed lips were overbearing, rough and aggressive.

There was a strong sense of punishment, without any tenderness.

Meredith struggled, but could not break free from his shackle.

She even felt that the air in her chest had been taken away by his aggressiveness. Her face was flushed red, and her grievances and anger increased instead.

Who was this man to her? Why could he kiss her at will? Was he eligible for punishing her?

He was obviously a perfect match for Chloe. Was she not even qualified to withdraw?

When Meredith thought of Chloe's condescending look, she became angry and pushed Derek away with great force, "What are you doing? What are you crazy about?"

"You can kiss anyone, can't you? You can even seduce the man who used to be your brother-in-law. Why do you pretend to be reserved with me? Play cat and mouse?"

Derek's hoarse voice was sexy. The man's dark eyes were now so dark that they became bottomless. His every word was a complete disdain for her.

Meredith's face blushed even more by the humiliating words.

"It's my freedom to do what I want. We've been divorced for a long time, and we have no relationship now."

No relationship?

Derek's eyes darkened. He reached out and pulled Meredith's loose T-shirt, "So now, are we related?"

Meredith was scared. It was on the road. Derek's car was parked at the side of the road. The road is bustling with people. Did he want to...

At the thought of that scene, she was both embarrassed and angry, "You're acting like a hooligan. Shameless."

Derek didn't stop and his hands kept moving. Soon, Meredith's T-shirt was torn apart and a large area of her fair skin revealed. Her skin turned to be light pink because of struggle, but it further aroused the man's desire to conquer.

Derek moved closer and his actions became more and more dangerous.

Sensing how ambiguous his position was, Meredith bit her lip and forced herself to calm down through the pain, "Derek, since you already have someone you like, don't do this again. Aren't you afraid that Chloe will be jealous when she knows?"

Hearing this, Derek stopped his fierce actions. Meredith breathed a sigh of relief, but then sadness flooded her in waves.

Sure enough, he still cared about Chloe. She had been struggling for so long, and Derek didn't stop, but when Chloe's name was mentioned, he stopped.

Derek's anger dissipated a little when he looked at the tears in her eyes. Suddenly, he remembered that he had come here to tell her about Chloe.

However, the image he had seen was so irritating that he unconsciously lost his mind. He just wanted to let this arrogant woman know who she belongs to.

"She came to see you?"

Derek sat back in his seat. Meredith took a deep breath when she felt the man's warmth went away.

"Yes. She told me not to be sentimental and that I would be sad sooner or later by your side. I thought it made sense, so I left."

As Meredith spoke, she hurriedly pull up her disheveled clothes. Only then did she realize how great Derek's strength was. He had torn the collar of her T-shirt.

She could not help but feel a lingering fear as if surviving a disaster. Just now, she had almost had sex with this man in the car on the road. If they had really done that, she would have been humiliated.

Derek's face darkened when he heard this, "She told you to leave, so you leave. You've never be obedient to me like that."

Meredith saw that Derek seemed to have changed that dangerous thought, and was not as angry as he had been just now. She grew bolder, "What she said was reasonable, moving, and sincere. I'm not so stupid to continue to affect your relationships."

She just wanted to live her life in peace. As for Derek, even if he was the father of her child, he was not someone she could stay with. It was better to get away from him as soon as possible.

"I said it was over between us. She won't bother you again. I can guarantee that."

"..." Meredith did not say a word. She looked at Derek's face, as if she was lost in thought over what he said.

Was Derek lying to her? But his eyes were so calm and sincere. Meredith could not see that he was lying. Besides, it's not necessary for him to lie to her.
