The Peremptory Casey Davies novel Chapter 52

Both Morgan and Conor were a little surprised when they saw Owen being so furious, but they both knew why Owen was so angry. Because he didn’t defeat Casey.

Casey was the first one who could make this famous genius doctor so mad.

Luna stared at Owen dumbfoundedly. She was still waiting for Owen to avenge her. Unexpectedly, after only half an hour, Owen voluntarily gave up.

Was this guy really so powerful?

"Now that your master has also lost to me, can you fulfil the bet?" Casey asked with a smile.

Luna looked at Casey reluctantly, then turned to look at Owen for help, "Master..."

Owen glared at Luna and said, "Since you have had the bet, just accept to lose. Don't ask me for help."

Luna knew that today she couldn’t escape to recognize Casey as her grandmaster.

"All right, master."

Luna turned to look at Casey, then bowed to Casey. She said, "Hello, Grandmaster..."

Casey was very satisfied with this title. He said smilingly, "Well, since you have become my disciple, you must strictly abide by my orders from now on. From now on, be gentle and polite when you talk to others, do you know that?"

Luna was stunned for a moment, and then she clenched her fist.

Was this bastard saying that she was not polite or gentle?

Now, Luna really hoped that she could have fight with Casey, but Casey was now her grandmaster. She had to listen to grandmaster's order.

"Yes...Grandmaster." Luna gritted her teeth.

Morgan and Conor both wanted to laugh, but in order not to let Luna so embarrassed, they could only hold back their laughter.

Casey stood up. He looked at Owen, and said with a smile, "Thank you this time. I'll teach you a few tricks to ensure that you can defeat Terence Lam."

Owen's expression was not very good, but he was still looking forward to Casey's tricks. After all, he really wanted to defeat Terence.

"Don't break your promise. Otherwise, next time when you come to me for medical treatment, I’ll put something bad into your medicine." Owen said angrily.

Conor was shocked immediately. He thought of the medicine that Owen gave him just now.

After walking Casey out, Owen breathed a sigh of relief, then he turned to look at Luna. He said, "No matter who you want to provoke in the future, don't provoke Casey. Did you hear that?"

Luna looked puzzled and asked, "Master, everyone says that Casey is the good-for-nothing in J City. Why can't I provoke him?"

"Good-for-nothing? That's just his low-key cover. You played chess with him just now. Do you still think he is a good-for-nothing?" Owen squinted.

Luna nodded immediately, as if she understood something. She felt so surprised.

"It's a pity that this guy is already married, otherwise, it is a good choice to let you marry him." Owen suddenly changed his tone and murmured.

"Master!" Luna immediately glared at Owen.

Owen laughed, touched his beard and turned back to the house.

......

In front of the Starry Night Club.

Conor looked at the surrounding scenes and felt complicated. He had been in J City for a few years and was already familiar with it.

But looking at this city now, he felt the city was very different from before.

"In the future, I, Conor, will be rooted here. I don't want to be rich. Casey, I only want to repay you for your life-saving grace." Conor said firmly.

Casey smiled and said, "The purpose I let you come here is not let you repay me. I want you to firmly control the underground world of J City."

Conor nodded seriously and said, "Don't worry. I will definitely help you get it."

Morgan patted Conor on the shoulder. He said with a smile, "Let’s do it together. Although there is only Alfred Frost left in J City, there are still many tricky people. Controlling the underground world of J City is arduous. There is still a long way to go."

"With you and Casey, this should not be difficult." Conor said.

Morgan and Casey looked at each other and both laughed.

"Don’t count on him. Casey's main task now is to accompany with his wife. He can't help you." Morgan said.

Owen looked dumbfounded and said, "I still have you."

"Me? Starting from today, I will only be responsible for fighting. I don't take care of anything else. Before you came, I was forced to do all kinds of things by Casey. Now that you come, these things are left to you." Morgan laughed.

Conor suddenly felt like he made wrong friends. Morgan could be regarded as one of three powerful men in J City. Why did he suddenly feel Morgan so unreliable?

"Casey, it’s happy day. Let’s got for a drink." Morgan looked at Casey.

"Enjoy yourselves. I have to buy some food and go home to cook." Casey replied.

Conor was shocked again. Such a powerful person as Casey was really willing to be a househusband?

But considering that Casey's wife was so beautiful, if it were him, he would probably be willing to be a househusband.

Thinking of this, some past events came to his mind. Conor shook his head to force himself not to think about those things.

On the way back, Casey went to the supermarket. After buying some food, he returned home.

Just entering the house, Amara Stevens sitting on the sofa said dissatisfiedly, "What time is it? Why are you so late? We are all waiting for you to cook!"

"I'll do it right now." Casey didn't refute. He just took the food directly into the kitchen.

When he went to bed at night, Edith Patel asked Casey to help her with a massage. The advantage that Casey could get was that he could lie on the same bed with Edith.

Two days later, it was the day for Edith's class reunion.

After getting off work, Edith went to home to pick out a dress that she liked. She put on light makeup. She looked gorgeous.

After finishing these, she turned her head to look at Casey, and said, "Why are you still standing here in a daze? Hurry up, or we’ll be late."

"Do you really want me to go with you?" Casey asked.

"Of course, if you still stand here, I’ll regret." Edith said.

Casey was happy. He immediately went to get changed briefly.

In Casey's view, that Edith was willing to take him to meet her classmates was a kind of recognition for him.

Although Diana Damla said that day, if Edith took Casey to the class reunion, she would definitely be laughed at by her classmates, but Edith still took Casey there.

Since Edith had already treated him as her husband, he couldn’t let Edith be laughed by others in today's class reunion.

Casey was good at letting others awkward.
