The Witches novel Chapter 21

I loved waking up and Derek is just there next to me. His curly blond hair a ruffled mess. He wasn't wearing a shirt so I was blessed with the sight of his golden healthy skin. I wrapped my arms around his soft body and rested with my head on his back. He felt like pillows. I laid a kiss on his body that soaked into him.

I froze up when I felt arms around me. I had no idea that someone else was in this bed and when I turned around I saw Jared looking at me. He bit his lip and leaned forward and planted a kiss on my forehead. I quickly sat upright and studied the room. It was my room. The same bedding, the same blue butterfly wallpaper on the walls. The same pictures on my white cupboard and bedside table. The only difference is that Derek and Jared laid next to me.

"What's going on here?"

"What do you mean?" Jared asked.

Derek stretched out and rubbed his eyes. "Morning lovelies,"

He sat upright and gave me a kiss on the cheek then leaned over me and locked lips with Jared. I shook my head and got out of bed, I grabbed my gown and ran outside. I wasn't in my house anymore, what the hell? It looked like a dorm, there were many other students walking around in the hallway. Comfortable with each other. Why am I here?

I ran outside and asked a girl where I can find any form of authority around and she guided me to the main building where I can find the headmaster. Mr Fernandez. There was a teenage girl with hot pink hair shouting at him, demanding that he release her.

Mr Fernandez rubbed his temples and looked at her. "Kelsey, I'm afraid my hands are tied,"

"What do you mean your hands are tied?" I asked, "you tryna tell me that we're stuck here?"

Mr Fernandez and Kelsey looked at me. He nodded his head and sighed, " Yes. But you two weren't supposed to know, normally when students get transported here they forget where they come from and adjust to their new lives perfectly. I don't know what happened with you two,"

Kelsey looked at me. "If we can remember our old lives, maybe we can set everyone free. We just have to know what's happening here,"

I sighed and nodded my head. She started walking over to the door and tucked at my gown and gestured for me to follow her. I walked out with her and she walked in silence for a short while. "My new friends also remember everything and they know a lot about this world,"

"I'm Sindra by the way,"

She turned and faced me. "You're wearing your pyjamas,"

I giggled and gained up on her who was walking in the lead and so fast as well. "I'm Kelsey,"

We walked and got to know each other. Like I now know that she's new here and she lives in her mother's old mansion. She is interested in Kitchenery magic and she has made two friends. Tamzyn and Aaliyah. Kelsey didn't know me at first and nearly stopped breathing when she learned that I'm SINDRA Sindra which I always find so cute.
