The scene before him jolted Samuel awake.

"Ella, Ella!" He ran to her and scooped her in his arms. Samuel's breath was tainted with alcohol, making her wince.

She pushed him away and kicked Catherine on the leg, "Catherine, we are going to settle this today!"

Catherine covered her hurt leg with her hands, ignoring what Ella was saying.

With tears in her eyes and slightly messy hair, Catherine sat on the floor and looked at Samuel, "Mr. Shao, why do you treat me like this? You are the one who forced me to come in the lounge with you!" She didn't pretend to hide her grief and resentment.

Touching his forehead, Samuel recalled what had happened just now. He thought he had seen Ella and therefore, drew her inside the lounge. But why did Ella turn into Catherine? He was confused.

Ella didn't care about who drew who into the lounge and who made the first move, what she had seen was this woman, laying behind her husband, but now she acted as if she was innocent. How stupid did Catherine think Ella was to believe her?

"Catherine, the day before yesterday at night, I was drugged and kidnapped. Who did it? You or Emma?" Ella asked Catherine. She believed one of the two had orchestrated the crime against her that night.

Samuel frowned when he heard what Ella said. He didn't think Catherine was involved since she was with him in Korea that night.

"Are you insane? You are the one who is being unreasonable! I was with Mr. Shao in Korea that night. How could I drug and kidnap you when I was thousands of miles away?" Catherine said angrily. She was secretly proud of her performance.

She almost believed herself right then.

Why didn't Samuel tell her that Catherine was with him on the Korea business trip? Ella wondered. Ella glared at Samuel, who was clearly in his own world of thoughts.

"Catherine, you are disrespectful and are always seducing my husband time and time, again and again. Today, I'll make you pay." She threw the handbag that Samuel had given her onto the big bed and bent to a squat before Catherine. Samuel thought she would start a fight with Catherine because, at that moment, she showed a propensity to be violent.

"Catherine, do you know how great Samuel is?" Her eyes were full of mischief. Samuel felt happy hearing her words, but he sensed something was wrong.

Catherine looked at Ella and thought no one can deny that Samuel wasn't good. Isn't it the reason that she fell in love with him?

But she did not speak out her thoughts and shook her head to say no.

Ella knew that Catherine did not really understand what she really meant, so she stood up and pulled Samuel's tie. She looked at Samuel enchantingly with an exceptionally soft voice, "Honey, you tell her how much you want me every night."

Her words made him confused. He felt dizzy because of the alcohol and was trying very hard to control it.

Catherine finally understood what Ella meant. She wanted to rub it in her face that their relationship was solid.

"Honey, we have wonderful sex until dawn every night. Even when I am so exhausted, you still want more, right?"

Catherine cursed Ella secretly in her heart. 'Samuel really had a strong sexual desire, ' Catherine thought.

Samuel started experiencing a headache, so he touched his wife's hand and consoled her, "Dear, let's cool our tongues. I have nothing to do with Miss. Gu. When she sent me here, I might have mistaken her for you."

Catherine felt pathetic when she heard Samuel say that it was a mistake.

"No wonder. Honey, next time, let me know you miss me!"

Ella replied with affectionate eyes, and then glared at Samuel again when Catherine did not see her.

Samuel could not help but laugh as her facial expression changed so fast.

To calm her down, Samuel followed her, "I miss you now."

Hearing the couple say sweet words to each other, Catherine struggled to curb her murderous need. She wanted to stand up and kill Ella.

She sat on the floor for a long time, but Samuel did not look like he intended to help her stand up. And it was Ella to blame.

"Miss. Gu, please excuse us and thank you for walking me back." Even though he spoke to Catherine, he was gazing at Ella all the time.

Catherine stood up with her hand covering her swollen face. She sobbed, "Mr. Shao, how can I leave looking like this?"

Samuel would have tried to talk to her and reassure her but, with Ella in his arms who continued to seduce him, he just wanted Catherine to go away.

"Miss. Gu, I will take you to the hospital later, but please give us a moment first." He knew what Catherine was thinking, so he said those words deliberately to make her leave.

As expected, Catherine nodded and left the lounge when she heard that he would take her to hospital.

As soon as Catherine left, Ella wriggled free from his embrace. She picked up her handbag and headed to follow Catherine out of the lounge.

Samuel hurried to catch her wrist and said, "Sweetie, I owe you an apology." It was fit to say sorry to her for he made a mistake.

Ella's temper was at a boiling point, so she had no attention of listening to his apology. She wasn't in the mood.

Samuel would not let her go after she stirred his excitement.

He kissed her, put her in his arms and moved to the bed.

Ella seemed to enjoy this and did not resist him.

Ella's behavior made him joyous and he held her even harder.

Five minutes later.

Ella came out of the lounge hastily and grasped the handle tightly without loosening it.

Then she ran towards the office door.

Lost in deep thought, she went to the elevator without noticing that Anna was talking to her.

It was funny to think about how Samuel behaved. She burst into laughter.

"Ella, why are you laughing?" The sudden voice yanked Ella back to reality.

It was a few seconds later that Ella recognized Anna was speaking to her.

Hand in hand, Anna took her to a fairly quiet place and wanted to ask her what had happened to her in the past few days.

Inside the lounge

Failing to have sex with Ella made him feel hurt and in pain. He rolled around in the bed. Ella! He seemed to have a love-hate relationship with his wife.

He was about to have an orgasm when she bit him and ran away.

He was quite depressed.

He would let Ella make it up to him tonight and do whatever he wanted.

He was unaware that Ella was still in his company. If so, he would find her and drag her into his office.

Anna looked at Ella worriedly. It seemed that nothing had happened to her because she was so excited.

"What's the matter, Anna?" Ella asked first as she sensed her worry.

Anna was such a good woman that if Ella's brother did not secure a relationship with her, he would regret it.

"What happened to you in the past few days?" Anna spoke out her worry at last, hoping her question would not trouble Ella.

What had happened? Ella gazed at Anna curiously, "How do you know?"
