Ella waved her hands to Eden dismissively and continued talking to Yang. "I have been abroad. How have you been lately?"

Ella looked at the Maserati behind him and wondered whether he was working as a driver.

Yang nodded his head happily. "Very well. Are you going back to the United States?"

The man, who walked towards the Maserati, stopped when he heard Yang's words. But he tried to behave as if he wasn't bothered and opened the rear door of the car. "Be careful."

He said, placing one hand on the car door and holding Catherine's hand with other. He helped her get in the car gently.

Then he scooted in beside her.

Even though he had closed the door, he could still hear Ella's voice. "Yes, I'll be back in the United States after I finish filming the teleplay."

Yang felt sad after he heard her words but became excited when he recalled something. He looked at Ella and said "You are a famous star now. That's great. Please give me your phone number so that we can stay in touch."

Ella recited her number out loud as Yang typed and saved it in his phone, and vice-versa.

In the car, Catherine looked at Samuel, who had his eyes closed, and wondered what he was thinking about.

"Yang." Samuel called him lightly, but his voice boomed throughout the car and sipped outside.

Yang said goodbye to Ella and got in the driver's seat.

Ella and Eden went back to their car too and drove behind them slowly.

In the car, Ella kept thinking about what Catherine had said. She had asked Samuel to go to her house that night. How was their relationship?

Ella thought. They had been engaged and possibly lived together.

Samuel opened his eyes, took out his cellphone, and saved Ella's number. He had been listening intently when she recited them to Yang.

Observing Samuel's movements keenly, Catherine clenched her left hand into a fist tightly.

I will never let you ruin my happiness Ella. Never! Catherine thought to herself.

After forty minutes, the Maserati stopped in front of a cell gate, so did the Mercedes caravan behind them.

Ella watched as the Maserati diverted into the residential area.

Ella, surprisingly, became sad, as their car diverted to the hotel.

The Maserati stopped in front of an apartment. Catherine looked at the man, who was sitting still, and asked him carefully. "Sam..."

"Go into the apartment and rest. I have some work to deal with at the law firm."

Samuel closed the app he was looking at, locked his cell phone, and closed his eyes, resting his head against the back seat.

Realising that the man didn't want to talk to her, Catherine resorted to agreeing instead of begging for him to stay with her. "Okay. Take good care of yourself and make sure that you are back early."

Catherine got out of the car. Watching the car drive off, she took out her phone and dialled a number.

"Long time no see... I heard that you are familar with the entertainment industry. Could you help me..." Catherine spoke into the phone, with determination.

Ella had been rehearsing the dance for the past four days back in C Country. On the fifth day, she was filming the dance scene for the large ancient costume drama called Prince Jin's Favorite Concubine.

Joseph acted as the emperor and Amber played the heroine Crystal. Ella, the second heroine, played Lily who was an enchanting and sexy beauty from a foreign country.

Lily's scene attracted every man's eyes. Her dance moves were graceful and sexy. People became enchanted as she moved from one corner of the room to the other.

However, Lily's role was a tragic one from the beginning. She loved Leo Jin, the Royal Highness, who was the second hero in the play, but she was given to the emperor as a gift.

The emperor loved Crystal very much and merely treated Lily as a pawn.

Lily couldn't control her love for Leo Jin, so she got close to him on numerous occasions. However, the third heroine revealed this fact and the emperor had to kill Lily in pretence.

Ella finished her makeup and changed to the red silky ancient costume. According to today's filming schedule, she was to shoot the scene where she danced in-front of a crowd, and showed off her beautiful and exquisite dance moves.

The emperor and his officials received foreign ambassadors at the royal palace. Joseph sat at the throne. He looked mature and elegant though-out the whole scene.

Joseph sat there in his yellow ancient costume, listening to the praise directed towards him, spoken by the ambassadors.

After that, the ambassadors returned to their seats and the music started to play.

A woman, dressed in an elegant red costume, walked into the hall accompanied by light music.

She had a red veil covering her face, making her seem mysterious.

Then, about a dozen women, dressed in white costumes, circled around her, in the middle of the hall.

The music came to its climax and Lily spinned numerous times like a ballerina. Her slim waist swung and her head, though wearing heavy jewelries, bent back easily.

Then she stood up straight, bent again, and then stood up straight again, repeating this motion twice.

She turned back and threw the red sleeve material straight at the emperor but pulled it back quickly, just as it was about to touch the emperor.

Ella flew around the room and withdrew to the door of the hall.

The soft silky veils of the costume filled the air, adding a mixed sense of beauty and serenity to the scene.

Her long and black hair danced against the strong air.

Her veil mask was blown down lightly on the ground when she moved from the door to the centre again.

Her extreme beauty was uncovered, charming all those in attendance.

Leo Jin was in awe.

After ten minutes, Lily finished her dance and went down on her knees obediently, as a sign of respect to the emperor.

"Cut!" Director Xiao called out. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

"Good job everyone. Ella, fantastic as always." Director Xiao's loud voice could be heard all over the hall.

Ella stood up and a makeup assistant ran to her to fix her make-up immediately.

The dance was complete in one shot. Ella's forehead had exuded beads of sweat.

She took the water Eden gave to her and drank it. The makeup assistant absorbed the sweat from her forehead with cotton pads.

"Ella, come here. There's something you need to take care.." Director Xiao asked Ella to join him in order to discuss where she needed to improve.

Ella was not busy with the play for the first several days. At night, Eden she would drive to the town house to see the children.

The three kids were playing happily with other children in the courtyard of the town house. Everything was fine, which consoled Ella.

On the third day, they were filming the intimate scenes. At this time, Lily was titled as Beauty Lily, after the dance.
