Triplets on Secret Mission novel Chapter 147

Chapter 147

“You know my requirements. If they’re not good students, I won’t waste my time.” That professor had been teaching for as long as he could remember, so he had encountered countless students. However, none of them were as delightful as Sean.

For the same reason, he stopped accepting students after he retired. Sean obviously knew his requirements, so he guaranteed, saying, “Rest assured, they’re good students. I can’t say how outstanding they are, but they aren’t worse than how I was back then.

The old professor was intrigued after listening to Sean. He had never heard Sean commending anyone throughout these years. “Alright, I want to see how good they are for you to compliment them like this.” The professor agreed and Sean smiled subconsciously. “I’ll get someone to pick you up this weekend so you can meet them.”

“Sure.”

Sean arranged their meeting very quickly. But Molly was having a tougher time. As their mother, she was not as relaxed. Other than the fact that she had to treat Sean every night, she was also as busy as a bee in the morning. Contacting the skill training classes alone was taxing enough for her.

Every mother wanted the best for her children, including Molly. She listed out all the famous educational programs and skill training classes in Julson and compared them with one another. In the end, she decided to let Sean’s professor teach the triplets calligraphy and Math Olympiad. There was a decent institute in town for the other classes.

After she contacted the teacher, she had to decide whether she wanted to buy a car. She had to own one in order for her to send her kids to classes.

The internet was a very good place. She had just browsed a few cars online yesterday and a car company had already contacted her to get her car the next day. Day after day had passed, and it was Abigail’s birthday in a blink of an eye. Abigail was longing for Sean’s appearance, so she had already contacted Alice the night before the banquet.

At 7 pm at night, a luxury Mercedes car was parked outside of Terahis Grove.

Alice got off the car in an ink-black fishtail gown. She was dressed expensively, and anyone could tell that she was of the nobility.

She got out of the car and walked to Sean’s house. Obviously, she wanted Sean to go to Abigail’s birthday banquet with her.

“Sean, did you forget what day it is today? Where’s the butler? Get Sean a formal suit.” Alice found Sean in his study as soon as she entered. She called out to him unhappily when he saw that he was still not dressed up. “Put your work aside.” When Sean saw how Alice was acting, he got slightly upset.

“I’m not free. I have a remote meeting later tonight.” _

Alice remained silent and did not move an inch. Sean knew what was going on in his mother’s head, but he did not want to give in.

“Mom, I hope you’d stop meddling with my marriage. Don’t pair me up with anyone too. I don’t have the time for that.” Even when his legs were injured, Sean still did not want to spend his life in an arranged marriage. The Anderson Corporation did not need him to sacrifice his marriage to grow. On top of that, he did not want to spend an eternity with a woman that he had no feelings for. “Sean, I know you have been staying at home after your injury, but it’s not good for you if you keep this up. “You’re 26 years old already, and your father and I can’t be with you for the rest of your life. I want you to have someone to take care of you. Your father and I will stop worrying then.”

Sean found it amusing as he rebutted, “The servants at home aren’t for nothing, so why do you have to do something unnecessary? Long story short, I don’t have time for other women. Just forget it, mom.”
