Triplets on Secret Mission novel Chapter 202

Chapter 202

She was not entirely wrong at all. Ever since Diana tried to set her up and frame her last time, Nathan had been reflecting on his attitude toward Molly.

He only realized that the May family had been mistreating Molly, but she was also a difficult person to deal with.

Their conversation ended awfully. After leaving, Nathan told his mother that Molly had asked her to apologize personally. Lara held her phone so tight in her hand that her fingers started to turn pale. She hung up the phone with a gloomy face. ‘Damn this wretch!’

The living was then empty. Molly sat on the sofa quietly as if she was thinking about something “Molly.” Grandpa Dave came down with the triplets. She recollected herself and looked at her grandpa and the triplets before asking gently,” Grandpa, would you blame me? You built the May Group from scratch all by yourself, after all. It’s your life’s work.”

Molly stared at Grandpa Dave’s loving face. She was feeling a little regret as she did not put her grandpa’s feelings into consideration before making that decision. All she cared about was letting out her anger, but she failed to think that she would put her grandpa in a very difficult position.

Grandpa Dave was one of her loved ones too.

“Silly girl, why would I blame you?”

Grandpa Dave smiled and lifted his hand to touch her head. ‘Why is Molly acting as if she did something wrong? It’s clear that the May family is the one at fault.” “I would never expect that Lara would lay her hands on the kids too.” Grandpa Dave could understand why Molly did that. It would be worth it for him to lose the entire May Group if that was what going to cost him to punish the people who mistreated his precious granddaughter. Grandpa Dave was holding Alex’s hand the whole time. He asked Alex worriedly, “Did it hurt?” Lara did not consider the triplets as her own grandchildren, so she did not hold back at all.

“A little, but I’m fine now,” Alex answered sensibly. It indeed hurt very much that time, but he did not want his great-grandpa and her mother to be worried, Then, the doorbell rang, and Ben went to get the door. “Ms. Molly, Mr. May Sr., our chef came back. My boss asked both of you and the triplets to come over for dinner tonight.” Tony invited them passionately even though Sean was the one who told the chef to come back.

Molly looked at him. She really did not have the mood to cook after all that had happened in these two days, so she agreed to it. After they arrived at Sean’s house. The triplets became as energetic as usual. They went to

Sean happily right after they saw him.

“We haven’t seen you for the past few days. We missed you so much.” Ben stood on his left and said earnestly. “Did you miss us too?” Claudia was standing beside Ben as she asked gleefully.

They really missed their daddy very much! Alex stood on his right and looked at him. He wanted to know his answer, too, as he wondered if Sean really cared about them. He felt a little upset when he thought about what Lara had said to them previously. Their father was right in front of them. They weren’t some illegitimate children!

“I missed you guys too,” Sean said gently to the triplets. He could notice that Alex was in a bad mood, so he thought that the little guy was still upset about what happened in the morning.

Sean lifted his hand to touch Alex’s head. Alex was such a nice and smart kid. He felt bad for Alex too. After that, he wrapped his arm around Alex’s shoulders subtly and patted him.

Alex looked at him as he was a little shocked before he realized that Sean was trying to make him feel better. He felt a twinge in his heart, and he thought what happened just now did not matter anymore.

“So, what did you and mommy do when you guys were over there?” Claudia asked curiously.

Sean told her everything patiently. It was almost the same as what Molly had told them previously.
