Triplets on Secret Mission novel Chapter 206

Chapter 206

Molly could not care less about the Grant family’s nasty business. She just massaged Sean’s legs after his needle treatment as usual. Her slim, pale fingers were dancing on Sean’s leg as she put in some force on her fingertips.

“Do you feel anything when I press like this?”

Sean frowned slightly as he tried to feel the sensation on his legs and answered Molly. “It feels a little itchy.”

Molly continued massaging him, and Sean just felt the same sensation.

After a moment of silence, Sean asked, “To this day, is there any improvement on my legs?” Whenever Molly asked him if he felt anything these days, his condition seemed to remain the same. This had made Sean, who was initially full of confidence, feel rather defeated.

Molly looked at him in shock and responded without hesitation, “Of course! Your condition now is a lot better than I’ve expected already.” She caught a hint of disappointment in Sean’s eyes, so she comforted him understandingly, “I know what you’re worried about. We have to take things slow, one step at a time. Everything takes time. Didn’t you see the progress of your legs throughout the treatment? Think about it, did you feel anything in your legs after all the other treatments you went through previously?”

Molly’s question wiped away the worries in Sean’s head.

He was too anxious.

Sean flashed Molly a relieved smile. Under the warm yellow light, he looked gentle, and Molly had almost drowned in his tender smile.

She slowly looked away and stared at his legs. “I’m only checking on your legs briefly. I plan to do a full check-up with you in the hospital. There is professional equipment there, so when the report is out, I can finally tweak your treatment plan according to your specific needs.”

“Sure,” Sean agreed with Molly’s suggestion. “I’ll get someone to plan it.” “It’s alright, Caitlyn is in the hospital, so I’ll just get her to do it. We’re probably going the day after tomorrow. I want to go with you, so check your schedule. I’ll personally sit through the whole check-up.”

Sean had no reason to object to Molly as he trusted her.

After the insufferable treatment, it was already raining when Molly went downstairs. Worse still, the rain looked like it was only getting bigger.

The heavy raindrops went pitter-patter as they fell on the plants outside. “Ms. May, the rain is quite heavy. Give me a second. I’ll bring you an umbrella,” Tony said as he walked back in.

Molly yelled behind him, “It’s alright. It’s just a short distance, so I’ll be making a move now!”

Then, Molly immediately rushed out of the rain and ran back to her place.

Suddenly, she slivered when she entercalier house.

Puff…

“The rain is really heavy.’ Molly felt slightly cold, so she quickly went upstairs to take a shower. However, even when she snuggled in her blanket, she could still feel the coldness of the rain. Molly did not think much about it as she rarely got sick.

But for the exact reason, she woke up with a headache. Suddenly, Molly blacked out and almost lost her balance.

She gave herself some time when she sat back on her bed and touched her forehead. It was boiling hot, ‘Sigh, I didn’t think I’d have a fever after being in the rain for such a short while.’

Molly’s face flushed, and she looked weak. Her mind was foggy, and she could not see well too. So, she held on to the railing of the stairs and went down slowly.
