Uncontrollable Fondness novel Chapter 7

The middle-aged woman stood there, facing Mia, disoriented and embarrassed. She snorted, turned around and left the room.

A moment later, the door was opened again.

She heard a faint conversation outside, but she, who felt pain everywhere in her body and soul, had no mood to think about who was talking there.

Now all she wanted was to be free, free!

Her legs were so weak that she couldn’t stand.

Mia gritted her teeth and cried, wiping her face with tears.

The middle-aged woman came back again, holding some food, a glass of water and a small white paper bag.

"Eat first if you want to stay alive, and drink this later,” the middle-aged woman said without any emotions. When she finished, she turned around and left.

Mia made a small noise of agreement, staring at the middle-aged woman.

The middle-aged woman's face softened a little, but still did not have too much emotions, she said, "Since you’ve chosen this path, go well.”

Mia was trembling but tried to argue, "It's not what I want. Please tell your boss!"

The middle-aged woman didn’t even care and simply went out.

Although she had no appetite, her stomach was really empty. She barely took a few bites. After seeing the packet of medicine, she hesitated a little and finally drank it too.

Outside the door there was William, holding a teacup with a cold face. Seemed like he was in a bad mood.

The middle-aged woman came out and stood in front of him, "President, Ms. Charles has already expressed her willingness to have a child with you. Don’t worry, Mrs. Brown won't force anyone to comply."

William narrowed his eyebrows, his eyes stopped on the middle-aged woman for a moment, silently.

"President, please hurry up. Ms. Charles’ ovulation will occur during next three days. If you don’t want to make Mrs. Brown sad, let her have a baby as soon as possible.”

Stepping up, he finally opened the door.

Mia was obediently lying on the bed, her face was red.
