Uncontrollable Fondness novel Chapter 10

“No!”

She clenched her fists, and the pain in the arm kept her awake.

William’s lips sneered sarcastically, and he said fiercely, "play hard-to-get? It makes me even more interested.”

With one move he tore the sheets straight off.

"No!" William was right in front of Mia.

She narrowed her eyebrows, her beautiful face grimaced as the humiliation feeling welled up again.

She instinctively drew the knife, pointing at William.

He felt a sudden pain in the back of his hand and chest.

His cold eyes sank as he stretched his hand to hold Mia’s. He saw the two blood marks on his arm and chest, grabbed the knife and threw it away.

In one second, he picked her up angrily and slammed down from the bed.

Mia’s eyes were filling with tears. But she still looked at him with stubbornness.

She bit her lower lip tightly, leaving no trace of blood on her face.

William stood up, picked her up again and forced her to look him in the eyes.

The rage in his eyes was sharp, like countless swords were piercing her.

The feeling of humiliation made her bite her lip more and more and close her eyes tightly.

What will he do now?

Terrified, she was shivering like a leaf, but she didn't even call for help.

Looking at Mia for three minutes or so, all this time William was thinking of various ways to torture her, but finally calmed down when he saw her delicate face.

He let her go, and she fall to the floor.

"You should be thankful that you have a beautiful face!" He sneered, simply tidied himself up and went out.

Beautiful…face?

Mia touched her face covered in cold sweat and tears, and a burst of grievances filled her heart again.

If she didn’t have this face, she might never get into this trouble!

Mia ran into the bathroom, washed her body with the coldest water, wiping the bloody marks over and over again.

Until she was red and swollen, she had to admit that the damage he’d done to her was so deep that no matter how long she would stay in the shower, she could never wash it away.
