The sky darkened. In the dense darkness, Brodie stood alone in the morgue.

She was dead.

Luna was dead.

It happened right in front of him.

Like corrosive acid water, agonies constantly surged through him, overwhelming him in a suffocating way. It pained him so much that he couldn't manage a word.

Brodie was lost in more pains at the thought of how much her leaving without saying anything tortured him. She was the most heartless woman, always coming and leaving without considering him, seducing and breaking up with him whenever she wanted to. She was always flirting with other men and had dubious relationships with them.

She came and left in her own sweet time, never sparing any care for him.

But he always missed such a bad woman. When she came back to him this year, his rejoice even defied description. Despite the huge hatred for her leaving, he still forgave her when she came back.

He was still trying to have her back desperately. He intended to use the wedding with Ariana to take revenge on Luna. Meanwhile he couldn't help wanting to have Luna back.

But Luna lived much better than him.

She already married another man abroad and they even had children!

He was so angry at this flirtatious woman that he agreed to marry Ariana and hold a wedding ceremony.

As to Ariana, he kept in touch with her for so many years only to get the news of Luna. Once Luna came back one day, he would got it from Ariana as soon as possible.
