Unwanted Wife novel Chapter 68

Months passed by and they continued their life and moved on to what had happened. Dark also found out what had happened and Calli was very worried about her friend but she still couldn't go home at that time because she was giving birth. While Cain and Monique have gone abroad, until now they have not been able to find a donor but they are confident that they will also be able to find one.

Jewel is now here in New York with husband and son. They have been here for almost a week and Jewel is very happy because Storm's relationship with his father has finally improved.

They are currently at a resort because Thunder has a meeting here, Jewel can't understand why her husband needs to take them with him even though it's just a meeting. The girl tried to ask her son but he also did not answer. He then felt a strange nervousness. It's past six in the evening Jewel is getting dressed, since this morning she hasn't seen her husband.

"Mom, are you done? Can you make it fast, daddy is waiting for us." Storm said as he entered in their suite

Sometimes he really wants to raise her eyebrows because of her childish attitude. He really inherited his behavior from his father who doesn't want to wait long.

"Let's go, where is your daddy? I haven't seen him since this morning."

"You'll see him later mom," her son replied

They boarded the car Thunder had ordered to pick them up, unaware of the surprise waiting for her that night.

They arrive at a resort where Thunder says there is a meeting, but Jewel wonders as to why she doesn't see anyone here. She just kept walking and soon after the lights went out, she screamed in shock and Storm quickly groaned but she couldn’t see it.

"Storm? Son, where are you?" she shouted

Even though she called the child's name a few times, the little boy didn't answer so she felt nervous again, later on she heard footsteps but she couldn't see anything.

Jewel didn't know what to do, she wanted to run and leave that place but she didn't know where to go because she didn't know that resort and it was also very dark because there was no light.

"I'll really kill you Thunder after this!" she shouted that she almost wanted to cry out of fear.

She heard weak laughter so she stopped nagging because she was ashamed to realize that she was not alone, she thought that maybe her husband really had a meeting here and the light really went out. 'This is an embarrassing Jewel!' - she said to herself

Later, the side lit up and various photos came out. There was a photo of their wedding day,  there was a photo when they were on vacation, a photo of her and Thunder, a photo of her, Thunder and their son.

Jewel couldn't help but to cry, even though she was still confused as to why there were such things.

Later on she saw her husband standing on the small stage as he was smiling looking at her while holding a microphone.

"Hon, I know how many I've made against you in the past. I didn't treat you as a wife and I hurt you many times, I also committed a big mistake that caused you to leave and suffered big time and I am sorry for all of that." Thunder said

"When I found out that you were back, I was very happy because I thought I would be able to apologize to you and I would be able to do what I should have done before. I also found out that we have a child so I worked even harder to get you back  but like the others it hasn't been that easy, Storm is mad at me and I understand that because it's all my fault and I said to myself that I deserve it. "

It descended the stage and slowly walked towards her while he in turn was relentlessly streaming down the tears in his eyes.

When the young man approached her he held her hand. "Hon, I know you've suffered a lot and it's all because of me. I know our marriage didn't go well. And now I want to correct all the mistakes I've made. I want us to start again as a happy and complete family . "

Jewel was surprised when he knelt down on her and took out a small red box from his pocket. "Will you marry me again? Will you be Mrs. Alcantara for the rest of our lives?" He asked

Jewel could hardly answer immediately because of the mixture of joy and shock she felt. She couldn't quite imagine that it would propose marriage to her again.

Before she could answer suddenly a voice spoke behind them. "Can you answer daddy mommy? I'm already hungry."  Storm said 

The people around them laughed even though Jewel still doesn't know who they are.

"Y-yes! I will marry you and be Mrs. Alcantara again." Jewel replied smiling as her tears continued to flow

Thunder quickly stood up and put the ring on her and hugged her lovingly. This is Jewel's long dream of getting married to the person she loves and loves her too and now she is so happy because it has come true.

Suddenly the lights turned on and at the same time the people who witnessed what Thunder did applauded. Jewel was shocked to see them. Her parents, Thunder's parents, Dark, Calli as well as their son are here and Cain is also here with Monique.

Jewel has nothing more to ask for because she is happy to see all the important people in her life here and she knows that she will be with him until the end.

They approached to greet the two.

"Congrats! Finally, you have a complete family now." Cain said while holding Monique who was also smiling. "Congrats sis!" she also greeted the two

"Oh, you're really mean to me Cain, my husband has changed for a long time and I'm happy that you both are here too. Well, thank you Monique, how are you now?"

"How can we not go here if your husband scares us big time?" Monique said and laugh.

"And we also have good news, we have already found a donor and next week is Monique's schedule for her surgery." Cain said

Calli approached and hugged her best friend tightly. "Congrats Mercyl! I'm so happy for you, you deserve all the happiness in life. This is what you asked for has been fulfilled. I just hope your husband doesn't become stupid anymore!" She turned her gaze to Thunder who made everyone laugh.

After the greeting, they immediately shared a meal.
